I have taken screenshots of the home pages of major media companies in the United States for June 11, 2020. It’s interesting to note that the stories continue to be dominated mostly by race riot protests — the civil unrest caused by the second phase of the false-flag psyop.

The Covid-19 propaganda, as I anticipated, is beginning to transition back into the headlines because the coronavirus case numbers are being intentionally spiked by the powers that be.

German Report Destroys Official Coronavirus Pandemic Narrative

A very telling government report that was leaked to the public by a whistleblower in early May has the German government and mainstream media backtracking and trying to minimize damage from the expose.

Major and shocking revelations from the report are:

— The dangerousness of Covid-19 was overestimated: probably at no point did the danger posed by the new virus go beyond the normal level.

— The people who die from Corona are essentially those who would statistically die this year, because they have reached the end of their lives and their weakened bodies can no longer cope with any random everyday stress (including the approximately 150 viruses currently in circulation).

— Worldwide, within a quarter of a year, there has been no more than 250,000 deaths from Covid-19, compared to 1.5 million deaths [25,100 in Germany] during the influenza wave 2017/18.

— The danger is obviously no greater than that of many other viruses. There is no evidence that this was more than a false alarm.

— A reproach could go along these lines: During the Corona crisis the State has proved itself as one of the biggest producers of Fake News.

The information in the German report confirms the opinions I have been writing on NoFakeNews for many months. What is happening in Germany is no different than what is transpiring in the United States and the rest of the world.

The all-out attempt to create a new world order and turn the existing models of society into a third-world medical surveillance state has been losing some steam.

For the most part, the sheeple population has been compliant, wearing protective facemasks as instructed, committing economic suicide by staying at home and watching mind-control television programming that reinforces the pandemic fakery.

The believability of the false flag event is being tested with each passing day because of many factors associated with the illogical nature of the script. One genuine problem that has existed from the inception of this fraud has been centered around the world governing construct’s ability to manifest and maintain the fatality and Covid-19 case numbers, while keeping medical personnel awkwardly silent about the fact that hospital centers have been, for all intents and purposes, empty.

The other sleight of hand trickery that is beginning to become more visible to those really paying attention is the completely outrageous acts of tyranny being committed by governments worldwide. The masses are sensitive to what is taking place and have begun the gradual process of awakening. Right now, most of society is still sleepy, but they are awake and becoming more aware each day.

The few who control the many are finding it more difficult to maintain complete control concerning the outflow of information. Alternative media, although not widely embraced by the majority of society has been slowly making a dent in sharing the truth about the fictitious narrative.

The world’s population is beginning to figure out what is happening and that the coronavirus is a well-written and produced psychological operation that has been unleashed across the globe to usher in a new way of life that will minimally resemble the one we are being asked to leave behind.

Challenging the Constitutionality of Mandatory Vaccines: Where There’s A Risk There Must Be A Choice!

Regardless of the constitutionality of specific regulations and laws that have made it into existence, members of society must occasionally reexamine, and when necessary, retest those actions in a legal theatre. This is especially true when the morality and ethicality of such actions come into question and threaten the citizens the laws have allegedly been designed to protect.

Whether something being handed down by a governing body in America is constitutionally sound or not is decided by a group of justices (human beings) who don’t always agree with one another.

Regarding the question of whether or not mandatory vaccination laws are constitutionally protected (Jacobson v. Massachusetts), it’s important to remember the legal decision that answered this question was based in part on information that was available about vaccine products 115 years ago. The ruling justices had zero scientific information to examine that spoke of the public dangers vaccine products posed to society. If such information was available at the time, there undoubtedly would have been a different decision handed down.

Whenever there is a risk of harm to the public stemming from a medical procedure or product, patients must be offered the option of refusing the service. Patients must sign a form that serves as evidence they have consented to the medical products or services. This practice in medical care is referred to as informed consent and is the law.

Informed Consent Defined

Although the specific definition of informed consent may vary from state to state, it basically means that a physician (or other medical provider) must tell a patient all of the potential benefits, risks, and alternatives involved in any surgical procedure, medical procedure, or other course of treatment, and must obtain the patient’s written consent to proceed.

The concept is based on the principle that a physician has a duty to disclose information to the patient so they can make a reasonable decision regarding treatment.

The problem with mandatory vaccination laws is that they violate the basic laws of informed consent. When there is a health risk posed to the public from a medical product, the people must be offered a choice about whether or not they want to receive the product. This law is reasonable, ethical, and morally sound. Any rational-thinking person would agree with the legal process of informed consent.

It does not matter if you are a pro-vaxxer, anti-vaxxer, or something in between; common sense would dictate that where there’s a medical risk, there must be a choice and an option to refuse the medicinal product or service.

