The video above — which most of us have seen by now– shows a person, dressed in black, running across a building. There is no way for us to tell who this person actually is, or on what day this video (shot by someone who “happened” to be in whatever position that was to capture all of this) was taken.
This could have been ANY day. We don’t know. There is no date or time-stamp. (The same holds true for the photos of him in stairwells.) And even if there were, those can be altered.
Also, notice the other folks in the background. The sound of a shotgun* rang out, yet these folks are casually walking. Would you be casually walking if you’d heard the sound of a shotgun?
Finally, notice the FBI — who obviously knows better, so this is absolutely intentional — titles this video “Video Footage of Shooter in Utah Valley University Shooting.”
They are stating, without evidence, without an investigation, without discovery, without a court ruling that this person IS the “shooter.” Not the “alleged” shooter or “suspected” shooter. But THE SHOOTER.
Finally, since they have all the footage, why are we not hearing anything about Rick Cutler?
*Since anyone who has viewed SWAT specialist Rick Cutler’s actions on 9/10/25 can see what appears to be a palm gun (which would not sound like a shotgun) in his hand, with him squeezing the sides between his fingers at the EXACT moment Charlie is shot, video evidence suggests the SOUND of a shotgun went off at the pre-planned time. (And I repeat, along with Candace Owens, and thousands of hunters throughout the world: No. .036 ammo would have left Charlie’s neck intact.)

First of all, many others and I believe Tyler Robinson did not kill Charlie Kirk. He is a patsy being used to shut down questions and direct attention away from the [horrific] truth, which is that Kirk was killed by those he trusted (and employed).
Jeff Rense (rense.com) gets credit for publishing multiple videos of what appears to be absolutely undeniable proof that a member of Charlie’s personal security detail — whom Rense called the “brown shirt man,” and whom I, in several articles published here at NoFakeNews, incorrectly called “Justin” — murdered him with one close-range shot with a palm pistol, or something very similar.

As the FBI and their co-conspirators continue to intercept/block/censor videos of Charlie’s assassination so as to keep their slanderous Tyler Robinson story intact (and protect their brothers), it’s harder to find new ones, though I have found a few (and the ones already published here make it clear, in my opinion, how — and who — killed Charlie).
It is now alleged, according to some Internet sources, that the “brown shirt man” is Rick Cutler, a retired Irving, Texas, police officer, Tactical Sergeant for the City of Irving, former military personnel, and head of police special operations/SWAT teams. He retired in 2019 and then worked briefly in Guatemala for the non-profit United Rescue Alliance, as well as with Operation Underground Railroad for a short period.
While Charlie’s former security team was headed by Greg Shaffer of Shaffer Security Group, in Irving, Texas, along with Brian Harpole, Dan Flood, and others, according to a post on Twitter/X by Shaffer, Harpole and Flood parted ways with him in 2023 and “stabbed [him] in the back,” taking over the Turning Point USA gig. Make of that what you will, as Shaffer, a twenty year veteran of the FBI, is well-known as host of Investigation Discovery Channel’s police drama, “Body Cam – Behind the Badge, and has been featured as a security “expert” on every channel imaginable. He has a lot of money and support behind him, and had successfully run security for TPUSA for many years. So it seems hard to believe he could just have the security contract “taken” from him. More likely than not, it was an arrangement that was made, which would serve a purpose down the line. . . .
Regardless, Brian Harpole, former Texas police officer, was founder of a security company called Resource Group Unlimited and, later, co-founder, with Dan Flood, of Rockhouse Intregity Group aka Integrity Security Solutions in May 2023, in Lantana, Texas. Together they took over security for Turning Point USA and they were the ones in charge on September 10, 2025 when Charlie was killed.
Notably, it was 2023 when Kirk, in a podcast with @Valuetainment on “Stories that don’t click” said, “I gotta be careful the way I say this: They’re gonna try to ethnicaly cleanse Gaza. I mean that. And I don’t use that term lightly. I mean that, okay? (For those who have watched the videos of Kirk’s murder, Dan Flood was the one on stage in the black shirt doing the hand-signaling that has been repeatedly referenced. Both he and Harpole (who was in a blue shirt) were on the ground with Charlie after he was shot, and helped carry him to the SUV.
Whereas at previous TPUSA events there were plenty of drones, metal detectors, etc., security decided to forego all of that for the September 10, 2025 outdoor event, allowing people in without checking their tickets or their bags or backpacks.
While the FBI/CIA/NSA/law enforcement are hard at work wiping the internet of evidence to protect their Zionist employers who couldn’t afford to have any more of Kirk’s followers questioning the US/Israeli genocide of Palestinians, or the fact that our president and Congress are both controlled by Israel (which Charlie had begun doing), blocking video evidence from reaching podcasters like Candace Owens, etc., several disturbing ones remain which should leave NO DOUBT Charlie’s murder was a planned, inside job, complete with lots of [planned] chaotic movements, street theatre, that looked like folks were helping Charlie, but the videos show a different story.

