How Often do you Touch Your Smartphone in One Day?

I recently came back from a vacation where I left my Smartphone in a hotel safe for most of the week. There were a few things I noticed during this period of time.

Number one, I noticed myself repeatedly reaching for the device on my right hip where I usually carry the phone. It was difficult, initially,  for me to stop this obsessive behavior. After several hours, the urge to grab my Smartphone subsided somewhat and I began to feel more relaxed.

Number two, I became very cognizant of just how many people around me were staring out their electronic phones.

I was at a world famous theme park and while waiting in a long line for almost two hours, I watched this family of four people that were absolutely glued to four individual devices. They rarely broke their concentration (trance) the entire time, and they weren’t the only ones doings this.

Number three, I realized after the first day my level of anxiety about everything almost disappeared. I also realized that most people in the world have become slaves to these instruments. It’s a serious problem, a worldwide electronic addiction that undoubtedly causes psychological and physiological distress to the human body.

According to a 2017 study, the average person has a difficult time going more than ten minutes without checking their phones. Many people check their phones up to 80 times a day. Some people are so addicted to electronic devices they cannot go longer than four minutes without checking them.

Another study performed by comScore reported that American Smartphone users regularly log 73.8 hours a month on their devices. It’s absolute insanity. Regardless, facts are facts and people are hopelessly addicted to these electronic gadgets.

ELECTRONIC ADDICTION

We’ve all heard horror stories about a particular person getting addicted to Cocaine or Heroin. These chemicals as well as many others are, undoubtedly, very dangerous substances.

Although most users begin taking addictive drugs voluntarily, it doesn’t take long before they have become full blown addicts. Chemical drug dependency is a serious problem worldwide that takes many months, and in some cases many years to successfully conquer. Most people are unable to kick a chemical drug habit without the help of a fully trained medical staff.

The human nervous system is wired in such a way that when we take part in pleasurable activities, certain chemicals are released inside the brain that cause us to want to continue the pleasurable experiences. One of those chemicals is called Dopamine.

The neurotransmitter Dopamine allows us to feel very happy and the more the chemical is released inside the brain, the happier we will feel. Pleasurable experiences cause Dopamine to be released. The taking of certain drugs like Heroin and Cocaine causes a lot of Dopamine to be dumped in the brain and this in turn causes a very euphoric state that drug users often report experiencing.

With continued drug use, the brain eventually reduces the amount of Dopamine it receives and because of this fact it becomes more difficult to experience the same level of pleasure that was initially felt by the drug user. In order to reach the same state of euphoria, more of the drug is required each time and the cycle goes on and on.

It’s easy for most people to understand how a chemical modality, like Heroin, could cause a person to become hopelessly addicted. But it’s not so easy for people to understand how the same mechanisms that are causing people to become drug addicts are also capable of causing people to become addicted to computers and Smartphones.

Electronic addiction is a real thing and millions of people are becoming electronic addicts. And if you believe this is all taking place because of some unfortunate accident – think again!

The telecommunication corporations are well aware of the fact that their products are habit forming. They know that when you first start off, your data package will be small. But just like a nicotine junkie increases the number of cigarettes they smoke a day each year, the Smartphone user will also increase the amount of data they require over time.

Smartphone users repeatedly stimulate neural-pathways inside the human brain that cause the release of Dopamine which rewards the user with a pleasurable experience. This scenario recurs over and over again and eventually more electronic stimulation is required to reach the same level of pleasure that was present initially.

In this situation the modality used to trigger the Dopamine release is electronic in nature and not a chemical product. Chemical modality or electronic modality, it doesn’t matter; the same addictive result is accomplished.

Smartphone users become so addicted that they cannot go more than a few minutes at a time without checking text messages, emails, Facebook, Instagram and other social media applications. When a Smartphone user picks up his or her device, it’s like a nicotine addict picking up a cigarette and taking a puff.

NewsGuard Launches War on Alternative Media

The PPJ Gazette

Editors Note:  This is an extremely important article by Anti Media about censorship and the propagandizing of the news you are fed on MSM.  Please take the time to read and understand just how bad this is going to be for the public.

(MPN) — Soon after the social media “purge” of independent media sites and pages this past October, a top neoconservative insider — Jamie Fly — was caught stating that the mass deletion of anti-establishment and anti-war pages on Facebook and Twitter was “just the beginning” of a concerted effort by the U.S. government and powerful corporations to silence online dissent within the United States and beyond.

While a few, relatively uneventful months in the online news sphere have come and gone since Fly made this ominous warning, it appears that the neoconservatives and other standard bearers of the military-industrial complex…

Nuclear Weapons Hoax?

For many years we have been told nuclear weapons have been stockpiled by various superpower countries. We have all been exposed to the paradigm that promotes the idea that nuclear weapons have made the world a far safer place even though these horrific devices could theoretically wipe out millions of lives in a few seconds. We’ve been told nuclear weapons are a deterrent to other potentially dangerous enemies of the United States and its allies and that they ultimately prevent wars and allow peace on earth to flourish.

Is it possible that what we have been taught about this subject is based on establishment lies?

After it was developed, the atomic bomb was allegedly dropped on Japan twice in the 1940’s. The bombs reportedly brought a quick end to World War II. The technology was never used again in any war although the threat of nuclear weapons against humanity and the planet has been publicized ad nauseum.

The only other evidence of atomic weapons being used in history has come in the form of highly secretive government tests. All of these tests have had limited government witnesses and many have been conducted underground or underwater. All of these tests could have been performed with the use of conventional bombs. TNT could have been used to fabricate any A-Bomb test. And yes, conventional bombs can and do produce the classic mushroom clouds that we routinely associate with atomic bombs.

In addition, the continuous threat of nukes being detonated by terrorists has been so overplayed in Hollywood movie productions throughout the years that people are now programmed to believe it’s only a matter of time before one of these devices will be used against a highly populated city. Yet there have been zero nukes used by crazy terrorists anywhere in the world. This fact alone is more than a little strange.

There are anonymous government insiders who claim the cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki were destroyed by conventional fire bombings and not by atomic weapons. There are some researchers who claim atomic bombs are impossible to manufacture.

The buildings that were left intact and the lack of radiation found in Hiroshima and Nagasaki seem to support this claim.

Israel is purported to have a huge inventory of 400 nuclear weapons at their disposal and yet they have never detonated one device in the direction of their Arab neighbors. These are the same Arab neighbors they despise. Are they bluffing?

With so many unstable countries and crazy terrorist groups allegedly in existence, and so many nuclear weapons seemingly at their disposal or available for sale, how is it possible that not one nuclear incident has ever occurred?

What other amazing technology was revealed long ago and has never been used again, although we are constantly reminded of the accomplishment? The moon landings of course; another hoax of epic proportions.

Do the world leaders of certain countries really walk around with nuclear suitcases and corresponding launch codes? Do nuclear weapons actually exist? Probably not.

Before you write all of this off as a crazy conspiracy theory, think for a minute about how much leverage certain countries possess over others because of their claimed nuclear arsenals. What if there are zero nukes in existence in the entire world?

Think of all the military spending that’s taken place with regards to nuclear programs. And don’t forget about all the money that’s been budgeted by countries to protect their infrastructures from incoming nuclear weapons.

Just as the elites have lied about space technology and visiting the moon, there’s a damn good chance they’re lying about the existence of atomic weapons. They have lied about most things people have been taught are real.
