It is probably an understatement to say that Americans would be surprised/horrified to know that every president from Jimmy Carter through Trump and Biden has signed a document that states the U.S. Government can legally kill Christians for worshipping Jesus Christ.

The death warrant signed by each of these presidents is buried in a document known as House Judiciary Resolution 104 (or HJ Res. 104), recognizing “Education Day,” in honor of Menachem Mendel Schneerson, a rabbi who was the seventh leader of the Chabad Lubavitch movement (assigned the position from his father-in-law), also known as the “Lubavitcher Rebbe.”

While each president has touted Schneerson’s accomplishments in educating children and spreading “moral values,” what they have ALL failed to mention is that the education to which they are referring is Jewish education, and the teachings of the Torah and the Talmud.

The Torah, the holiest book of the Jewish faith, consists of the first five books of the Hebrew Bible. There is no New Testament, there is no recognition of Jesus Christ as the son of God or the Jewish Messiah. In fact, if one dare declare any such thing, it is now considered blasphemous. And blasphemy, under the Noahide Laws of the Jewish Torah and Talmud, is punishable by death — specifically death by guillotine.

Bill Dannemeyer, a US Congressman from 1979 to 1992, tried to warn us. Prior to his death, he issued a warning, stating that a diabolical deception had occurred against the American people by [our] OWN leaders, proclaiming that “Senators and Congressmen have sold their soul[s] to the devil.”

He stated the following:

On March 5, 1991, in the House of Representatives, and March 7, 1991, in the U.S.
Senate, without any knowledge of, or input by, the people of the United States, U.S.
Senators and Congressmen passed a law that is so outrageous – and frankly
unconstitutional – that it forces the American people to be bound by a set of monstrous
rules, called the Noahide Laws, rules that make the belief in Jesus Christ a crime
punishable by decapitation by guillotine! On March 20, 1991, President George H.W.
Bush, a supposed Christian, signed the bill into law. (Deanna’s note: President George

Before you respond, “NO, that cannot be – not in our free country!” let me explain.
The passage of this law, HJ Res. 104, is especially troublesome to me because I was a
member of the U.S. House of Representatives at the time it was passed. Even worse, I
was in the House Chamber the very day that is was passed, voting on other legislation.
Yet I, as a U.S. Congressman, had NO KNOWLEDGE that it had been passed or even
that it was to be brought up for a vote. How could this be? How could the deception be
so pervasive that those of us who had sworn to uphold our country’s Constitution,
particularly those of us (few, indeed) who really took our position seriously as the
protectors of the people, could be totally in the dark regarding the content of this bill and
its passage by the leaders of this country – by treachery and deceit?
Here’s how it happened!

On January 31, 1991, an innocuous-sounding Resolution was introduced, designating March 26, 1991 as “Education Day, USA.” It was purposely given this name to deceive the American people. It was, in fact, a Double Deception because not only did the Resolution have nothing to do with “Education,” it was also deceptively billed as a vehicle for recognizing the eighty-ninth birthday of Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson. But in truth, the Resolution was nothing less than a secret, under-handed plot to control the American people by the Noahide Laws – a subterfuge for the elimination of Christianity, the elimination of all Christians, and the enslavement of all remaining “Gentiles.”

The Resolution, first introduced by Minority Leader, Rep. Robert H. Michel of Illinois,
was then referred to the House Post Office and Civil Service Committee. Early in March
1991, 225 members of the House had signed on as co-sponsors of this Resolution, but
it is highly doubtful they were given the full text of the document. They were probably
told only that it was a Resolution in honor of Rabbi Schneerson’s birthday. Most likely
they had no knowledge that the treacherous Noahide Laws were a silent attachment. I
was not one of the co-sponsors. The committee referred this Resolution to the House for a vote on March 5, 1991. But here is where the real treachery begins! The record
states that the House of Representatives passed this Resolution by “Unanimous
Consent.” But what the average American does not know is that “Unanimous Consent”
is a euphemism for getting a bill passed “under the radar” with almost NO ONE present to vote AND with NO RECORD of who voted or HOW they voted.

