I saw the story below come across the news feed and could not resist throwing in my two cents.
Is it just me or do others observe that there are a helluva lot of idiots in higher education walking around spewing out stupid comments?
The latest moron to speak out is a Yale professor who thinks it is time to talk about forcing seniors to commit mass suicide to help combat over population issues.
I’m sorry, but didn’t we just force plenty of seniors to commit mass suicide by strongly encouraging them to take Covid vaccines?

Yes we did just that!! I am so sick and tired of these regular folks thinking they can decide who lives and who dies. Where did this idiotic idea come from?

The article states that this professor is 37 years old. I hate to tell him, John, but time really does fly! Before he knows it he’ll be up for this elderly suicide. How will he feel then?
And some of the elderly may have some physical aliments, but they are full of experience and wisdom. The keen insight that needs to shine down on the younger generation. Many cultures have revered their elderly.
Are the controlling powers so afraid of their intelligence that they wanted them sacrificed?
Also, those with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease are most likely victims from the years of taking prescribed medications (drugs and vaccinations) from the pharmaceutical companies. The Big Pharma fills their bodies with these poisons for many years and then claim they are no good to society anymore. And let us not forget the other poisons all around us in our food, water, and skies.

I did see an article in which he claims his comments were taken out of context (https://www.jpost.com/omg/article-731500), but he still SAID them! Who would say something like that?! In no circumstance should something like that be said!
It’s teachers like him who give today’s teachers a bad name.
There is a powerful sense of dignity that comes with aging. And beauty always lies in the eye of the beholder. Plus, every day we can feel different about ourselves.
And we are presently the same age. And damn’t, John, 60 is not old! 😂 I will never tell myself that I am old, no matter how I feel. Not even when my body was broken over the past year from injuries. But I have greatly improved. And although I am not 100 percent or may never be, I’ll take it!
Also, my eldest son (not my autistic, vaccine-injured son) has told me that I look younger than my age. I will always love him for that! 🙂
Although I will have to admit that there are days that I struggle with telling myself that I am not done in this world! It can be hard when everything looks so bleak! 😑
