Challenging the Constitutionality of Mandatory Vaccines: Where There’s A Risk There Must Be A Choice!

Regardless of the constitutionality of specific regulations and laws that have made it into existence, members of society must occasionally reexamine, and when necessary, retest those actions in a legal theatre. This is especially true when the morality and ethicality of such actions come into question and threaten the citizens the laws have allegedly been designed to protect.

Whether something being handed down by a governing body in America is constitutionally sound or not is decided by a group of justices (human beings) who don’t always agree with one another.

Regarding the question of whether or not mandatory vaccination laws are constitutionally protected (Jacobson v. Massachusetts), it’s important to remember the legal decision that answered this question was based in part on information that was available about vaccine products 115 years ago. The ruling justices had zero scientific information to examine that spoke of the public dangers vaccine products posed to society. If such information was available at the time, there undoubtedly would have been a different decision handed down.

Whenever there is a risk of harm to the public stemming from a medical procedure or product, patients must be offered the option of refusing the service. Patients must sign a form that serves as evidence they have consented to the medical products or services. This practice in medical care is referred to as informed consent and is the law.

Informed Consent Defined

Although the specific definition of informed consent may vary from state to state, it basically means that a physician (or other medical provider) must tell a patient all of the potential benefits, risks, and alternatives involved in any surgical procedure, medical procedure, or other course of treatment, and must obtain the patient’s written consent to proceed.

The concept is based on the principle that a physician has a duty to disclose information to the patient so they can make a reasonable decision regarding treatment.

The problem with mandatory vaccination laws is that they violate the basic laws of informed consent. When there is a health risk posed to the public from a medical product, the people must be offered a choice about whether or not they want to receive the product. This law is reasonable, ethical, and morally sound. Any rational-thinking person would agree with the legal process of informed consent.

It does not matter if you are a pro-vaxxer, anti-vaxxer, or something in between; common sense would dictate that where there’s a medical risk, there must be a choice and an option to refuse the medicinal product or service.

There is no doubt whatsoever, according to modern science, that a level of risk is associated with all vaccine products. This is undeniable because every vaccine product in existence is accompanied by a product insert that clearly informs doctors and patients of the risks associated with said products. I challenge anyone to find a medical vaccine that is currently in the marketplace that has zero risks associated with that product.

Because all vaccines come with some level of risk, patients must be given the right to refuse them. Anything less than a person being given the choice to refuse a dangerous medical product is unreasonable, unethical, and beneath the law, otherwise known as informed consent.

The question of whether or not mandatory vaccinations are constitutionally protected must be reexamined again by the SCOTUS. This time the justices must take into consideration the inherent public health risks associated with vaccine science.

Any doctor, healthcare professional, or agent of the government who administers a medical product or service to another human being without first gaining the patient’s written informed consent would be guilty of committing medical rape, which is a crime against humanity.

Are Mandatory Vaccine Laws Protected by the Constitution?

Many Americans have been recently asking the question: Are mandatory vaccine laws protected by the Constitution? If you type this question into a search engine on the Internet, you are going to be inundated with a plethora of legal opinions that thoroughly discuss the subject. The majority of the views will tell you that the federal government has a constitutional right to exercise mandatory vaccine laws.

The legal opinions referenced above are mostly made and influenced by a case that was decided by the SCOTUS on February 20, 1905, Jacobson v. Massachusetts. In that case, the Supreme Court decided that an individual’s liberty is not absolute and subject to police powers.

The decision handed down stated, “in every well-ordered society charged with the duty of conserving the safety of its members the rights of the individual in respect of his liberty may at times, under the pressure of great dangers, be subjected to such restraint, to be enforced by reasonable regulations, as the safety of the general public may demand” and that “[r]eal liberty for all could not exist under the operation of a principle which recognizes the right of each individual person to use his own, whether in respect of his person or his property, regardless of the injury that may be done to others.”

The court also ruled that mandatory vaccinations are not arbitrary or oppressive so long as they do not “go so far beyond what was reasonably required for the safety of the public.”

Now, I want to preface my remarks about this case by stating I am not a lawyer (although I do have an online Juris Doctorate that I worked really hard on many years ago), and I am not an expert on legal issues and have never pretended to be one. But strictly from a layperson’s perspective, I have to write that I agree with Robert F. Kennedy’s position that mandatory vaccine laws are unconstitutional.