A Congressman’s ears prick up when he hears the words “Unanimous Consent”
because he is aware that this may be a signal for skullduggery. And in this case, it most
certainly was! On the day this Resolution was “passed,” the entire membership of the
House of Representatives had already been dismissed after having been told that the
day’s work, including all the voting, was over. We could all go home. It was THEN, after
virtually ALL members had left, that the traitorous authors of this Resolution brought it up for a vote on the House floor – with only four hand-picked members present. It
was then deceitfully “passed” by “Unanimous Consent” on March 5, 1991, by voice vote
with almost NO ONE there and NO RECORD made of their names or how they voted.
Two days later, on March 7 1991, the U.S. Senate passed the Resolution by voice vote,
also with no recorded vote. On March 20, 1991, it was signed by President George
H. W. Bush and became Public Law 102-14.

As you read on, you will discover the identity of the evil forces that have so much control
over the U.S. Government that they can accomplish these dastardly deeds under cover of darkness.

Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, that March 26, 1991, the start of the ninetieth year of Rabbi Menachem Schneerson, leader of the worldwide Lubavitch movement, is

The President is requested to issue a proclamation calling upon the people of the United States to observe such day with

Maria Zeee recently interviewed with Dr. Ana Mihalcea, a medical doctor who has been sounding the alarm on the toxic graphene present within injectables for years. Now she has come forward to reveal that it has been definitively found in dental anesthetics. The link to the video is below:

Maria: You’ve been investigating for three years your findings of nanotechnology in the shots, your findings of graphene in the shots, frequencies that should not be there and this is now showing up in uninjected people, as well. But now we have the University of Colorado confirming this. Please talk to us about these findings.

Dr. Ana Mihalcea: Yes, you’re aware that many doctors around the world have found the SAME self-assembling nanotechnology that was originally in the Covid shots also in these dental anesthetics. We found microchips that self-assemble. People were initially saying this was science fiction. But now Dr. James Lundstrom, he is a dentist who works for the International Association for Oral Medicine and Toxicology, a large organization that represents around 1500 dentists in the United States. They wanted to know our findings and wanted proof. So. Dr. Lundstrom sent a sample of Articaine with epinephrine, a common dental anesthetic to the University of Boulder, Colorado and their microspectroscopy laboratory now confirms that they did find graphene. This is huge news, Maria because here’s another confirmation now from a university laboratory that says the building blocks of microelectronics and self-assembling nanotechnology that are used for bi-directional telemetry to create nanorobotics are actually in other medications, as well. As you know, I found it in insulin, I found it in dexamethazone, I found it in Benadryl, and other scientists around the world have also done this.

This is a huge piece of news we need to get out there. This transhumanist technocratic agenda of fusing humans with technology is happening right under our nose.

Maria: Yes, absolutely. Unfortunately, people need to see a university confirmation. So, here we go.

Dr. Lundstrom says: We began the process of getting answers on the safety of dental anesthetics in February 2023. We began by contacting the manufacturers of the anesthetic and in July 2023, Dr. Lundstrom partnered with the IAOMT, the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology, to pursue testing of the anesthetic. And they say that our hope is, with the weight of the IAOMT, and their 1,520 members, we can accomplish our goal of answering the question on dental anesthetics safety.

Maria: What I want to ask you, Dr. Ana, about this bombshell confirmation, they’re confirming they found graphene in dental anesthetics. What you’re seeing under the microscope with dental anesthetics is the same as what you’re seeing in non-organic foods, major store meat, vegetables, fruit, the C19 injections. Is it the same?

Dr. Ana Mihalcea: The dental anesthetics were extremely dramatic because what we filmed was the self-assembly of these microchip-like structures within minutes as well, I have mixed dental anesthetics with human blood and within 20 minutes, the blood was destroyed. The other case I have written about: I had a patient who had a tooth extraction and dental anesthetics injected and from that wound, there were these rubbery clots that continued to produce themselves. 30 of them a round, rubbery, pearly shape. And it would not stop. So for three days this continued. The dentist didn’t know what to do. And the patient called me in terror saying, “I can’t go on the rest of my life like this. So I sent her for an EDT aculation(?) with Vitamin C which, according to the Moderna patents also stops the self-assembly of the nano-particles and in 30 minutes, it stopped. But the fact that people are experiencing this.

Now we’re working with biological dentists who have found microrobots in dental plaque, as well.
Is it the same stuff? Absolutely. It is all part of what we’ve found in other vaccines, other medications. And we know from the literature that the healthcare system will make people used to the fact that cyborgs and transhumans and human augmentation is a natural thing. This is according to the Army document, Cyborg 2050.

