I am very familiar with this video, and the man speaking is named Ryan or Rion, an employee of SIS, who worked at Amazon, in Seattle. (His last post I saw was one in which he said his family was being threatened, so he was going to have to stop posting.)
I discovered the video roughly eight years ago, as I was seeking answers to what was happening in my own life — a genuine conspiracy of some of the sickest, most vile, sadistic individuals who ever lived, involving “The Digerati,” corrupt law enforcement, corrupt military, and MULTITUDES of neighborhood/community proxies brought into a net of abuse, made to believe (by their “neighborhood watch” disinformation officer) that terrorizing mothers and their children (and men) is “funny” (and profitable).
The website on which I found this interview was declassifieddocuments.com. The owner was a young (30s?) man named Phillip Douglas Walker. In addition to that site, Phillip had multiple sites dedicated to revealing the truths of human experimentation happening RIGHT NOW on innocent citizens, including omnisense.org, electronictelepathy.net, targeted-individuals.net, directedenergyweapons.net, and others.
I can overstate how helpful his sites were in helping me to even begin to understand many of the things that were happening (primarily the technologies being used, and the coordinated cover-up). And to know that he was providing the extraordinary amount of source-based, provable information he was while being so severely abused is a true testament to the power of human will.
He was interviewed by Ramola D several times, and I encourage anyone — everyone — to read these interviews and try to grasp not only what Phillip was going through, but what hundreds of thousands (millions?) (and soon to be many more) of people are enduring every day.
Based on Phillip’s interview with Ramola, it appears he has been “disappeared.” (Bad things tend to happen to those who spread the unvarnished truth — just ask Dr. Reizer!)
Additionally, several years ago when I went to Phillip’s omnisense.org site, it was clear someone had hacked it and was controlling it, trying to pretend it was still him (though it was clear it wasn’t, for reasons I won’t go into here).
