What Does it Mean to be Healthy?

By Dr. John Reizer

Author of The Target List Novel

All life has the natural ability to adapt to its surrounding environment. Whether we are discussing very small organisms or the most complex forms of life (human beings); living things must either adapt to their environment or cease to exist.

How adequately or inadequately life adapts to its surroundings is the true measuring stick of an organism’s level of health. This formula is applicable to both microscopic organisms and human beings.

When a person becomes physically or emotionally compromised, (run down, overworked, over-stressed, malnourished, etc.) his or her natural abilities to adapt to environmental stresses become less than what they should. Naturally occurring microbes, that humans normally coexist with, suddenly pose a serious threat to physiological systems when a particular individual is unable to properly adapt to environmental challenges. In other words, we become unhealthy when we lose our natural adaptive tendencies.

We don’t catch influenza because we come in contact with a specific virus. We become infected because our immunological defenses, that allow us to adapt to that viral microbe, are weakened or compromised. Bacteria and viral opportunists, that we regularly encounter, are only as strong as our natural, adaptive tendencies allow them to be. This is why only five out of ten people will come down with the flu or another sickness that has crossed everybody’s path. The five individuals that remained healthy weren’t just lucky. They adapted more appropriately, in an immunological sense, than the five people that contracted a particular strain of influenza.

Catch a flu virus or some other type of bacterial infection and your body will immediately begin a plan of attack in an effort to adapt to the challenging, microbial invader. In most situations, human physiology will activate a fever to kill off the bacteria or virus affecting your body. Most of these opportunistic organisms cannot survive in higher temperature ranges and so the body modifies its internal thermostat, making it impossible for them to survive. The body’s ability to adapt is absolutely amazing.

Unfortunately, in many situations, human beings do a plethora of things that interfere with the body’s innate abilities to adapt to its environment. Taking fever reducing drugs is one of them. Because we have been misled by drug companies, that have a financial interest in teaching us bad health practices, we commonly believe fever is a bad thing and that it can cause brain damage. In reality, fever is a friend and will minimize the duration and severity of most common illnesses that are generated from opportunistic bacteria and viruses.

There are many things that you can do on a daily basis that will improve your body’s ability to adapt to its surrounding environment. Consuming drugs, vaccines, artificial sweeteners, unnatural food additives, and other toxins are not some of them.

Consuming fruits, vegetables, non fluoridated water, and eating properly will help your body adapt to its environment more efficiently.

Because the intelligence that regulates your body’s physiology, and allows you to adapt to your environment, operates directly through the nervous system, it’s vitally important you have your spine checked by a chiropractor several times each year for tiny vertebral misalignments called subluxations. If left unchecked, spinal subluxations can inhibit the functioning capability of the nervous system and will cause the human body to adapt less efficiently to its surrounding environment. This translates into an unhealthy individual.

When people finally begin to understand and respect the fact that true health originates from a living thing’s ability to properly adapt to its immediate surroundings, we will finally begin to see a marked improvement in the overall health of our population.

The Target List Audiobook Review by Author L.S. Fellows

By L.S. Fellows, Author

The story begins with a “doctor” casting a wand over a young girl and curing her of a terminal disease. But it is some time before Clyde Daniel and his associate Donna are ready to share their breakthrough with the world.

However, it seems the world – or rather Big Pharma – is neither ready nor willing to accept this new radio wave technology. Many among us would query their hesitancy. Why would anyone not welcome such technology? Isn’t the point of Big Pharma to find cures for those pernicious diseases? Of course it is. But, such ‘cures’ come at a price – the cost of research is reflected in the amount charged for any new wonder drug.

Now, if patients no longer need to take daily medication to ease their pain and suffering as a result of chronic illness and diseases, then the demand for such pills and potions becomes redundant.

Oops!

Could big pharmaceutical companies be holding out against cures for today’s killer diseases? Is it all about money after all?

The short chapters really keep the pace taut and tense in this thought-provoking story. The narration adds to the tension, the personality of the main characters comes through, as does excitement for the wand’s potential in regards to the future of healthcare.