Maria: I was listening to an interview between [transhumanist, author of The Singularity is Nearer, etc.] Ray Kurzweil and Neil DeGrasse Tyson, and Tyson was asking Kurzweil, “You said by 2030, everybody’s going to have nanobots in them and this is going to connect them to the Hive Mind. Is this going to be ready before 2030. Kurzweil said, “We’ll be ready to launch in 2030.”

You don’t launch a global AI Hive Mind with everyone connected with nanorobots unless you have done significant testing before that point. 2030 happens to be the year that marks their Net Zero Sustainable Development goal target. So they want the Internet of Everything connected to every human being.

You, Dr. Mihalcea, recently wrote an article about Kurzweil’s writings. What did he say about nanorobots and the Singularity?

Dr. M: Kurzweil is really one of the leaders of this technocratic transformation of humanity. These people call themselves futurists. And what they want to do is use nanorobots that would repair our tissues from the inside. They would swarm through our blood but then also pass the blood-brain barrier and upload our thoughts, a digital copy of our brain, into the cloud. This obviously is bi-directional. So we can also be manipulated via AI in our brain. This is part of this whole Targeted Individual program that we know is a covert government program that has attacked civilians. That’s exactly what they’re doing.

And I also want to say, recently, the University of Argentina, Dr. Marcel Sangorine and Lorena Deblasi, they have provided bombshell evidence, having investigated Covid injections from around the world, found graphene in ALL OF THEM, including in Sputnik, including Pfizer, Moderna, AstroZeneca, as well as 54 undisclosed elements, including radioactive urannium. They found neodinium which is magnetic. And these lanthonytes, which are also fluorescent, which I have documented, are part of these semi-conductor technologies, self-assembling nanotechnologies that are used for the brain-computer interface. And exactly as you’re showing here (See Popular Mechanics article, entitled “Humans are on Track to Achieve Immortality in 7 Years, Futurist Says), they are endeavoring to create immortality by uploading the human mind into the cloud. THAT IS THE GOAL FOR THEM ULTIMATELY (but are already doing this to Targeted Individuals.)

They are working on cryonics, preserving the body after death and basically saying that death is the last frontier of disease that they want to conquer. But for us regular humans, they want to create automatons, people who no longer have a soul and a spirit, according to Yuval Harari. This is for real. It’s why I have been documenting and reporting on their literature. Because they are fully on their way and even 20 years ago were discussing the nanorobots that we’re finding now.

Maria: we read their documents and we think these people are lunatics, saying “People are hackable animals” This is how little these people think of humanity. You’re here documenting the fact that they’ve already started with this transition. I want to know, from your estimation and from all of your research and the patients you are treating, by the way. You’ve told me some of these people have experienced things like hearing (with Voice to Skull technology): “Go and get your booster.”
I want to know how likely is it that a huge portion of humanity now has this technology in them.

We know the Rand Corporation says “We can manipulate people and coerce them to do things that they would not normally want to do” once this technology is in them. How likely is it that humans are being engineered through this technology RIGHT NOW to achieve things like civil unrest, for example.

Dr. Mihalcea: It’s already happening around the world. We know, from scientists, including myself, the blood of everyone is contaminated with the self-assembling nanotechnology, the synthetic biology, these mesogen microchips. I have myself filmed the self-assembly of microelectronics in human blood. I have found it in many different medications, including Enbrel, which their literature confirms that microelectronics are in there. And we know, for example, the civil unrest in Rwanda was inducted by Directed Energy Weapons, manipulating people through mind control. We know that these Los Angeles riots were started through these weapons and we must look at the fact that human brain can absolutely now be remotely controlled through something called a Surface EEG. (See also: https://nofakenews.net/2023/02/27/mind-rape-one-of-many-crimes-being-committed-by-law-enforcement/) Even the WEF (World Economic Forum), they had a lecture last year, in 2023, in Davos, that showed how through a variable instrument the speaker’s brainwaves were being translated and their mind was being read, and they were saying, “Hey, now in the workplace, you can monitor your workers’ brainwaves and you’ll know when they start to get tired, and this will be great for work performance.” But from now on we will have a thought police.

