What do you mean when you write, “Going to the doctor is like walking into a rigged casino?”

Dr. John Reizer

I recently had a lengthy conversation with an old friend I haven’t spoken to in quite a while who doesn’t read NoFakeNews and, for the most part, knows very little, if anything, about my views on medicine or other topics I regularly write about here.

Teddy (not his real name) was asking my opinion about all the screening tests that are aggressively pushed by television ads and doctors’ offices. He knew I was a practicing chiropractor for many years and genuinely valued my opinion.

When I told Teddy that walking into a doctor’s office for blood draws and other screenings was like entering a rigged casino, he became confused.

“What do you mean?” he asked.

I proceeded to explain my feelings and opinions about a subject I could speak about easily for hours on end.

The problem with the Teddies of the world is that they have been the recipients of disinformation for their entire lives and still, to this day, are unaware of this important fact.

Many medical lab screening tests, in my opinion, are rigged to convince healthy people that they are sick with made-up diseases that require prescription drugs for the rest of their lives.

In previously published articles on NoFakeNews, I wrote about how blood pressure, cholesterol,  and blood sugar measurements are routinely used to convince patients they need to be on drugs and have certain diseases.

What most people don’t know is that Big Pharma has had great influence in getting the published norms regarding human lab results to be positioned at unrealistic levels. So, when most people are screened or have their blood tested, the results returned are almost always flagged, and these people are then unnecessarily placed on prescription drugs indefinitely or for the remainder of their lives.

The scientific consensus conveniently backs up the “lab norms” because that, too, has been bought and paid for by Big Pharma and Big Medicine.

There are millions of people walking around on prescription drugs because some lab test results placed a diagnosis of hypertension, pre-diabetes, or hypercholesterolemia on them. These are perfectly healthy people who went into a rigged medical casino and lost, and will now pay for the rest of their lives, believing that they are sick and need some pill until they die.

Medical practitioners are increasingly pushing these screenings. I can’t tell you how many times my patients have reported that a box was dropped off at their house, asking them to send a sample of their poop to a laboratory for a colon cancer screening. The tests were routinely scheduled. A doctor they recently visited for something totally unrelated ordered the test.

Is it true that these tests commonly produce false positives?

Absolutely!

Many people will agree to a battery of recommended screenings because their insurance companies pay for the diagnostic tests. They think, “If it’s free, it’s for me!“

Many diagnostic screening tests, besides Cologuard, include disclaimers stating that false positives are common.

I believe healthcare consumers need to become more knowledgeable about diagnostic tests and medical procedures. Patients should not accept physicians’ advice unquestioningly without doing their own independent research.

Understanding how AI platforms like Google and others return answers to your queries

Please support this author!

Dr. John Reizer

I recently asked Google a hypothetical question about the shape of Earth and how “scientific consensus” might affect the answer the AI model returns to me, the user.

My Query:

Google, if the Earth were truly a flat construct as perceived by human sensory organs, but “scientific consensus”, which is highly influenced by corporate money and political input, incorrectly reported the Earth was a globe based on the highly indexed information coming from .gov and .edu websites, what shape would you or other AI models tell me the Earth is?

I don’t believe any experiment performed on Earth can 100 percent definitively prove that Earth is a spinning oblate spheroid traveling through the vacuum of space.

Scientific consensus and the scientific community may disagree with me, but unless you go to space for yourself and see the evidence firsthand, you can’t be certain, and there are more than enough reasons to doubt the so-called trusted sources telling us the heliocentric model of Earth is accurate.

Let’s be perfectly honest about looking out windows on Earth, in airplanes, and at looking at ships on the ocean’s horizon. None of those things allow humans to perceive a ball-shaped Earth.

Additionally, a motorized Foucault pendulum situated in front of planetariums inside museums that allegedly prove the Earth is a spinning ball is pure nonsense, and there are a plethora of physics people who will tell you that swinging pendulums don’t prove the shape or spin of the Earth.

There’s nothing from our vantage point on Earth that would lead anyone to believe the Earth is a spinning ball, and that, my friends, is the truth!

Our Latest Movie Journalist’s Review

“Target List is done with great attention to cinematic details and climactic maturation of the plot. The topic is timely. The dialogue is good and fits the characters. The action scenes are minimalistic but contextually relevant and come with a feel of action usually seen in TV movies.”

Oh, but “scientific consensus” says it’s true, so it must be the truth!
