Brian Shilhavy of Health Impact News has today released an incredibly important article entitled ALERT: World Health Organization Meeting this Week to Propose Amendments to the International Health Regulations. His important article includes a video interview with truth-teller James Roguski which must be seen and widely shared.
Roguski has consistently kept a watchful eye on documents posted online by the World Health Organization (WHO). He reads every line, breaking down their meaning, legality, etc. The document most recently posted indicates, if just 98 of the participating 194 member states — all members of the United Nations — vote for the proposed amendments to the International Health Regulations, a One World Government could very well be implented this May, with WHO Director Tedros Gherbreyesus becoming “the World Ruler for all health measures in future pandemics.”
Finally, Article III of the proposed amendments include “removal of human dignity, fundamental freedoms and human rights.”

The methodical strategizing that goes into who will be our president, when and for what purposes is something that has been going on by our shadow, unelected government all our lives.
Regular NoFakeNews readers understand elections don’t matter. Everything is manipulated and that manipulation is simplified by having electronic (i.e., hackable) ballots. The number of votes someone gets doesn’t determine who is president. The individual who can carry out a certain part of the Shadow Government’s agenda and get America closer to the planned-for One World Government they’re striving for is the one who is placed in that position.
So when you hear phrases like “stolen election,” understand it’s merely a distraction — and keeping us distracted while they continue to build our prison is a key part of their operation. It can be a story about the royal family or something about an athlete or a celebrity. It doesn’t matter, as long as it’s a story that will distract you, take up your time and, importantly, keep you from thinking.
Celebrity Worship
Dr. Reizer posted a great graphic about a celebrity the other day that is absolutely on the mark. Celebrities have been used since time immemorial to manipulate the public into doing everything from buying a certain soft drink to buying a certain brand of car and, in the case of Donald Trump, into convincing the public it’s “safe” to inject an unknown, untested, synthetic substance into our bodies; a substance that has, as my previous articles show, already killed, sterilized and maimed millions and stands to kill, sterilize and maim millions more. Depopulation is a central goal of those unelected bureaucrats who are above the president and who can never be fired. And when they knew they had mastered the art of mind control/brainwashing of the masses — which they proved they had with the post-9/11 destruction of America, and the deep invasion of our privacy, including surveillance tools that allow them to watch your child take a bath, change clothes, watch TV, etc– which we allowed, having been intentionally terrorized into accepting or too traumatized to fully grasp what all the new rules meant, it made the next step — mass injections — that much easier.
George W. Bush was installed as president at that time, to fulfill that part of the agenda (an agenda directed by his own father): mass surveillance with little pushback. (And it’s interesting, to say the least, that in an old interview with Charlie Rose, evil mastermind Henry Kissinger stated that he believed that, at the end of Bush’s presidency, we’d be on our way to a One World Government.)
Unbeknownst to most Americans, the government had, at that time, already been applying nanotechnology and synthetic biology to a myriad of products, drugs, manufacturing processes, etc. They knew this was the Holy Grail; the “thing” that would, if all went according to plan, get them over the finish line and accomplish their goal of enslavement of all American citizens, while killing others. All they needed was a way to get inside the bodies of Americans.
Right about that time, a new “reality” show launched starring what most considered at that time to be a “D-lister” celebrity: Donald Trump. The launching of that show, with that particular individual as its star, was part of the overall scheme to get us to where we are today. Trump’s “handlers” have always used celebrity to manipulate the masses (and I know this for a fact, having had long-term interactions with his primary — secret — handler/consultant). And they knew that by continuing to keep his face in front of the public, and keep America tuned-in each week, as his celebrity grew, his ability to manipulate grew. His mix of rebelliousness, brashness and charisma were exactly what was needed.
Trump was being groomed to be president, and America was being groomed to accept this individual with virtually no political experience as president.
As with every other president, the timing of Trump’s run for president was methodically planned. However, unlike presidents before him, he had the world’s greatest, longest-lasting PR campaign ever: The Apprentice.
In the January 7, 2019 issue of The New Yorker, Patrick Radden Keefe describes how Apprentice producer Mark Burnett mythologized Trump and paved the way to his presidency. (The link is below.)
But, to be clear, just as Mark Zuckerberg wasn’t really the force behind Facebook, and Sergei Brin and Larry Page weren’t really the forces — but merely the faces — behind Google, Mark Burnett was the face — and the one credited with — the Trump/Apprentice phenomenon. And without that show, and the 14 years of having a mythological Donald Trump in our faces each week, entertaining us and manipulating us without our knowledge, our world would surely be entirely different now.