There is no doubt whatsoever, according to modern science, that a level of risk is associated with all vaccine products. This is undeniable because every vaccine product in existence is accompanied by a product insert that clearly informs doctors and patients of the risks associated with said products. I challenge anyone to find a medical vaccine that is currently in the marketplace that has zero risks associated with that product.

Because all vaccines come with some level of risk, patients must be given the right to refuse them. Anything less than a person being given the choice to refuse a dangerous medical product is unreasonable, unethical, and beneath the law, otherwise known as informed consent.

The question of whether or not mandatory vaccinations are constitutionally protected must be reexamined again by the SCOTUS. This time the justices must take into consideration the inherent public health risks associated with vaccine science.

Any doctor, healthcare professional, or agent of the government who administers a medical product or service to another human being without first gaining the patient’s written informed consent would be guilty of committing medical rape, which is a crime against humanity.

Are Mandatory Vaccine Laws Protected by the Constitution?

Many Americans have been recently asking the question: Are mandatory vaccine laws protected by the Constitution? If you type this question into a search engine on the Internet, you are going to be inundated with a plethora of legal opinions that thoroughly discuss the subject. The majority of the views will tell you that the federal government has a constitutional right to exercise mandatory vaccine laws.

The legal opinions referenced above are mostly made and influenced by a case that was decided by the SCOTUS on February 20, 1905, Jacobson v. Massachusetts. In that case, the Supreme Court decided that an individual’s liberty is not absolute and subject to police powers.

The decision handed down stated, “in every well-ordered society charged with the duty of conserving the safety of its members the rights of the individual in respect of his liberty may at times, under the pressure of great dangers, be subjected to such restraint, to be enforced by reasonable regulations, as the safety of the general public may demand” and that “[r]eal liberty for all could not exist under the operation of a principle which recognizes the right of each individual person to use his own, whether in respect of his person or his property, regardless of the injury that may be done to others.”

The court also ruled that mandatory vaccinations are not arbitrary or oppressive so long as they do not “go so far beyond what was reasonably required for the safety of the public.”

Now, I want to preface my remarks about this case by stating I am not a lawyer (although I do have an online Juris Doctorate that I worked really hard on many years ago), and I am not an expert on legal issues and have never pretended to be one. But strictly from a layperson’s perspective, I have to write that I agree with Robert F. Kennedy’s position that mandatory vaccine laws are unconstitutional.

Jacobson v. Massachusetts was heard and decided by the SCOTUS in 1905. That’s a long time ago, and there’s been a lot of new information uncovered about vaccines and the devastating effects they have on human physiology. A new argument could and should be laid out to retest and reverse this old and antiquated legal decision.

I believe that Jacobson v. Massachusetts could be successfully challenged and overturned in light of some of the new, damaging evidence that has been turned up about the vaccine industry. There are over 150 chronic diseases that the FDA has attributed to vaccinations, and there is a specialized National Vaccine Injury Compensation Court that was expressly set aside to hear vaccine injury cases and limit their awards to $250,000 to protect the big pharma industry. In addition to this, the soon to be released Covid-19 vaccine will have complete liability immunity from any injuries the product might potentially inflict on human lives.

In my opinion, Jacobson v. Massachusetts would yield a much different decision if heard in the year 2020. And I have spoken with a few lawyer friends who unequivocally agree with me. The minority dissenters in the case, Justices Brewer and Peckham, would likely have had more support from the majority ruling justices who heard the case if they had been made aware of the real dangers associated with the oxymoron known as vaccine science.

I think it is time to retest Jacobson v. Massachusetts in a modern-day legal setting, and one that takes into consideration the full extent of the safety issues associated with vaccines. These products have become overly oppressive in nature for all human beings because they pose serious health threats to the general public they have, in theory, been designed to protect. The current health risks stemming from vaccine products extend far beyond what the justices in 1905 considered safe for the general public.

In my opinion, the federal government will not try to mandate vaccines in the future because they would be afraid to place Jacobson v. Massachusetts in the line of fire of a real test. It has been tested in limited capacities in the past, but not with the argument that takes into consideration the case I have laid out in this post.

I think the powers that be would love to keep this precedent-setting decision right where it lies. To open it up to a brand new, real test scenario is opening a can of worms they can’t afford to open. If the decision was ever reversed, the controllers would lose their leverage and ability to populate search engines with articles that tell us that the federal government’s right to impose mandatory vaccines is protected by the US Constitution.

I, for one, would love to see this case revisited and put through a new legal test using the argument I have outlined.  Any lawyers out there that have more expertise than me concerning this subject, please feel free to weigh in on the conversation.

