I recently received an email from James Roguski. I am on his email list. I strongly felt that this particular email he was sending out to people was of great importance, and I wanted to share it with the visitors of NofakeNews. Because the powers that be are only mighty if we do nothing, and if we share this “Declaration of the People,” as James Ruguski suggests, we will speak out. We will no longer be giving our consent or being silent. The controlling powers’ systematic thinking is required to succeed with their agenda.
James Roguski begins with the following statement:
“I do NOT recognize the World Health Organization as being anything other than an advisory body, with no power whatsoever to enforce the recommendations that they make.
In all matters, we the people make up the whole-of -government.
I claim my right to personal, individual sovereignty in all matters, and I cede that authority only to God.
I am responsible for my own health and THE WHO HAS NO AUTHORITY OVER ME.
I DEMAND THAT WE #ExitTheWHO”
THE PEOPLE’S DECLARATION:
I am opposed to the centralization of power into the hand of unelected, unaccountable and largely unknown bureaucrats through the negotiation of international agreements that absolutely do not reflect the wishes of the people of the world.
I am opposed to what is essentially biological weapons research, regardless of whether it is referred to as vaccine research, gain-of-function research, dual use research of concern or by any other name. This type of research must not be expanded. It must be stopped.
I am opposed to the use of terrorism and fear-mongering, including in the form of propaganda and censorship, and I am opposed to the weaponization of injectable substances that are masquerading as “vaccines” and are being pushed upon men, women, and children around the world without their consent.
I reject the “Political Declaration of the United Nations General Assembly High-level Meeting on Pandemic Prevention, Preparedness and Response” because I do not consent to spending up to $30 billion dollars per year to “promote the fair, equitable and timely sharing of benefits arising from the use of pathogens with pandemic potential.”
I also reject the WHO CA+ Framework Convention, commonly known as the “Pandemic Treaty” for a multitude of reasons, including its call for a Pathogen Access and Benefits Sharing System that “aims to ensure timely access to pathogens with pandemic potential and the corresponding benefit-sharing.”
I also reject the proposed Amendments to the International Health Regulations for a multitude of reasons including the amendments to Annex 1 (submitted by India) that call for the “timely exchange of biological material and genetic sequence data to WHO’ in return for unspecified “benefits.”
The needs of the people of the world have been ignored for far too long. Planning to spend tens of billions of dollars to increase the profits of the Pharmaceutical Hospital Emergency Industrial Complex under the guise of “equity” is simply not acceptable.

And now, as the planned genocide of Palestinians continues, with the goal of killing them all or pushing them off their land forever so that the central bankers who control Netanyahu can run the world from Israel, they are within striking distance of their next goal: taking everything you own: your freedom, your money, your savings, your home, your cars, your food . . .
The goal is to subjugate and enslave you. And when the financial system they’ve built — the construct that only serves them — comes crashing down (which could happen tomorrow, next week, next month, or within the next few months), they will use that as a pre-text to subjugate you and your loved ones.

This is in addition to the subjugation at the hands of Tedros Gherbreyesus, Director-General of the World Health Organization, which will happen if he gets the required signatures for “The Pandemic Accord” this coming May, giving him absolute power over every individual’s health. (Really.)

In 2020, I tried to warn people that COVID-19 was a hoax. I explained in detail through my writings on this platform and a novella titled PLANDEMIC that the entire public health emergency was predicated on a psyop to get people convinced that their only protection from a fake killer virus was a newly untested vaccine.
After the vaccine’s release in 2021, thousands of doctors began to speak out against the Covid shots, only to be broadly censored by their employers (hospitals and clinics) and social media platforms.
Never before in our remembered history had such broad censorship occurred as it did in 2020-2023. It’s still going on today, and healthcare providers are terrified of speaking out against what they know is killing, sterilizing, and forever changing the health expressions of millions of people.
I am writing this post for all working healthcare professionals who are aware of what is transpiring. This worldwide vaccine genocide is going to reduce human population numbers significantly in the next five years.
I believe that many of the jabs are mere placebos and do nothing but give people the false impression that the COVID vaccines are harmless. But I also think that a specific pre-calculated number of vaccines contain different recipes that result in various human physiological problems, including, in many cases, death!
I realize that all of us health professionals have invested a lot of money into our professional careers, but there comes a point where you must speak out about a crime against humanity. Medicine and Big Pharma are committing such a crime. These two entities are tools of a world government that is resetting the human population, and I believe this is not their first rodeo. That is an entirely different subject for another day.