I could happily have listened to more about the characters and the conspiracies they face in bringing the wand to market, but I have to admit that the brevity of the story delivers the desired shock factor. It certainly had me thinking about the role of Big Pharma and the drugs industry and made me ever more thankful for European healthcare systems on which I currently rely. That said, if only there really could be something available like the wand … how amazing would that be?

Highly recommended for fans of medical thrillers: sharp, pacy and thought-provoking.

A THOUGHT – PROVOKING STORY

FIVE STARS!

The short chapters really kept the pace taut and tense in this thought provoking story. Could big pharmaceutical companies be holding out against cures for today’s killer diseases? Is it all about money after all?
A most interesting story.

STRONG NARRATION

FIVE STARS

This was a nicely narrated book by Mr. Grunerud and a cleverly written story by Dr. John Reizer. The book was entertaining and also very educational at the same time.

I was issued a free copy of the audiobook in exchange for an unbiased review.

AN ACTION PACKED STORY!

FIVE STARS

The Target List has action from start to finish. I loved the story. It’s about a team of doctors that invented a medical device that cures cancer without drugs. Big Pharma hires assassins to kill the doctors and the technology because they’re going to lose billions of dollars. It’s definitely worth the listen! I was given a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

I ADORE THIS STORY

FIVE STARS

I absolutely adore this story. I also admire how the characters are developed and how much the author can get the listener to invest in them. Wonderfully written book. The narrator, Allen Grunerud has done a nice job as well. I was given a free advance copy of this audio book at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

SCARY AS HELL

FIVE STARS

Dr. John Reizer is a great author. I have never been a fan of medical thrillers but this one pulled me in from the beginning and hasn’t let me go. The author is meticulous in his research and very crafty in creating a story that is believable and scary as hell! I was given a free advance copy of this audio book at my request and have left this review voluntarily.

THIS WAS GREAT!

FIVE STARS

This has action from beginning to end. Short and fast and focused, it acknowledges one of the current beliefs that Big Pharma doesn’t want to cure anybody because it would hit their profits. The author’s writing style is different from Robin Cook, but if you like Robin Cook, you will also like this book.
I really liked the narrator. He does a good job differentiating different characters.

I was given this audiobook free in exchange for an honest review.

Why They Attack Alternative Healthcare

By Dr. John L. Reizer

Author of The Target List

Throughout the relatively short history of modern healthcare, there have been continuous attempts to undermine the credibility of alternative healthcare professions. Very powerful organizations have carefully designed and implemented impressive strategies to make natural healthcare disciplines and their practitioners look like quacks and charlatans.

Professionals are routinely hired by undisclosed, secret entities to give false interviews, write defamatory books, construct disingenuous websites and participate in broad scale efforts that target healthcare consumers and help create, for them, false perceptions about natural healthcare practices.

The funding of these activities, although difficult to trace for the average person, obviously originate from petrochemical corporations. Due to a number of legal factors, it is often quite cumbersome to point fingers at specific business entities, as well as others that might be involved with the inner workings of such conspiratorial activities.

As one might suspect, the targets and casualties on the battlefield are always the same. Any healthcare professions, modalities, or treatment protocols that go against the grain of conventional medical theories are fair game.

Debunking agents are used on a regular basis to keep society firmly aligned with the parameters of acceptable thinking regarding many genres that make up our fabric of perceived reality. This is true in the healthcare arena as well.

Any idea or concept that challenges the accepted thinking patterns of everyday people are quickly identified and dealt with in an expeditious manner by specialists that are paid to write and publish biased comments on websites and blogs. If, for example, a large minority of the population suddenly began to question the authenticity of something that was being reported by the mainstream media, trained debunkers are always ready to spring into action. These people, through the implementation of strategic campaigns, can quickly minimize the damage being caused by a controversial voice within the population base.

Broad scale debunking can make sure that the majority of the population continues to perceive reality the way that the media originally intended.

