I believe Icke refers to the fact that the minority of the people currently awakening is the largest segment to date that has finally gotten a clue.
We still have a long way to go, but progress is being made.
The level of deception is much deeper than we might have initially thought. The reset theories seem plausible, in my opinion, and show us that so much of our history is unreliable. Mysteries are everywhere realm-wide (worldwide), that is for sure!

But I guess the big question now is will they be able to continue on with their diabolical plan? Will people keep believing their lies?
I watched a short video clip with David Icke. And he states that people are still lining up for their jabs. However, he also states that there are many more people now who are skeptical, suspicious and are losing confidence in the system. So, the controlling powers are in a panic. And pushing their agenda harder than ever. “They are throwing everything at us to break our spirit, so we become subservient and do what we are told. To dismantle the economy to stop the ability of people to have an independent income. So they can introduce a guaranteed income. And to get it you have to conform.”
Also, he states that when you come out and tell people that you are going to introduce a
legislation that is going to destroy farmers, you are not trying to hide anything. And he believes the main reason for this is because they are in a panic!
And I am not quite sure what he means by that. Is it more scare tactics to further break our spirit or are they getting sloppy? Or both?
But I am guessing that they must be seeing an awakening in the making!
