Legislation Scheduled to End The Plandemic National Emergency

By Ashley Hayes

The National Emergencies Act was passed in 1976 allowing presidents to declare national emergencies with just their own signature, bypassing Congress, giving them extraordinary powers they wouldn’t otherwise have.

Renewed by each successive president, 31 of these emergencies are in effect now, with the oldest dating back to 1979 with respect to Iran, signed by President Jimmy Carter.

The House Rules Committee met today to introduce four new bills that will end the “pandemic”-related national emergencies unecessarily maintained through the Biden administration — emergencies that have continued despite Biden himself claiming, a year ago, the “pandemic” is over.

One bill being presented is a resolution from Rep. Paul Gosar, R-Ariz., which states simply that the national emergency related to COVID is “hereby terminated.”

Gosar states:  “There is no ongoing COVID-19 emergency to justify the continuation of the national emergency declaration . . .which is why I am calling on my colleagues and Mr. Biden to reverse course and move to give the People back their say in government.”

Another bill introduced today is the Pandemic is Over Act, from Rep. Brett Guthrie, R-Ky. That bill holds that the public health emergency declared by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) on Jan. 31, 2020, is terminated.

Guthrie stated last week:  “It is long overdue for President Biden to end the COVID-19 public health emergency and relinquish the emergency powers that he just renewed again,” adding “President Biden’s inaction and lack of transparency on this are unacceptable.”

Meanwhile, desiring to continue the tyranny, Dictator General  of the WHO, Tedros  Ghebreyesus, reports the WHO Emergency Committee met on Friday to consider whether Covid 19 remains a global healrh emergency stating, “The Committee has advised ne that, in its view, Covid 19 remains a global health emergency and I agree.”

Importantly, the WHO supplies suggestions.  Their suggestions are not law (though they are — illegally — attempting to change that fact and make their suggestions binding international law).

Readers of NoFakeNews know there has never been a health emergency in the first place, but it is good to know legislators are finally seeing the light and taking action to stop the madness.

    Update:
Biden told Congress today that he would end COVID emergencies on May 11. However, Rep. Paul Gosar, R-Ariz., who introduced a bill (with 51 co-sponsors) to end the emergency immediately, said the House will go ahead with the vote on Wednesday. He tweeted: “There is no reason to wait. There is no reason to trust the Biden Regime.”

This makes me feel ill! As if the thimerosal, aluminum and the other replusive ingredients that were in the childhood vaccinations weren’t enough. Now they are planning to add the bioweapons to the poisonous brew.
I suspect many babies will die if this actually happens. And what will they call it? A rise in Sudden Infant Death Syndrome? So your child had better get there vaccines. And still people won’t be able to put two and two together? Because sadly, many haven’t been able to so far.
Although I truly believe that there will be a lot of unwilling participants. I think people might rally. But if this tragedy does occur, maybe it will be the wake up call that sparks a light!

They don’t need the pandemic emergency any longer because the covid jabs were approved by the FDA at the end of 2022 when the CDC made the shots recommended for children. The pandemic emergency served its purpose and can now be removed.

You are spot on the mark, anonymous! Once the bioweapons were added to the CDC’s recommended childhood shots list, they became FDA-approved and anyone that files a suit for damages from injuries coming from the vaccines must go through a special vaccine court that limits awards to $250,000. And the special vaccine court routinely dismisses most claims and suits they hear.

There is no need to carry on the pandemic emergency any longer. Its only goal was to get the experimental jabs introduced to the public before they were approved by the FDA under emergency use authorizations.

        Exactly!
It’s gone on for far too long.
According to Fox News, the Office of Management and Budgets says:
“An abrupt end to the emergency declarations would create wide-ranging chaos and uncertainty throughout the health care system — for states, for hospitals and doctors’ offices, and, most importantly, for tens of millions of Americans.”
        Give me a break.