Major petrochemical/pharmaceutical companies have a lot at stake in the very lucrative disease care industry. In order for these large multinational companies to remain profitable and powerful, society must continue to believe in certain erroneous concepts. As long as people continue to believe the maintenance of human health can be achieved through vaccines and that the suppression of symptoms in human physiology is the way to cure diseases, people will remain sick and pharmaceutical companies will continue to rake in astronomical profits.

Alternative healthcare professions often point out significant flaws that are absolutely inherent within the framework of traditional medicine’s illogical theories. Because of this fact, it has been a longstanding goal of established medicine’s controllers (Big Pharma) to retain the services of credible appearing scientists and other professionals that can write or convey damaging remarks about a particular alternative healthcare profession.

Very simply explained, when someone or something is intelligently challenging the credibility of a lucrative industry like traditional medicine, and they have damaging evidence that could blow the doors off the barn so to speak, and prove that many theoretical applications used within the medical profession are, in fact, the truest forms of quackery in existence, a major problem is created for the powers that be.

The only way for Big Pharma to activate a campaign of damage control is to discredit the people and the professions that are posing the most legitimate threat, at a particular time, to established medical dogma. This is why alternative healthcare concepts are not embraced by science. This is why many alternative healthcare professions are publicly attacked and their objectives and benefits never see the light of day. What you will find out, if you take the time to study this subject matter, is that what is often promoted by the mainstream as science is actually quackery and what is often labeled by the same groups as quackery is true science.

Quite a few web addresses have been designed to make potential viewers wary of alternative healthcare services. It is easy to land on such disingenuous websites. All you have to do is find a search engine and type in an alternative healthcare practice methodology that is in opposition to traditional medicine and you will see such websites populate your computer screen. The sites all claim to be there to protect the general public from harmful alternative healthcare professions. Are you kidding me? Have you ever read the drug warnings that accompany prescription and non prescription drugs? Dangerous and extremely toxic drugs are what healthcare consumers need to be protected from, not natural healthcare professions and practitioners that are often licensed by state agencies to offer their beneficial services.

My advice to healthcare consumers that come across anti-alternative healthcare websites is to realize that this type of content is being purposely placed in the public domain by powerful organizations that have direct connections to the Medical Establishment. The ultimate goal of Big Pharma is to make healthcare consumers believe that alternative healthcare disciplines are all based on pseudo-scientific principles.

Remember to keep in mind that in most situations the differences between scientific and pseudo-scientific studies have to do with who or what entities are paying for the research being performed. If a given study is being funded by a petrochemical company, that has a biased interest in the research taking place, it is usually referred to by the mainstream thinkers as scientific. If, on the other hand, a particular study is being funded by a non biased organization, or has been privately funded by someone that wants the truth to be revealed about something they have deemed important, it is often viewed by the mainstream thinkers as pseudo science.

An Interview with Dr. John Reizer

By Gina Flores

Recently, I had the pleasure of interviewing NoFakeNews founder and author, Dr. John Reizer about his recent novel, The Target List. Here’s what he had to say:

Gina: How does it feel to have written a pretty damn good novel?

John: I am happy with the way the story turned out. There are always aspects of a story that I think that I should have done a bit differently, but I think most writers have the same feelings regarding their books. This story is special to me because of the underlying message it attempts to convey to readers and listeners.

Gina: It seems to me from looking at all the reviews on Amazon and Audible that your story has been well received by most readers. Were you expecting such positive reviews and feedback?

John: Well you know, I didn’t know what to expect. Usually, my books receive very little in the way of reviews. When you’re an unknown author swimming in a sea of established authors, it’s hard to get people to read your work, let alone rate and review it. I think, initially , I believed there would be more negative reviews than positive ones. And not because of my writing abilities, but because the storyline is based on a very polarizing subject. Anytime you write something negative about traditional medicine or the pharmaceutical industrial complex, you’re inviting and opening yourself up to hostile reader reviews.

Gina: Have you received any bad or hostile reviews?

John: I haven’t really received too many negative reviews for The Target List. There have been a few 2 and 3 star ratings, but not everybody is going to fall in love with your story.

Gina: Do you like the way the audiobook turned out?

