This past January, I shared with NoFakeNews readers the important work of tireless patriot James Roguski here (https://nofakenews.net/2023/01/17/the-whos-international-health-regulations-and-the-amendments-that-stand-to-enslave-humanity/) and here (https://nofakenews.net/2023/01/19/stop-the-amendments-to-the-international-health-regulations/), complete with his excellent templates to make reaching out to your senators and state representatives easier, with regard to the World Health Organization’s (WHO’s) Proposed “Pandemic Treaty” and the Amendments to the International Health Regulations, both of which stand to remove our freedoms forever!

I am happy to report people took action in South Carolina! Today, they became the first state to introduce a bill (H.4246) in their General Assembly to nullify the WHOs proposed pandemic treaty and IHR amendments.

South Carolinians, please help get H.4246 enacted by contacting your state legislators. Urge them to support strong measures that uphold and enforce the Constitution. Think of the future you desire for yourself and your loved ones.

Roguski has info about the bill, as well as another easy way to reach out to your state legislature:

A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY ADDING ARTICLE 27 TO CHAPTER 1, TITLE 1 SO AS TO PROHIBIT THE STATE OR ITS POLITICAL SUBDIVISIONS FROM IMPLEMENTING THE PROVISIONS OF FEDERAL TREATIES BEFORE THE TREATY IS RATIFIED BY THE UNITED STATES SENATE.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION 1. Chapter 1, Title 1 of the S.C. Code is amended by adding:Article 27 Federal Treaties Section 1-1-1710. Please take a couple of minutes to fill in the few pieces of info and send it in.  And if you live in a different state, please share this information, with your own state legislature and encourage them to pass similar legislation in your state.