As far as Biden’s win, my personal belief is that his placement in the presidency was done to keep the heat off of Trump for having pushed the world into poisoning themselves, and, in millions of cases, inadvertently killing themselves. Plus, as thousands of articles have shown, there is so much blackmail material on Biden and his son, he’ll do anything he’s told. So he has continued with the planned Covid agenda, continued pushing a product the CDC’s own records show have killed and sterilized millions. And I believe the puppetmasters have, all along, planned to reinstall Trump merely because of his proven [personal celebrity-aided] ability to manipulate the masses. And in order to get what they want, they’ll give him what he wants.
Time will tell, but both he and his children continue to tour the country to “reawaken” America, hoping that with all the music and lights and inspirational speakers, we’ll forget the truth.

The Trump Administration, rather than awarding Operation Warp Speed (OWS) “vaccine” contracts directly to pharmaceutical companies, opted, instead, for handing that responsibility over to a secretive government contractor with deep ties to the CIA and DHS.
Summerville, S.C.-based Advanced Technology International (ATI) awarded contracts to Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, Sanofi and Novavax totaling $6 billion, which is over half of OWS’s $10 billion budget (nevermind that many of these companies — particulary J&J have been involved in scandals related to marketing and selling products they knew to be unsafe). Two Health and Human Services (HHS) employees personally signed off on these contracts: Paul Mango, HHS deputy chief of staff for policy, and Robert Kadlec, HHS assistant secretary for preparedness and response (ASPR).
Concern about the true nature and scope of OWS, and the central role of ATI, was first mentioned in October 2020 by NPR, but the mainstream media never reported it, as their focus at the time was on the first presidential debates. And while NPR did not delve into ATI’s CIA ties, they did say that the Congressional Research Service had reported, in 2019, that using intermediaries to award contracts — known as Other Transactional Authority (OTA) — can result in “significant risks, including potentially diminished oversight and exemption from laws and regulations designed to protect government and taxpayer interests.” Taking this sneaky route, they are able to avoid regulatory scrutiny, are exempt from federal regulations (including safety regulations) and are also beyond the reach of FOIA requests.
The Congressional Research Service also noted that the DOD has been relying on OTA’s more and more when issuing contracts, with the DOD claiming that doing so expedites the process. Yet they have never produced any data to support that claim.
To add insult to injury, on September 21, 2020, then-HHS Secretary Alex Azar told Fox Business that “Under the PREP Act, which is a provision in Congress, any treatment or vaccine for purposes of a national emergency pandemic like this actually comes with liability protection — both the product as well as those who administer it or provide it.” I find it notable this was shared on Fox Business, and not on their more mainstream channel where that comment may have given the general public pause.
Interestingly, while the PREP Act was signed into law in 2005, it was conveniently updated in April 2020, just a few weeks before OWS was announced. This update states that vaccine and therapeutic manufacturers “cannot be sued for money damages in court” over medical countermeasures for Covid-19. This April 2020 modification to the PREP Act was made by none other than HHS ASPR Robert Kadlec.
Kadlec, a former lobbyist for intelligence and defense contractors, also previously worked as a lobbyist for Emergent Biosolutions, a scandal-ridden company who also was awarded OWS contracts. (Emergent is also the manufacturer of Biothrax, the controversial anthrax vaccine.) Additionally, he personally signs off on every business agreement made on behalf of HHS for OWS.
ATI, a non-profit, was acquired, in February 2017, by Analytic Services, Inc. (ANSER). Like ATI, ANSER manages projects for the federal government, particularly DHS, DOD, NASA, the State Department, and the US intelligence community.
Whitney Webb reports: “”ANSER . . . became a much larger part of government operations, particularly in the realm of Homeland Security, after Ruth David became its CEO in 1998. Prior to becoming ANSER’s CEO, David had been the deputy director for science and technology at the CIA, where, among other things, she laid the groundwork for what would become In-Q-Tel, the CIA’s venture capital arm responsible for the rise of Silicon Valley behemoths such as Google and Palantir.” Webb states that, under David’s guidance, “ANSER became an early leader in promoting the use of biometric and facial recognition and software by US law enforcement agencies and became a key driver in pivoting the government toward ‘homeland defense’ and ‘homeland security’ in the years leading up to the events of September 11, 2001.”
