On March 17, 2020, the United States Department of Health and Human Services published a decree that granted covered persons and entities liability immunity from performing countermeasures against Covid-19.

The document was published in the Federal Register under the title:

PREPAREDNESS ACT FOR MEDICAL COUNTERMEASURES AGAINST COVID-19

According to the publication, “The Secretary is issuing this Declaration pursuant to section 319F-3 of the Public Health Service Act to provide liability immunity for activities related to medical countermeasures against COVID-19. The Declaration was effective as of February 4, 2020.”

“Covered Countermeasures are any antiviral, any other drug, any biologic, any diagnostic, any other device, or any vaccine used to treat, diagnose, cure, prevent, or mitigate COVID-19, or the transmission of SARS-CoV-2 or a virus mutating therefrom, or any device used in the administration of any such product, and all components and constituent materials of any such product.”

In a nutshell, there are no legal remedies available in the United States for people who become injured or are killed due to the COVID-19 vaccines. All medicines and vaccines that have been manufactured to mitigate or prevent the virus have liability immunity.

There are so many mask-wearers out there, it’s difficult to feel like there’s any real possibility of getting through to people about the fact we are living through a genocidal plan to cull the world’s population, not a public health emergency.

I went to a supermarket in between my office hours today and I think that I was the only person in the entire store not wearing a face mask.

Then it was a trip to the drive-thru line at the bank — same thing, plenty of mask-wearers inside cars. And most of the drivers had no other passengers in their vehicles.

The powers that be have pulled off the perfect medical psyop and I believe that our world and its citizens will never be the same again.

In the afternoon, I argued with one of my patients about whether or not the virus was a hoax. I tried to avoid the discussion but the individual wouldn’t let it go. Turns out, I couldn’t let it go either. It’s not in my DNA to avoid giving my full opinion about something when asked.

Most people are sleepwalking their way through life. They have been hypnotized by the mainstream media, social media, and smartphones. The only way to get through to the hypnotized is to get rid of the hypnotists. Until we can accomplish that, it’s not too likely that we will be able to have an intelligent conversation with the general public about what is transpiring.

I keep thinking there must be some way to get through to people, but it’s getting harder and harder to reach the sleeping.

Another patient of mine wore a face mask and a pair of plastic gloves. He wiped my exam table from top to bottom with a disinfectant napkin.

I am having trouble finding ways to interact with people who have a completely different perception of reality than I do. I know that I should be tolerant of others who are not awake, but I have to be honest with readers — I am losing my patience which could translate into me losing my patients. That’s not a good thing for my professional practice.

Someone asked me if I would take the COVID -19 vaccine if it was mandated by the chiropractic board of examiners and the government to keep practicing. Truth be told, I wouldn’t take the vaccine under any circumstances. When is it ever a good idea to take a deadly poison? How about never?

On the count of three, I will snap my fingers and the world’s citizens will awaken. Oh, if only it were that easy.

Why Our COVID-19 Petition is Different from Others

I wanted to take a few moments to explain a little more about the petition I put together and am asking everybody to sign. First of all, I realize there are plenty of petitions out there, and some of them have amassed a tremendous number of signatures. The names keep accumulating, the statistics are compiled, and then what?

In many instances, the people who write a given petition take the final results and present them to some legal or governing body, asking or expecting the authorities to change their minds or stop some activities against the petitioners’ beliefs and their database of names.

We already know what would happen if we present our COVID-19 petition to a government organization — NOTHING! Regardless of whether we collect 100 signatures or 100 million names, the world’s governments will ignore the people’s sentiment. In other words, the people allegedly representing our best interests couldn’t care less about the general public that put them into office.

So, why did I write up a petition and ask people on NoFakeNews to sign the document?

The petition I wrote was not prepared so that the final results could be presented to a governing body. The document was created for the people in the world who have had enough of the psyop. The petition we are signing is a contract between ourselves that makes the case that we have reviewed the evidence that has been suppressed and censored by the powers that be and have decided to take the governing decisions surrounding the plandemic out of the hands of our elected (selected) leaders. We will now govern ourselves and our health and well-being from this point forward.