John: Oh yes! I think Allen Grunerud did such a great job with the book. The audiobook has been on and off of Amazon’s Top 100 list for Medical Thrillers. It’s been spending a lot of time on the list this past week. I am so happy with the way he produced the project. And his work has been positively reviewed on Audible. There have been lots of great reviews on that platform and that’s a direct result of Allen’s narration skills.

Gina: What’s next for this story?

John: I am collaborating with a screenwriter to hopefully turn the story into a low budget movie thriller. That’s the plan at least. I think you have to aim high and see how things shake out. But, honestly, I have a good feeling about The Target List moving forward. Regardless of what happens from this point, the rest is frosting on the cake for me. This story has already exceeded my original expectations.

Gina: Are you working on another story?

John: I have delayed beginning my next novel because I have been involved with the screenplay project. That’s going to take several months to complete so I want to wait until that’s wrapped up before concentrating on something new. But I am having fun with this book and I am still writing articles everyday for NoFakeNews.

The Target List is currently being prepared for a full length screenplay. We’re just in the outline stages, but I would be interested in readers’ and listeners’ opinions regarding what they think might make the story better in a full length movie. For example, should the main protagonist be a man or woman?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated as the actual writing of the screenplay will begin in November, 2019.

Audiobook Review of The Target List

By Gina Flores

It’s been more than a few months since I have written anything for NoFakeNews. My schedule has been hectic, and I have been back and forth to Europe like a pingpong ball this year. But now I have some downtime until January and can catch my breath.

I haven’t had the chance to write anything about Dr. Reizer’s novel, The Target List. I read the paperback in July; it was fantastic. I told John at the time it was the best thing he’d written to date and I loved his Michael Morris books.

I just finished listening to the audiobook edition narrated by Allen Grunerud. It’s also fantastic.

Let me just say that this story and the concept of WAND are brilliant. The storyline is not only plausible, it’s probably happened more frequently than anyone could imagine.

I loved Clyde’s character. He’s a very complex individual, intellectually speaking, yet down to earth and ready to confront and defeat professional assassins. Donna is great too – she possess the perfect personality to keep Clyde on track and between the two of them, they’re the perfect team.

The Target List is entertainment and a window’s look inside the world of Big Pharma all wrapped up in a two hour listen.

What I liked best about the novel is the simplicity of the writing. Dr. Reizer keeps the story’s pace moving at a good clip and is able to accurately portray the state of criminal activity taking place in the pharmaceutical industry, and still create a very good medical thriller. Not an easy thing to pull off.

If you’re interested in listening to or reading a great story, get acquainted with John Reizer’s, The Target List.

Do They WAND to Eliminate Cancer?

By Dr. John Reizer

Author of The Target List

In my breakthrough novel, The Target List, I address a number of issues currently affecting healthcare consumers worldwide.

The story’s plot revolves around the creation of a fictional medical instrument called WAND (Wave-Altering-Nanoparticle-Disrupter).

WAND is the pharmaceutical industry’s worst nightmare; it cures cancer and other diseases with radio frequencies, not drugs.

In my fictitious storyline, the drug companies stand to lose everything they’ve worked so hard to develop; drugs are about to become obsolete and diseases completely eradicated.

The powers that be set out to destroy WAND as well as the brains that developed the technology by hiring professional assassins. The creators of WAND are placed on somebody’s target list.

If a noninvasive technology that could cure cancer and other diseases without drugs or surgery actually existed, would the powers that be let it see the light of day? In a word, no. In two words, absolutely not. In three words, no f%#@ing way. I think you get the point.

The profits associated with treating different diseases indefinitely are enormous. There are billions of dollars at stake in Big Pharma’s fake crusade to conquer cancer and other known maladies currently plaguing healthcare consumers.

If a scientist or  group of scientists ever created a real WAND, you can bet with great confidence that those individuals would instantly be placed within the crosshairs of real assasins.

The Target List is a fictional story about things that have most likely already happened in real life. It’s my sincere hope that people will read or listen to the book and gain a better understanding of what is happening within organized medicine and through its handler, Big Pharma.
