Haha, oh good, John, I can brag again about how not only do I not use flouride toothpaste, but I don’t even brush my teeth anymore. 😂 But I got praises from the dentist as to how well my teeth were doing the last time I went in for a cleaning. But I am not due for my next cleaning until February so I don’t have an update. Although I think everything is still fine, but at this holiday time of year I do dip into the evil sugary sweets more.
And I will mention again that I believe that all the coconut water and dark chocolate I consume everyday makes a difference, because both of these help to kill off bad bacteria in your mouth.
The bottom line is that poisonous flouride does not do our teeth or body any good. I believe people would be much better off using a non-flouride toothpaste. Or even brushing without any substance. And I don’t have anything against flossing.
Also, we all need water filterers in our homes!!