Jacobson v. Massachusetts was heard and decided by the SCOTUS in 1905. That’s a long time ago, and there’s been a lot of new information uncovered about vaccines and the devastating effects they have on human physiology. A new argument could and should be laid out to retest and reverse this old and antiquated legal decision.

I believe that Jacobson v. Massachusetts could be successfully challenged and overturned in light of some of the new, damaging evidence that has been turned up about the vaccine industry. There are over 150 chronic diseases that the FDA has attributed to vaccinations, and there is a specialized National Vaccine Injury Compensation Court that was expressly set aside to hear vaccine injury cases and limit their awards to $250,000 to protect the big pharma industry. In addition to this, the soon to be released Covid-19 vaccine will have complete liability immunity from any injuries the product might potentially inflict on human lives.

In my opinion, Jacobson v. Massachusetts would yield a much different decision if heard in the year 2020. And I have spoken with a few lawyer friends who unequivocally agree with me. The minority dissenters in the case, Justices Brewer and Peckham, would likely have had more support from the majority ruling justices who heard the case if they had been made aware of the real dangers associated with the oxymoron known as vaccine science.

I think it is time to retest Jacobson v. Massachusetts in a modern-day legal setting, and one that takes into consideration the full extent of the safety issues associated with vaccines. These products have become overly oppressive in nature for all human beings because they pose serious health threats to the general public they have, in theory, been designed to protect. The current health risks stemming from vaccine products extend far beyond what the justices in 1905 considered safe for the general public.

In my opinion, the federal government will not try to mandate vaccines in the future because they would be afraid to place Jacobson v. Massachusetts in the line of fire of a real test. It has been tested in limited capacities in the past, but not with the argument that takes into consideration the case I have laid out in this post.

I think the powers that be would love to keep this precedent-setting decision right where it lies. To open it up to a brand new, real test scenario is opening a can of worms they can’t afford to open. If the decision was ever reversed, the controllers would lose their leverage and ability to populate search engines with articles that tell us that the federal government’s right to impose mandatory vaccines is protected by the US Constitution.

I, for one, would love to see this case revisited and put through a new legal test using the argument I have outlined.  Any lawyers out there that have more expertise than me concerning this subject, please feel free to weigh in on the conversation.

The Fake Pandemic: Creating A Contingency Plan For What Lies Ahead

I have had numerous visitors contact me today via email and through the website’s message boards asking me to outline and write a contingency plan concerning what is very possibly going to come to fruition by year’s end. People are spooked about the high probablity of vaccinations for Covid-19 becoming mandatory and being administered by the military. I think the reality of the overall situation is beginning to set in, and people are beginning to see the writing on the wall.

Are mandatory vaccinations looming on the horizon? Do American citizens have a constitutional right to opt-out of compulsory vaccines should such a draconian law be passed by the POTUS during a national pandemic?

According to Alan Dershowitz, a well-known US defense attorney, the answer is no! Dershowitz was recently quoted as saying, “Let me put it very clearly, you have no constitutional right to endanger the public and spread the disease, even if you disagree. You have no right not to be vaccinated, you have no right not to wear a mask, you have no right to open up your business.” Dershowitz also went on to say, “And if you refuse to be vaccinated, the state has the power to literally take you to a doctor’s office and plunge a needle into your arm.” According to the famous attorney, there are cases on the books at the Supreme Court level that support his statements.

So, when you read Dershowitz’s comments, there’s some reason to believe those mandatory vaccines might become a reality in 2021. The next question we have to ask ourselves is if we are going to sit back and let the government forcibly plunge a needle into our arms. If we are, game over, and there’s nothing more to discuss. In that scenario, we take our chances that the medicinal product will not irreparably destroy our health.

If we are not going to allow the government to forcibly jab us with a toxic vaccine, we have to devise an original contingency plan.

A Contingency Plan

What will a contingency plan even look like? How can average citizens go up against the physical force of the US Military if they are charged with administering the Covid-19 vaccines to every man, woman, and child in the United States?

Are US servicemen and women willing to carry out what amounts to the medical rape of fellow citizens? There are extremely interesting scenarios going to take place in the next six or seven months. Will military people stick a vaccine into someone’s arm if a person is screaming and yelling, telling the person administering the vaccine that he or she is violating the civilian’s wishes not to receive the medicine? It brings up visions in my own mind of the Jonestown Massacre in Guyana, where members of a religious cult were forcibly poisoned against their free will.