Newsweek just had an article about remote-controlled mice. But we’ve known about this for years. The CIA has had their mind-control programs (MKULTRA, MKNAOMI, etc.) since the 1940s, being able to remotely manipulate individuals’ minds, affect protests, etc. This is all under the umbrella of social engineering.
And if you look at the personality changes after the Covid 19 injections, well this literally is through this BCI (brain-computer interface), you literally have created automatons.

There was Dr. Robert Duncan, a CIA whistleblower and Army whistleblower, who discussed this cybernetic hive mind already exists and how the CIA already uses it. But we also have Dr. James Giordano who discusses that neurotechnology is the demi-urge and that, in the wrong hands, it can be used to manipulate entire societies, and that is exactly what is happening.
It’s pharmacology, it’s electromagnetic, it’s microweapons, it’s ultrasonic weapons, it’s brain manipulation and we have the proof and the blood that there is bi-directional telemetry going on clearly. Nanosensors everywhere.

Maria: I have aired some of Dr. Giordano’s speeches that are declassified and on youtube. He talks about how, long ago, they could lace the top of a pen, for example, meet with a leader of a resistance and completely dismantle a resistance.
Who knows how far they’ve come with smart dust, what they can embed in geoengineering, etc. The possibilities are literally endless. On top of the fact that we’re being socially engineered through algorithms and constant lies in the media, we now have the added element of, “Gee, is my neighbor actually brain-controlled through nanotechnology?” What are your thoughts on this?

Dr. Mihalcea: I think it’s absolutely a concern. We know that 40 million tons of graphene is being dispersed via geoengineering operations, according to whistleblowers, including polymers, including toxic heavy metals. The same heavy metals that we found in the Covid 19 shots have been found in rainwater and in aerosol samples like aluminum, barium, and other metals.
So all of this is part of this synthetic biology transformation of humanity.

My concern is this, Maria: We know there are wars going on Israel, Ukraine, etc., but the war that is going on against humanity RIGHT NOW, is going on in a stealth fashion right now. YOU CAN ONLY SEE IT WITH A MICROSCOPE. And if people do not become aware about it and they start to detoxify, you will have a society of mind-controlled zombies, unable to understand any information. They can induce happiness or depression. “You will be happy and own nothing” (as the WEF said). How do they do that? We’ll it is very easy by simply electronically controlling your brainwaves, they can induce all kinds of states, from apathy, depression, torture, whatever . . .

The concentration camps of the future are not in big gas chambers, they are IN YOUR HOME where your brain is controlled by artificial intelligence.

Maria: We’ve talked about the Policy Horizons Canada’s documents on biodigital convergence where they say you’ll wake up in the morning, and AI is going to tell you which vitamins you’re deficient in, which vitamins you need to 3D print, etc. (See the WEF’s publication “The Year is 2030, I have no privacy and life has never been better.”)
[The surveillance capabilities are obvious with 15-minute cities, but understand that all of your “smart” devices are weaponry that can be used against you, from your refrigerator to your cell phones. We know from Mark Steele that even the cameras in the smart cities are actually Class 4 laser weapons, directed-energy weapons that can kill people!]

There are blade runners in Australia who are going around the cities cutting down the surveillance cameras that are also weapons. But the blade runners are not being prosecuted because the government doesn’t want exposure of this weaponry.
Dr. Mihalcea: It’s unbelievable. Also, Dr. Francis Boyle has declared the Covid shots a biological weapon of mass destruction, that’s an affidavit of our court case going on in Florida. You also have Governor Desantis denying we can tell him what to do, basically. It is so dystopian but we have to continue and fight and detoxify the body of these metals, be able to enhance our own immune system, get away from EMF as much as we can.

I recently did an interview with Dr. Pedro Chavez that the MAC address phenomenon (where individuals showed a MAC address within their bodies after having been injected) is temporarily disabled when you walk barefoot on grass and when you ground yourself.

Get out of the cities. These smart cities are literally concentration camps, they are meant to control people. And it is imperative that people know about this and find ways to protect themselves.

Maria: I recently interviewed a man from Europe who showed the cancer rates were exploding in the cities (where most of the 5g towers were located.) And a farmer just won a 5g case because an installed tower was killing his cows. . . .

Human beings are going to be antennas for the internet.

This is insanity. We need to stop it and not allow these people to push us over the edge, where they legalize complete and total surveillance to push us to the AI bot society. We can’t let them do this.
