In California, which is now basically communist China, my employer is now requiring proof of vaccination in order to come to work without a mask.
Per the email I just received from my company:
“In the U.S., the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) allows employers to request proof of receipt of a COVID-19 vaccination, and it is not considered protected medical information.”
Can they legally get away with this? Is the EEOC allowed to discriminate against those of us who are not stupid enough to be injected with poison?
Our CEO just said that those who were injected can come to work without a mask and those of us who didn’t get injected (very small minority) will have to keep wearing an mask. Can they get away with this LEGALLY? I am NOT going to wear a mask for the rest of my life at work! This is bullshit.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can deal with this? I want to email my CEO directly and tell him how I feel, but I am looking for any suggestions on how to do this properly.
This new rule has to be unconstitutional. It is definitely discriminatory.

The only thing the EEOC has ruled regarding this issue is that you cannot file a discrimination complaint against your employer for them asking you to produce proof of vaccination.
From what I’ve read and understand, HIPAA laws have been relaxed during the pandemic and do not apply to employers asking about the receipt of COVID vaccines. These are crazy times and federal agencies are corrupt and changing the rules every day.
I don’t know at this point what is legal or illegal regarding this issue. I do know that the COVID-19 vaccines are bioweapons and aren’t going inside my body regardless of what the EEOC rules.
Every person who is affected by an employer demanding this information will have to decide whether or not to retain a lawyer to protect his or her legal rights. I wish that I could be more helpful, but I am not a lawyer.
Regardless of what you find out about the law, do not take the vaccines.

Whatever you do Jim, stick to your guns and stop the jab, while at the same time, use this opportunity if you can, to get a class action law suit going against your corporation and against those who are forcing this ILLEGALLY onto their staff, with many of your co-workers who no doubt would want to file a law suit also,
so I would file a law suit against the corporation. That’s the only language they speak, money.
You have the Constitution, our Civil Rights, Medical rights, Bill of Rights, human rights, and Gods given rights of freedom of choice as to what one does or does not do to their body on your side. You will win in a Court of Law.
The corporations are taking away our God given right to CHOOSE for ourselves and that’s against the greatest universal rights or laws, in existence, to choose for ourselves.
If we all lose our right to choose, or our free will, the universe would cease to exists as it does, but would disappear. The universe runs on the law of free will or free choice, and there is no life or universe without it. All elements in the universe are given this right, this right to choose for themselves, which way they will go, to the right or to the left.

Believe it or not, here is what my company is going to do. They are going to have all employees who are “vaccinated” put a sticker on their work badge, which will need to be visible at all times on campus. Those of us who are not stupid enough to be injected will NOT have a sticker on our badges, so that EVERYONE will know who has not been vaccinated! This is Nazi Germany all over again! They are going to require that the unvaccinated keep wearing masks and keep showing everyone else that they are not vaccinated. And I do not work for some small company that can do something stupid like this. I work for a company that has 10,000 employees!
I need to look for a good lawyer, but not sure who I can trust.
Jim, the next time you go to work, refuse to acquiesce to the oligarchy, ie: don’t wear a mask, etc, etc, and then they will probably fire you.
GET IT ON VIDEO !!! For when you go to court.
Get them to admit that they are firing you because of … a to z … do an outline of points you want to make in court of exactly how they are violating your rights … A good lawyer will help you.