In October 1999, David/ANSER created the Institute for Homeland Security (ANSER-IHS) but did not launch it until April 2001.
In May 2001, Insight Magazine published an article entitled “Preparing for the Next Pearl Harbor,” which cited ANSER as one of “the nation’s top experts” in warning that a terrorist attack on the US was imminent. The article stated, “The first responders on tomorrow’s battlefield won’t be soldiers, but city ambulance workers and small-town firefighters.”
In June 2001, ANSER-IHS hosted the Dark Winter exercise, with two ANSER officials co-writing. And after September 11, 2001, conveniently became the government’s first think tank, a federally-funded research and development center.
Then, in 2004, in a bit of theatre, DHS announced that it had selected ANSER to head its Homeland Security Institute. . . “following a full and open competition procurement process conducted by [DHS) Science and Technology.” This was particularly strange since this very institute had already been funded and established in 1999 and then launched in 2001.
Now, with OWS, ANSER, is ultimately overseeing whatever decisions are being made by ATI with regard to the secretive “vaccine” contracts.
Finally, if the purpose of Operation Warp Speed were to distribute a medical treatment to Americans for “public health” purposes, there would be absolutely no reason for all the secrecy, no reason for the lack of oversight, no reason for the excessive role of the military — OWS is made up of 90 individuals, 61 of whom are military and most of whom have zero experience in healthcare.

But if the purpose were something more sinister, it would make perfect sense.
It’s hard for most Americans to grasp that their own government would intentionally harm them and their families, but, with regard to Operation Warp Speed, that certainly appears to be the case.
More troubling still, is that the myriad adverse reactions that occurred post-Covid shot — the mass sudden death, mass infertility, the 3,809 fetal deaths in 2021 alone, the rampant myocarditis (in young men, in particular), blood clotting, etc. have been known by our government all along, as each recipient has been tracked and surveilled through a “very active pharmacovigilance surveillance system,” per Trump’s handpicked “vaccine czar,” Moncef Siaoui.
In an interview with The Wall Street Journal in October 2020, Siaoui bragged that ALL Warp Speed vaccine recipients will be monitored for two years via “incredibly precise . . . tracking systems” that will “ensure that patients each get two doses of the same vaccine and to monitor them for adverse health effects.”
Who are the two companies who received the contracts to secretly monitor and track the vital signs and whereabouts of billions of individuals, without their knowledge? Google and Oracle.
Google, you know, the company who has aggressively censored individuals for spreading “misinformation” about adverse effects from the Covid shots.
As of December 2022, the CDC’s vaccine-adverse-event reporting system (VAERS) showed the total amount of cases following all COVID-19 vaccines since they were issued emergency use authorization in December of 2020, is now 1,453,323 including 31,818 deaths. (Keep in mind a measly one percent are actually reported by “healthcare” workers. So, if I’m doing my math correctly, that equals 145,332,300 adverse events and 3,181,800 deaths.)
And if you and I have this information, you know that Google and Oracle certainly do. HHS and DHS certainly do. ATI certainly does. The DOD, Trump, Biden, Fauci, governors and doctors the world over certainly do.

Sasha Latypova is an ex-pharma employee and biotech expert. She has 25 years of experience in clinical research and regulatory approvals, and has worked with over 60 pharmaceutical companies, as well as the FDA. She is also part of “Team Enigma,” a team of doctors and researchers who have diligently worked to uncover what was in the Covid shots.
A short while back, Latypova was interviewed by Maria Zeee, of Zeee Media, and she brought forth information received through Freedom of Information requests that most will find disturbing, not the least of which is that Operation Warp Speed, with it’s military-sounding name, is, in fact, an operation run by our own Department of Defense.
Latypova reports that standard Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), which is a set of laws meant to protect the public from harm, were not followed in the production of the “vaccines.” She reports her team’s analysis of the adverse events, post-injection, reported on the CDC’s VAERS website, revealed the variability in product, lot-to-lot, batch-to-batch, was thousands of times higher than what is expected from a well-manufactured product. Typically, that kind of variability would cause a product to be recalled immediately, just as car manufacturers recall certain makes and models. Not so with these synthetic injectables.