Those of us awake realize the virus does not exist. We realize that there is no public health emergency and that the world’s governments are in the process of committing a genocidal act on their citizenry.

As soon as we sign this petition/contract between ourselves, we decide to hold ourselves accountable and opt-out of the official COVID-19 narrative. It’s over as soon as we sign the document, and we stop, at that point, doing anything that breathes life into the fakery that has been imposed upon us by the powers that be.

As I have written before, the madness ends when the people in the world decide it ends. Sign the petition, and stop acting like there’s a virus lurking in the distance. If enough people decide to do this and end the fakery in their minds, the powers that be cannot enforce the madness that is taking place.

The petition document is a symbolic device. The petitioning company could censor it tomorrow, and the document might disappear from existence. It doesn’t matter. We’re not sending the results to anybody in government. The document is for us, and we know when we sign it that we have committed to ourselves and our families to stop being part of the human herd.

I have a few general announcements I would like to make and have decided to write this post to accomplish that business. I also want to provide readers with some updates and discuss my future plans concerning the NoFakeNews platform for 2021.

Announcements:

  1. I want to thank everybody who regularly frequents this website. I know from the many emails and other communications I receive that there are plenty of people worldwide using this platform to get vital information about important subjects that cannot be accessed from traditional mainstream media sources.
  2. I usually decrease the number of posts/articles I write in December because of the holidays and spending time with family and friends. In recent years, I have traveled and was, like many of you, visiting people or going on a holiday, or vacation as we say in the United States. This is not the case, of course, in 2020. My plan is to continue writing additional website content, with the same frequency, for the remainder of December.
  3. Since this website’s inception back in 2012, I usually assess the platform’s statistics at the end of each year to evaluate ways to improve the effectiveness of what I am attempting to deliver to visitors. I also like to think over whether or not, in my opinion, there is a need to continue the venture and if I want to devote the necessary time that is required to do so in a somewhat professional manner. Obviously, the traffic on NoFakeNews has grown tremendously in 2020 because of the world psyop that has been handed down by a hidden but very active world government. Because of the dynamics in play, I have decided to continue to publish NoFakeNews in 2021 for as long as possible.

Updates:

  1. I will be participating in another panel discussion on December 5, 2020, with experts residing in the UK and other European countries. We are attempting to brainstorm and come up with practical solutions to the problems facing all of us. As soon as the recording is completed and is made available on its platform, I will share the link and video on NoFakeNews.
  2. My PLANDEMIC novella is available for sale on Amazon in both Kindle and softcover formats. Please buy copies of this book and distribute them as gifts to friends and family members that you believe are open to learning about the truth concerning what is taking place in the world. In a nutshell, the story I have written will teach people how the powers that be accomplished the biggest medical fraud in the world’s history.
  3. The PLANDEMIC novella will be free to all (KINDLE EDITION ONLY) from December 23 — December 27. If you haven’t had a chance to obtain a copy because of limited finances, you will be able to do so at no cost. It’s my gift to everybody this holiday season.
  4. My novel, THE TARGET LIST, is currently in pre-production to become a pilot movie that will become regularly available on Amazon Prime in the summer of 2021. Many of you already know this information because I have tagged the project at the end of every post on the website to raise funds to help with some of the production’s expenses. I am happy to report that auditions for the cast will take place in Reno, Nevada, on December 20 and that the project is on time and running smoothly. I want to also thank the people on this website and others who have generously donated funds to help make this project a reality. THE TARGET LIST movie will hopefully be well received, demonstrate the horrors of big pharma, and be picked up as a television series or full-length movie in the future.
  5. The COVID-19 vaccines are being rolled out as I write these words, and it won’t be long before the first shots are administered. Don’t even think about taking these poisons. If you have loved ones or family members on the fence about what to do, send them to this website and let them read our articles.