A contingency plan is something designed to hopefully bring about a different result stemming from a potentially catastrophic situation. A forcible, mandatory vaccination program could possibly lead to a disastrous result for the human race, and more importantly, you and I. So, by that possibility alone, a contingency plan is certainly something we need to consider creating.

A contingency plan must be something that can create a victory for the individuals writing and implementing the plan. We must, however, view the current scenarios taking place worldwide realistically. As much as I hate to admit it, I don’t believe anyone from the government will reach out to help US citizens or the rest of the world. We are all in this mess together, and we have to figure out a realistic contingency plan not to save the world but to save ourselves and as many people that are willing to be realistic about their expectations concerning what a victory for the people might actually mean.

In my opinion, a victory will probably be realized by only a small minority of folks who might be able to maintain some semblance of physiological health in a world and society that minimally resembles the one we have previously known.

We cannot create a full contingency plan at this moment because such a project must be designed step-by-step as we observe the comprehensive policies and draconian regulations that will be unveiled in the future. Although we have a pretty good idea where things are headed, it is not wise to outline a specific plan before we know which direction things will definitely proceed.

Keeping that in mind, I am brainstorming with others and promise to update visitors with any strategies that I or others come up with as more of the madness is unveiled explicitly to the members of society by the few who control the many.

For now, stay calm and obey the law. And whatever you do, stop participating in unpeaceful protests and do not harm others or their property.

Don’t Lose Focus Of The Covid-19 Scam

Just a couple of weeks ago, I placed a message on the right sidebar of this website that stated, “ ANTICIPATING ANOTHER SIGNIFICANT FALSE FLAG EVENT BEFORE SEPTEMBER 1, 2020.” We didn’t have to wait very long for the event to materialize — it’s here!

Visit any mainstream media company’s home page, and you will find it littered with headlines and stories about the US race riots and George Floyd.

As I have written on several occasions, George Floyd’s murder was a horrible act of violence against a defenseless human being. It’s being used, however, by the powers that be to distract public attention away from the fake coronavirus pandemic that continues to have people wearing useless facemasks, under lockdown, or practicing ridiculous social distancing recommendations.

Just a short time ago, the same mainstream media companies had their website homepages and television air time filled with nothing but coronavirus propaganda. They couldn’t go fifteen seconds without speaking or writing about the virus. How fast the powers that be can flip a narrative for their mind-controlled viewers.

When false-flag psyops are released by the controlling powers against the citizenry, most people don’t recognize the actions as being staged presentations. They view the fakery as being real. They understand the script as being an organic problem that has mysteriously and magically descended upon society.

For a particular psyop to work, it must be perceived to be authentic by the members of a given community. Covid-19 has worked this way for the controlling powers. The scam has fooled most people around the world. There is a small minority of the world’s population that figured out the pandemic has been staged. But for the most part, the psyop remains well received by enough sheep to keep things going as planned and on schedule.

In the United States, demonstrations of public discontent along with a growing number of protesters have been steadily increasing since the plandemic’s rollout months ago. The public displays regularly taking place, and the increasing visibility of citizens walking around without facemasks are bad signs for those running the show that want to keep the US population scared and off-balance until a Covid-19 vaccine is rolled out early in 2021.

Enter George Floyd and the US race riots. A second false-flag has been unleashed on American citizens, and the narrative has replaced the news about the fake coronavirus. Racial tensions and public demonstrations of those tensions are always good ways for the powers that be to create a divide in the public they so desperately seek to dominate and control. It’s simple math — the fewer people that you have to contend with, the easier it is to manage a particular situation.

If the US public is fighting and protesting against one another, they are not fighting and protesting against the world governing construct that is rolling out one draconian recommendation after another. The proposals will eventually become laws.

While stupid Americans are fighting with one another over the color of people’s skin, the powers that be are preparing a medicinal concoction to mass sterilize and murder people of all color. To the eugenicists that run the world, no lives matter!

American sports and entertainment venues have been shut down. The US public regularly releases stress and anxiety by living vicariously through its sports stars and by following the successes and failures of its sports franchises. None of those hypnotic distractions are currently available. The negative energy inherent throughout the population is highly palpable and an asset for those pulling strings who want to create rioting scenarios to distract people’s attention away from the civil unrest stemming from the coronavirus lockdowns.

