And without a doubt, John, lets “Stop Taking Their Poisons!”
Also, I did get another raving report at my last dental appointment in February. That is for continuing to not brush my teeth with fluoride or anything else. And they just keep telling me that my teeth have had improvement. Although I must admit that I neglect to tell them that I don’t brush my teeth. I don’t feel like being scolded. And I am sure they would, despite what they see. I just smirk to myself when they tell how well everything is going!
But I do floss occasionally. And once in a while I take a brush to them with nothing on it. Plus, I do put some ginger extract in areas where I have had a couple of crowns. Those areas are more vulnerable because of the unnatural metal substances they contain.
In addition, I continue to eat a lot of dark chocolate and drink a lot of coconut water. Not to mention, I consume herbal supplements daily.
Now there is something to brag about! Right? But if it works, it works! 🙂
