Toxic Metals (and Much More!) Found in Fast Food Nationwide

“Doctor Associates, Inc.,” is the name of a top-notch medical facility who discovered . . . Just kidding. They didn’t discover anything other than the power of deceitful marketing. Because “Doctor Associates, Inc.” is actually the name of the franchisor whose DBA is Subway! Yep, the fast-food chain known for using a pedophile as a spokesperson and serving bread containing rubber — begun by men who were not doctors of any kind — chose this as their primary name way back in 1966, and have been imprinting it on their menus and napkins ever since. Their deception has continued throughout the years, as they’ve also joined forces with the American Heart Association, in order to be able to use the AHA logo on their “heart healthy” menu — which is anything but, as you’ll learn below. Additionally, Michelle Obama endorsed Subway as a “healthy choice” for kids, “no matter what [they] order,” as part of her “Let’s Move” initiative and the “Pile on the veggies!” campaign a few years ago. However, just after that $41 million campaign began, which included using Muppets in their advertising to really snag the kids’ attention, Subway launched their Frito Chicken Enchilada Melt. Fritos as the new veggies, as recommended by the doctors at Subway.

But this article isn’t just about Subway. It’s about every major fast-food chain. They ALL use deceptive marketing and they ALL have food items that contain known carcinogens and ingredients not suitable for human consumption.

Major Fast-Food Chains in America

Last year, Children’s Health Defense posted a four-part study by Moms Across America which involved the testing of food items for toxic chemicals from every major fast-food chain in America, including Subway, Starbucks, Chipotle, and more. Parts 1 and 2 of the study involved testing various food items for the presence of antibiotics and hormones, as well as for the presence of pesticides. Part 3 of the study tested food items for toxic, carcinogenic heavy metals, including cadmium and iron, as well as arsenic. Part 4 was a study on nutrition.

The results, and supporting data they provide, are nothing short of horrifying. (See the links below to see the full reports.)

Additionally, most people are not aware that franchise restaurants have absolutely no oversight, and are not even required to register as a business with the Secretary of State in 28 of our 50 states! In these non-registration states, franchisors only need have a Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), which they are not required to show to anyone, and a trademark from the US Patent & Trademark Office. (I actually discovered this disturbing fact several years ago after looking into it based on the many reports of innocent citizens who were being targeted, stalked and endlessly harassed by fusion center contractors, stating that their food and drinks had been tainted by complicit workers at various chain restaurants, including a famous coffee chain. So not only was it allegedly tainted, but it contained toxic metals and pesticides to boot!)

One person very familiar with the toxic chemicals present in fast food is Vani Hari. (It was at foodbabe.com that I learned this stomach-churning tidbit: Since 1998, the FDA has allowed “Silly Putty” (dimethylpolysiloxane 101) to be used by fast-food restaurants in everything — every food item — but milk. Some of the guilty include Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwiches, McDonalds French Fries, KFC Mash Potatoes and Biscuits, Taco Bell Cinnamon Twists, Five Guys French Fries, Dominos Bread Sticks, and on and on. As if that weren’t bad enough, the FDA has also allowed “Silly Putty” itself to be preserved with formaldehyde, one of the most highly toxic substances on earth.)