I went into the grocery store earlier today with my wife. She immediately heads off in one direction to get fruits and vegetables, and I in another to pick up some bagels and cream cheese.
Somehow, I get preoccupied with trying to make out the fine print ingredients on the cream cheese package (my eyes are not what they used to be) and lose track of where I am walking.
Eventually, I located what I believed were my wife and the grocery cart she was pushing. I walk over and reflexively place my two items in the basket while telling her, “I’ll be right back; I need to grab some deli meats.”
When I look up, a woman stranger stares at me, probably believing I am nuts. After realizing I had made a mistake, I laughed and said, “You’re not my wife!”
The woman smiled and said, “Not tonight.”
I picked up my groceries, apologized for the misunderstanding, and eyed my actual wife, looking at me from across the store, wondering what I was doing.
When I explained the series of events, my wife smiled and said, ” I hope that I never go missing and have to rely on you to give my description to the police.”
Gee, it’s tough getting older! 😂

First and foremost, I am not writing that the Hoover Dam was not built in the 1930s for over five years. The official narrative might be spot-on, and the reclamation project (a strange thing to call it) might have progressed as our history describes the construction. Or maybe not!

I have been to the Hoover Dam twice, once in 1994, before the bypass bridge was constructed, and again in 2017. It’s a fantastic human-engineered structure that is hard to describe with mere words. If you ever have the chance to visit Hoover Dam, do so. Put the trip on your bucket list.
I am still knee-deep in reviewing Tartaria and Old World Exploration Research and came across the video above on the Hoover Dam.
I must say that I am suspicious of the official narrative despite the many construction photographs available for review. Then again, I am suspicious of most things related to historical officialdom.
BTW, I borrowed the idea for the article’s title from one of the cleverly written YouTube comments.

There are plenty of people in America and other countries who felt as if they had been gut-punched in January 2021. They expected something extraordinary to transpire in Washington, DC, because numerous online personalities had fed them alleged intel from alleged military sources that something incredible would happen.
People believed that Donald Trump would be reinaugurated as POTUS and that the current POTUS, Joe Biden, would be arrested by the US military along with the rest of the characters in the Democratic party.
When the predictions based on the intel did not come to fruition as forecast, people felt cheated and wanted answers. So, what did many of these people do? They returned to the same personalities that gave them inaccurate information and demanded more intel.
This can and often does become a vicious cycle and is a classic example of continually experiencing insanity. If you keep repeating the same mistakes while expecting a different outcome than you’re getting — you’re fooling yourself and wasting valuable time.
I will not tell you that I have never been the recipient of bad intel from a source. It happens. But I try to learn from my mistakes. If I see that incoming information turns out to be accurate most of the time, I continue to rely on that information’s source. On the other hand, if I see that the information is not regularly accurate, I discontinue relying on that relationship.
Often, people invest so much time and energy into a narrative that they have difficulty abandoning the information feed even after realizing they have received inaccurate intel. They become addicted to the story and need to hear reassurance repeatedly from that source that everything is okay.
Many of these people who spread disinformation are very clever. They appear trustworthy and appear articulate, and well-versed in a given subject matter. They sprinkle a bit of truth in the narratives they profess to be experts while taking readers and listeners on a magical ride.
When things don’t shake out the way online personalities claim, there are always logical and plausible excuses offered. New timelines are established in the future for the event or predicted event to transpire, and the anticipation and hopes of the following audience are magically restored.
I am writing this post because I continue to get many people sending me messages who are still confused about whether specific intel feeds are accurate or not. I cannot assure readers that a particular source provides correct information or rubbish. How would I know? The only thing I can do is analyze the information someone gives me and see how accurate or inaccurate that information turns out.
If someone gives me instructions on building or assembling something and the product turns out well and functions reasonably, I will probably trust that individual with future projects. But if the instructions I am given to build something lead to the product not working or falling apart — I’m not trusting that individual in the future.
The only thing I am saying to readers is to be careful when garnering information from different sources. It’s the only thing we can do to protect ourselves and our loved ones as we try to navigate through the maze of lies and disinformation that seem to be everywhere.
