Or possibly the same technologies used today that were used in another time by the members of another civilization. These technologies may be reintroduced after the resets by the controllers who maintain the product knowledge lost to the masses that perish during the different resets.
There is no doubt that some serious building technology existed before the last reset occurred. There is no way any of those buildings were constructed without said technologies, in my opinion.

I’d say just about anything is possible, John. And if the simulation is all game strategy then why couldn’t the controllers know the cyclic nature of everything? The world we live in is one big mystery after another.
And how this magnificent marble structure was constructed is as big a mystery as the Egyptian Pyramids. The enormous weight, distance and water needed for horses involved does make it appear impossible.
I’d have to vote that it was an advanced Ancient Civilization that constructed it.
And how they did it is beyond comprehension.
My guess might be levitation. Or maybe even giants that roamed the earth at that time! 🤣