In fact, on January 18, 2021 (just two weeks after the full rollout of these shots), an organization in Orange County, California detected a problem with one of the lots of Moderna (which is unsurprising given that I just watched Ray Kurzweil brag that it only took two DAYS to produce the Moderna shots). They proclaimed there were too many “alllergic” reactions. This was reported on numerous outlets, including CNN. Then nothing happened. That lot continued to be distributed throughout the U.S. until it ran out at the end of March, 2021. From that Moderna lot, Latypova states: “I counted in VAERS system over 3000 adverse-event reports and 60 deaths. So, on January 18, 2021, they detect an issue and they do nothing and kill 60 people (at least; we know VAERS is under-reported). So after that occurrence, everything else should be considered intentional.” That Moderna lot was distributed throughout the world. Actions should have been taken by the regulators to halt their use. But nobody did anything. One of the reasons for this is that there are no actual regulators. Those we’ve seen claiming to be regulators are nothing more than posers paid to lie.
In preparation for all of this, the U.S. Government and DOD, over many years, put in place three specific elements to remove pesky safety regulations from injections: 1) they created “Other Transactional Authority,” which allows them to work with private companies to create prototypes of any number of things, do research, etc; 2) they classified the shots as “countermeasures,” which are emergency-use authorized; and 3) they had a “Public Health Emergency” declared. So when those three stipulations are met, no regulations apply whatsoever.
Then, Latypova further states, “The only standard for releasing/deploying them is: thesole discretion of the secretary of HHS.” If he deems that they “may” be effective, that is all that is required for their release. Azar conveniently created this law for himself in September of 2020, giving himself sole power and authority over any foods, medicines, testing and vaccines, stripping that power from the FDA. They had no say-so. So what the FDA has been doing all this time is acting.
The FDA has no role in regulating these products. None. And that’s the brazen fraud that has been committed against us all.
Further, Latypova shares that “U.S. Code 360 BBB(k) states: Emergency Use Authorized covered medical countermeasures, once designated as such by the Secretary of HHS, shall not be considered to constitute a clinical investigation.” So under this 1997 EUA law, amended in 2003, 2004, 2005, 2013, and 2017 (showing ongoing pre-planning) when HHS declares a public health emergency, then the secretary can use EUA-covered medical countermeasures. And when they do, it does not constitute a clinical investigation, meaning the FDA has no role whatsoever in regulating it.
So when they performed these clinical trials, it was all theatre. By law, these products can’t have a clinical investigation. So the trials we heard about were literally pretend clinical trials.
And while money has been a big reason for the plandemic — with 576 new billionaires having been minted during the manufactured crisis — the real reason for it is, according to Latypova, intentional infliction of death and/or injury on as many people as possible. (In a separate video, Dr. Mike Yeadon, a research partner of Latypova’s, states that, despite the fact that he has never been religious, he can only deduce that, with the kind of planning that has been involved in this operation that has released toxic products into billions of people, that it could only.have been done by those who worship satan.)
Latypova rightly points out that if this were all just about money, the suppliers could just ship placebo in perpetuity, and no one would know the difference. The suppliers would make 10 times the money. But that’s not what was done because money wasn’t the primary goal. Death, mass injury, and surveillance-from-under-the-skin were the goals.
The nanotechnology Ray Kurzweil states is key to the transhumanism he thinks we should all embrace — with boosters required to “upgrade” — is now in untold billions of people. (Also, the fact that Kurzweil, Google’s Director of Engineering — Google being a major U.S Government/DOD contractor — was apparently present for the manufacture of some of the “vaccines” is telling.)
Finally, several years ago, I came across a document produced by the DOD in 2000, entitled “Joint Vision 2020,” which illustrated their stated goal for the year 2020 was “full spectrum dominance.” It states, “The label full spectrum dominance implies that U.S. forces are able to conduct prompt, sustained, and synchronized operations with combinations of forces tailored to specific situations and with access to and freedom to operate in all domains — land, sea, air, space, and information.”
Seeing that word “information” might not mean much until you realize that we simple humans are information. We are walking data covered in skin. And with the human genome project having been completed in the early 2000s, the “code” of humans was revealed. We are made up of ones and zeroes and, as such, are just as hackable as any other computer code. All that is needed is the software (provided by Autodesk) and access to our inner bodies (provided by nanotechnology — repeatedly proven to be present in the synthetic RNA injections).
So, it appears Operation Warp Speed led directly to the achievement of the DOD’s goal of full-spectrum dominance. And with that, the picture is perfectly clear.