We see the delayed appearance of Rick Cutler who initially acted like he was going to jump the fence but waited a full five seconds to come to Charlie’s side. He is then seen on the ground with Harpole, Flood and another man.
And here is an interview with Adam Bartholomew who has what is believed to be the only 60-minute-plus, live-streamed, uninterrupted, unedited video (which I watched in its entirety) that, while interviewing some students, captured the sound of the shot that killed Kirk (with someone describing it as sounding like a “cherry bomb”), people running everywhere, the activity around the tent where Kirk had just been sitting — including someone removing all the cameras (!) LESS THAN FIVE MINUTES after he had been killed. This was done, incidentally, by the young man grabbing the chair on which Charlie had just been killed, and standing on it. At 19:09, as he is interviewing some students, we hear the gunshot that killed Charlie. At 24:31 — less than five-and-a-half minutes after Charlie’s murder! — we see a young man roaming, uninterrupted, directly atop the site of the murder, then grab the chair in which Charlie had been sitting and proceed to stand on it in order to reach the cameras. I think most of us have seen enough Criminal Minds or Law & Order episodes to know this is a major no-no! And the fact that not a single law enforcement officer says anything (or anyone from TPUSA, for that matter) would be, to most thinking individuals, highly questionable and suspicious.
Also, for the record, the last question asked of Charlie was: “Do you know how many mass shooters, in America, there have been over the last ten years?” (It was not a question about “trans” shooters, as many have reported, though that had been part of an earlier question.)
Charlie responded: “Counting, or not counting, gang violence.” He was then shot dead.
Americans must understand WHY Charlie was killed — why those who previously supported and funded him would want him silenced — in order to even begin to grasp the truth about the enslavement that is aggressively being put into place for all Americans, with the goal of a New World Order/One World Government run from Israel. Charlie had enough confidence and chutzpah to question the appropriateness, and fairness, of putting another country before our own. Maybe Jeff Rense should be in charge of the law enforcement agencies investigating the murder of Charlie Kirk.
How is it possible that a video so telling can be released publicly for all to see, yet the official story currently presented by the mainstream media and law enforcement will never change?
Tyler Robinson might as well be Lee Harvey Oswald. Nobody affiliated with officialdom is interested in a bullet from “a grassy knoll” or an area in front of a speaker’s platform.
The law enforcement agencies have their man, and whatever agendas are driving what the brain-dead public is presented with are rigid and never going to change.
This phenomenon of officialdom ignoring the truth is nothing new. We have watched this bullshit during the fake COVID-19 pandemic. We continue to see COVID-19 vaccines being advertised on American television even though millions of people have been injured and killed from these experimental drugs.

If what Jeff Rense of Rense.com says is true, who is Tyler Robinson, the guy being held in jail, charged with the murder of Charlie Kirk? How can a family member turn in a guy to the police who didn’t have anything to do with the shooting?
More importantly, how can the federal agencies come up with truthful, credible evidence linking the accused to the crime if this assassination was performed by a professional hit person?
Have federal law enforcement agencies examined the video of the guy in the brown shirt? Ashley Hayes has a great point; sophisticated facial recognition technologies exist and could easily identify anyone in a crowd. Who was this mysterious man? And if he isn’t someone doing something that appears nefarious, publicly address his identity and innocence at the very least.

After repeated viewings of videos showing the murder of conservative political activist, Charlie Kirk, I believe Jeff Rense of Rense.com has shown, beyond any reasonable doubt, the ACTUAL MURDERER of Kirk. And it’s NOT Tyler Robinson.
This morning, after watching the first video Rense had posted, showing, clearly, a 40ish man in a brown shirt standing, unobstructed, at the front of the crowd, just a few yards from the stage, appear to shoot Kirk with a weapon so tiny it fit in the palm of his hand, I proceeded to review hours of video, from dozens of sources, to see if I could see this same man, in the same spot, performing the same calculated, subtle, fatal move in other videos. And I found many.

While Rense’s video is extraordinary, and appears to be absolutely authentic, I would only disagree with the small detail that the brown-shirted man appears to effortlessly drop the tiny weapon into his left, front shirt pocket, rather than in his right pants pocket, as Rense had surmised.
We then see the brown-shirted man begin to jump the railing to, ostensibly, assist Kirk. (The video cuts off, but I’m taking Rense’s word for it.)

At 2:25 and 2:33 and 2:41 (all the same) in this video, a brown-shirted man can be seen at the front of the group carrying Kirk’s lifeless body to his SUV. While Rense’s video states the brown-shirted man did help carry Kirk’s body to the SUV, it’s unclear (to me) whether this is the same man who appears to have shot Kirk in the neck: https://www.instagram.com/reel/DOcbf7ODX5t/
Interestingly, in this video from MSNBC, from 1:41 to 1:57, the video is paused at the very moment the brown-shirted man lays his right hand by his left bicep. Given the location of this man, standing, unobstructed, in front of Kirk, and in FRONT of a barricade railing, there is good reason to believe he was part of Kirk’s plainclothes security detail.
And given the facial recognition technology within every smart device present — including, of course, those aimed DIRECTLY at the face of the brown-shirted man, there is NO WAY ON EARTH the FBI doesn’t know who this man is.
And the fact that this information is not front-and-center on every newscast in America, tells you everything you need to know about the FBI.