My Second Open Letter to President Trump

Dear Mr. President,

I hope this letter finds you in good health. I am writing to you once again about the state of our country regarding the current coronavirus crisis. I continue to be worried about my family and all the citizens of our country. But I am not concerned because of Covid-19. I am afraid of the continuous overreaction to the pandemic by the World Health Organization, the Centers for Disease Control, and the team of health science advisors that surround and significantly influence your opinions. Ultimately, the presidential edicts you create.

As I explained to you in my first letter dated March 26, 2020, I am a licensed chiropractic physician and have been practicing for over 33 years. Like my colleagues, I have extensive education in both health and chiropractic sciences. I believe I am profoundly qualified to comment on the crisis at hand.

I do not believe that Covid-19 is a severe threat to the citizens of our country. When looking at the virus exclusively from a statistical standpoint, it is minuscule compared to the reported annual case numbers of influenza and common cold infections. It’s hard for me to comprehend as a healthcare professional, why world and national health regulatory agencies and the team of health advisors surrounding you have overreacted to Covid-19.

Contrary to public belief, humans are not at war with bacterial and viral microbes. There are trillions of viruses in existence, and none threaten people with healthy functioning immune systems.

I publish a website (www.nofakenews.net) that discusses the coronavirus world pandemic at great length. Many Americans who visit my site are concerned about your intentions concerning the Covid-19 vaccine that is currently in production.

Many Americans are worried about the possibility you will create and sign an executive order that will mandate the Covid-19 vaccine to be administered to all American citizens. I would like to know what your intention is concerning the vaccine as well.

Are you going to make the Covid-19 vaccine program mandatory for all Americans? Do American citizens have a constitutional right to opt-out of compulsory vaccines should such a draconian law be passed by you during a national pandemic?

According to Mr. Alan Dershowitz, the answer is no! Mr. Dershowitz was recently quoted as saying, “Let me put it very clearly, you have no constitutional right to endanger the public and spread the disease, even if you disagree. You have no right not to be vaccinated, you have no right not to wear a mask, you have no right to open up your business.” Mr. Dershowitz also went on to say, “And if you refuse to be vaccinated, the state has the power to literally take you to a doctor’s office and plunge a needle into your arm.”

So, when I read Mr. Dershowitz’s comments, there is some reason for me to have concerns that mandatory vaccines might be something you are seriously considering. I would hope that my fears are unwarranted and that you would never consider signing such an executive order.

Mr. President, how many Americans and I vote in the upcoming election will be significantly influenced by your decision regarding this subject. Are you planning to authorize and instruct US servicemen and women to carry out what amounts to the medical rape of American citizens? A forcible vaccination program is unacceptable, whether it is deemed constitutional or unconstitutional by the SCOTUS.

The American voting public wants to support a president that is strong and able to withstand the enormous pressure coming from the American Medical Association, the Pharmaceutical – Industrial Complex, the World Health Organization, and the United Nations.

Mr. President, I want our country to become healthy again. Forcibly injecting an untested, unproven, and potentially dangerous vaccine into 330 million Americans is not the way to accomplish this goal.

I, along with millions of other concerned citizens, anxiously await your response.

Watch for A Massive Uptick in Covid-19 Case Numbers and Mainstream Media Coverage

If you go onto any mainstream media website, you will find the story content currently dominated by the US race riots and civil unrest stemming from said demonstrations. Just a short time ago, the same blanket coverage existed for the coronavirus fakery.

The controlling powers desperately want the citizenry worldwide to be jabbed with the soon to be released coronavirus vaccine that’s waiting in the wings. The timeline for that goal is later this fall or more likely early next year. They also want Contact Tracing Programs to be rolled out along with other draconian laws that will help track and manage what they consider to be their livestock — human sheeple.

Don’t be fooled by the media’s lack of coverage of Covid-19 that has temporarily taken a back seat to the rioting screenplay currently being directed and produced by the same sleight of hand magicians that brought you Event 202 (The World Pandemic). The end goals of the world governing construct that remains hidden in the shadows have not changed one bit.

Too many Americans were not paying attention to the Covid-19 script. The fact that more people than not are walking around in public without facemasks speaks volumes about how the general public is currently losing interest and their fear about the world’s biggest psyop. That’s a dangerous thing for the few that control the many. They have spent lots of time and resources to produce Event 202. They cannot afford to lose any momentum that has been previously gained over the last four months due to people’s short attention spans.

Soon, the script will flip once again, and the media coverage will transition quickly back to the second wave of coronavirus case numbers that will spike as a result of the protests and reopening of different American states. At least that is the way the mainstream media will spin the narrative.

But there is a big problem brewing for the world governing construct. Many people around the globe are awakening to the uncomfortable fact that they have been conned by their governments. The masses are no longer buying the pandemic story hook, line, and sinker the way they have in the past. Something has changed within the American public recently that has the controlling forces extremely worried. If they were happy with the way things were progressing, they wouldn’t have changed screenplays in the middle of the psyop.