I want visitors to this website to understand what is happening and to remain clearly focused on the big picture. Forget about the vast majority of the US population understanding about a second false-flag operation. They haven’t even figured out the first psyop that’s been in play for over five months.

If you want to survive what is coming down the road, you need to understand and have a realistic view of what is taking place. We can only attempt to save ourselves and any loved ones who are willing to be reasonable and intelligent enough to understand that what is perceived to be the reality and what is actually taking place are two completely different things.

Dr. Anthony Fauci was quoted by CNN as saying, “Then, by the beginning of 2021, we hope to have a couple hundred million doses.” Fauci’s comments were made during a live talk to JAMA (The Journal of the American Medical Association).

The powers that be are moving ahead with their plans to develop a Covid-19 vaccine for every man, woman, and child in the United States at WARP SPEED!

I received this post earlier today from a reader of NoFakeNews. The author of the piece, Dr. Billy DeMoss, is a chiropractor who published his feelings recently about the current world situation on Facebook.

Dr. DeMoss has a slightly different view of the POTUS than I do, but I think much of what he has written in his article is spot on and worth our attention. I was especially interested in the U.S. Patent that is discussed at the beginning of his writings. I think that item alone speaks volumes about the extent the powers that be are willing to go to control how people perceive the world.

Still, there would be many more if we didn’t act immediately. Trump is cautious with his words and will lead you to question whether or not he’s actually even talking about the virus.

▪️ The increase in “earthquakes” throughout the country is pretty alarming… Research the difference between underground bombs versus a naturally occurring earthquake, and you realize that the majority are not earthquakes.

▪️ 298 Saudi’s royals, billionaires, lawyers, and judges were recently arrested for crimes and corruption.

▪️2 Chinese nationals and 1 Harvard professor(Dr. Lieber is the chair of the chemistry department at Harvard who specializes in nanotechnology)were prosecuted for economic espionage a few weeks ago, (they were all on China’s payroll) which is all extremely relevant to Wuhan, the “escape” of Covid-19 from a lab in Wuhan. Research this.

▪️Trump crashed the Federal Bank, bought all the gold, and now holds the keys to creating a gold back currency, removing the fiat. The Federal Bank and Treasury have basically merged. Trump is currently the Chairman of the global banking system with people’s money. Not for coronavirus but for malnutrition, some extremely deformed, and all with extreme psychiatric damage due to trauma.

▪️ It’s widely known there are underground tunnel systems (research D.U.M.B.) that have been used for decades to traffic people for sex slavery and organ harvesting, across the globe. There is currently a monumental military operation going down, led by the P.O.T.U.S. to uncover these children, arrest those involved, and stop this evil once and for all.

Remember the earthquakes I mentioned earlier? What is happening is a war. An invisible war that Trump keeps talking about. WWIII is a spiritual one. It’s a war between Trump with his Secret Service against the elites, bankers, and mainstream media. I think he’s winning. It is a war between good and evil. Pay attention to the bigger picture. Trump has arrested and caught more pedophiles, and child trafficking rings in the world than anyone else. But you didn’t know that because the mainstream media companies (The George Soros funded media) make out that he’s a moron.

In my opinion, Trump will go down in history. There is no need to panic or have fear. This whole thing is working out as it needs to for Trump and his team to remove the corruption and power that has taxed your hard-earned dollars, loaded your loans and credit cards with interest, and pulled the wool over your eyes. We have been living as slaves to the system for long enough.

The list goes on and on and on. Do you still believe that 9/11 was a terrorist attack from Osama bin Laden who trained donkeys to fly small Cessna planes, which then magically upskilled into Boeing’s and flew aluminum airliners into 580m steel-reinforced towers that collapsed like a deck of cards, not to mention tower 7 which was a block away but folded?

Let’s not forget the 6 navy seals who took Osama bin Laden down that were later killed in a mysterious chopper crash. R.I.P. fellas, you are in for a wakeup call.

Some of the big banks WILL go bankrupt, they are already on their knees, income tax will go away, and the elites will no longer rule you or the world.

Personally, I would read the Clinton emails on Wikileaks. Once you understand those, you’ll believe the rest. Many of the most influential people are sicker and eviler than you could ever imagine.
