Facebook: End the Addiction and Reclaim Your Life

In the autumn of 2011, I activated a Facebook account. At that time, I had no idea the tremendous amount of damage I was about to inflict on my psyche. Prior to joining Facebook, I used the Internet occasionally. Most of my time on the web was dedicated to performing research for the various books I had authored from 2001-2011. 

After joining Facebook my life changed, and not for the better. There were a number of negative things that happened to me as a result of joining this social media application. I don’t have the time in one article to address all of them, but I can state without any hesitation whatsoever that I became addicted to Facebook.

From 2011-2014, I experienced the most unproductive time in my life. Looking back at this situation, it’s hard for me to understand how social media almost destroyed me. In June, 2014 I took my life back from Facebook and shut down my account.

As of this writing, I do not participate on any social media platforms. In fact, I spend very little time on the Internet these days. I also deleted all of my email accounts except for one that is necessary to run my professional chiropractic practice.

The way that I look at it is if people that I care about want to communicate with me, they can call me on the telephone. I don’t have any desire to publicize to the world where I am having dinner, going on vacation, shopping at the supermarket, attending a sporting event, getting a job or a job promotion, etc. I think you get the idea.

Let’s face it; Facebook and similar social media applications are platforms for narcissistic personalities. Facebook is all about “me” and the need for people to be the center of attention on the Internet.

Could you imagine walking in a public place and yelling at the top of your lungs that you were hired at a new job? How about opening your wallet and showing strangers photos of your child, wife, or significant other? In essence, this is what we are doing on Facebook and other social media sites.

I see people in restaurants, movie theaters, automobiles, professional seminars, and even restrooms checking their Facebook accounts. It’s an addictive, electronic drug and there are junkies worldwide. How many hours do you spend on social media websites? Are you on them 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 hours or more a day?

I realized in 2014 that I wanted my life back. I shut down Facebook and unplugged from most Internet activities with the exception of NoFakeNews. And my editor handles the management of the news stories on that website. Do yourself and family a favor; deactivate your Facebook and social media accounts. Stop leaving a trail of breadcrumbs for thieves, hackers, and governments of the world to monitor your every move.

Today, I am very happy again spending quality time with the two people I care about and love the most in this world, my wife and daughter.

Many in the know have realized for the longest time that Germany and other EU member countries are under the control of Washington, DC. The puppet European governments are not doing what is best for its once sovereign territories. European countries are being sold out by their so called leaders that have pledged an allegiance to a higher power. It’s a higher power that subscribes to a New World Order and things are heating up faster than many people thought possible.

Is America’s Disbelief Regarding 9-11 Growing?

When we take the time to revisit some of the truly horrific moments in history that have traumatized the collective psyche of Americans, (Oklahoma City, Columbine, WACO, Pearl Harbor, 9-11) many of us are not emotionally affected because we only remember the headlines that were attached to those significant dates. What we have lost and continue to lose, as the years pass us by, are the memories of so many innocent human beings (the real story content) that unfortunately lost their lives simply because they were at the wrong place at the wrong time.

There are more people than ever before questioning the government’s official version of 9-11. According to many independent polls, which have been conducted by Internet and mainstream news sources, most Americans believe in various alternative (conspiracy) theories regarding September 11 instead of the government’s published account.

In the 1960’s and early 1970’s television stations throughout the United States would regularly sign off the air at the end of the business day by playing the country’s National Anthem. The same ritual would occur when the television stations would sign back on the air the following morning.

As the television viewing audience watched the various pictures that accompanied the US National Anthem, they were subliminally being inundated with messages that can be compared to those featured in the science fiction movie, “They Live“ starring Roddy Piper.

Can you imagine how sophisticated the mind control techniques have become in the present day as the powers that be continue to drive home the same subliminal messages to the same unsuspecting audience?

The Manipulation of Media Messages by Special Interest Groups

I definitely had to make this video available for our readers. It has to do with manipulation of media messages by special interest groups. Drug companies, political groups, government agencies, and many other special interest groups regularly set out to create false paradigms for a non suspecting and gullible public.

This video presentation offers us ten minutes of refreshing truthfulness. The woman conducting the seminar is brave and quite courageous in her attempt to shed the light of day on how the powers that be try to influence the perceptions of citizenry throughout the world.

When you control the media presentations as well as the research being performed, it’s easy to convince people of a specific agenda. For example, a person reads that a vaccination is safe in a magazine article. Later in the day the person sees on the evening news that the same vaccine is safe and important for good health. The person decides to do her due diligence and performs some research by visiting Wikipedia, WebMD, a few Google locations, etc. They all seem to support the information that was reported in the media presentation; the vaccine is a good thing.

Unfortunately, the individual has been hoodwinked and lied to. The pharmaceutical company that developed the vaccine was also responsible for creating the information on Wikipedia, WebMD, the top placed positions on Google and the featured article in the magazine. Oh yes, they also were involved with the presentation on the evening news.

We’re just getting at the tip of the iceberg here, people. This sort of stuff is taking place all the time in just about any genre of importance that has to do with shaping the perceptions of the masses.

Is The Entire Space Program A Hoax?

In the short time I have been involved with this blog, I have had a good opportunity to read a lot of research that has been conducted and published by some very smart people that are quite independent from the mainstream scientists working for NASA and the European Space Agency.

Dr. Reizer (NoFakeNews Founder) has written several articles about how he believes the Apollo moon landings were faked. He has also devoted a page on this website (OFF WORLD) that discusses images supposedly taken by unmanned spacecraft that have allegedly landed on the moon and Mars. These photos, he has argued, show signs of active civilization on Mars and life on the moon.

The photographic records coming directly from official NASA websites in the public domain seem to reveal intelligently designed structures/buildings on the surface of both our moon and the planet Mars. The two questions I have for NASA and other Space agencies operating in the world are these: Were any of the mission photographs allegedly taken on Mars, the earth’s moon or anywhere else in the cosmos genuine? Have these photographs really been taken on foreign celestial bodies or have they been taken right here on terra firma in an effort to perpetuate the lie that humans have been able to survive in the vacuum known as space?

After looking over many of the controversial subjects that independent researchers have uncovered with regards to space travel such as manned and unmanned flights, low earth orbit space travel, the dangers associated with the Van Allen Belts, cosmic radiation dangers, modern space suit technology, waste management considerations in space, water management in space, Apollo space technology of the 60’s and 70’s, and last but not least modern CGI technology used to create the illusion of man’s presence in space, I am now of the opinion that there is a very good possibility that the entire space program has been a complete hoax from its inception.

It is often easier to fool large segments of the population about a given subject than it is to convince the same group that they have been fooled. This is true with regards to the space program, false flag terror attacks, the war on terror, the war on Cancer, and many other subjects that are disingenuously circulated as the truth by the powers that be.