America is a crucial piece of the puzzle for the world government. They cannot be successful in dominating the planet without securing and vaccinating the US population. The question they are currently wondering about is whether or not they can get US citizens to buy into the second wave of Covid-19. Will people be willing to go back into quarantine, shut down their businesses, and lives again? I think that there will be less cooperation and much more skepticism in round two of The Covid Show.

Recent Internet polls show that less than half of all Americans would be willing to take a Covid-19 vaccine. Those numbers don’t bode well for the world government. It will be hard and nearly impossible to create a mandatory vaccine policy in the US with that much public hesitancy.

I am running a poll here on NoFakeNews, and the numbers coming in overwhelmingly show that our readership wants nothing to do with the coming vaccine. I realize that the visitors to this website are more awake than most citizens worldwide. But, I am becoming more confident by the day that people in general are finally beginning to wake up.

 

Perhaps 2020 (the numbers used to denote perfect human vision) will be the year that people finally open their eyes and understand what is transpiring in front of them. Only time will tell for sure, but at least there’s a reason, in my opinion, to have some optimism that things might not go as smoothly for the controllers as they might have previously believed.

The Fake Pandemic: Creating A Contingency Plan For What Lies Ahead

I have had numerous visitors contact me today via email and through the website’s message boards asking me to outline and write a contingency plan concerning what is very possibly going to come to fruition by year’s end. People are spooked about the high probablity of vaccinations for Covid-19 becoming mandatory and being administered by the military. I think the reality of the overall situation is beginning to set in, and people are beginning to see the writing on the wall.

Are mandatory vaccinations looming on the horizon? Do American citizens have a constitutional right to opt-out of compulsory vaccines should such a draconian law be passed by the POTUS during a national pandemic?

According to Alan Dershowitz, a well-known US defense attorney, the answer is no! Dershowitz was recently quoted as saying, “Let me put it very clearly, you have no constitutional right to endanger the public and spread the disease, even if you disagree. You have no right not to be vaccinated, you have no right not to wear a mask, you have no right to open up your business.” Dershowitz also went on to say, “And if you refuse to be vaccinated, the state has the power to literally take you to a doctor’s office and plunge a needle into your arm.” According to the famous attorney, there are cases on the books at the Supreme Court level that support his statements.

So, when you read Dershowitz’s comments, there’s some reason to believe those mandatory vaccines might become a reality in 2021. The next question we have to ask ourselves is if we are going to sit back and let the government forcibly plunge a needle into our arms. If we are, game over, and there’s nothing more to discuss. In that scenario, we take our chances that the medicinal product will not irreparably destroy our health.

If we are not going to allow the government to forcibly jab us with a toxic vaccine, we have to devise an original contingency plan.

A Contingency Plan

What will a contingency plan even look like? How can average citizens go up against the physical force of the US Military if they are charged with administering the Covid-19 vaccines to every man, woman, and child in the United States?

Are US servicemen and women willing to carry out what amounts to the medical rape of fellow citizens? There are extremely interesting scenarios going to take place in the next six or seven months. Will military people stick a vaccine into someone’s arm if a person is screaming and yelling, telling the person administering the vaccine that he or she is violating the civilian’s wishes not to receive the medicine? It brings up visions in my own mind of the Jonestown Massacre in Guyana, where members of a religious cult were forcibly poisoned against their free will.

A contingency plan is something designed to hopefully bring about a different result stemming from a potentially catastrophic situation. A forcible, mandatory vaccination program could possibly lead to a disastrous result for the human race, and more importantly, you and I. So, by that possibility alone, a contingency plan is certainly something we need to consider creating.

A contingency plan must be something that can create a victory for the individuals writing and implementing the plan. We must, however, view the current scenarios taking place worldwide realistically. As much as I hate to admit it, I don’t believe anyone from the government will reach out to help US citizens or the rest of the world. We are all in this mess together, and we have to figure out a realistic contingency plan not to save the world but to save ourselves and as many people that are willing to be realistic about their expectations concerning what a victory for the people might actually mean.

In my opinion, a victory will probably be realized by only a small minority of folks who might be able to maintain some semblance of physiological health in a world and society that minimally resembles the one we have previously known.

We cannot create a full contingency plan at this moment because such a project must be designed step-by-step as we observe the comprehensive policies and draconian regulations that will be unveiled in the future. Although we have a pretty good idea where things are headed, it is not wise to outline a specific plan before we know which direction things will definitely proceed.

Keeping that in mind, I am brainstorming with others and promise to update visitors with any strategies that I or others come up with as more of the madness is unveiled explicitly to the members of society by the few who control the many.

For now, stay calm and obey the law. And whatever you do, stop participating in unpeaceful protests and do not harm others or their property.
