When you listen to what Catherine Austin Fitts has to say, it’s pretty clear, in my opinion, that she has insider knowledge about the existence of a powerful group of elites who are managing our Matrix for a group of interdimensional avatars who have entered our game through a backdoor.

I think we live in an artificial construct that regularly reloads or resets and that the few controlling the many know and understand the timing and significance of these resets or cataclysmic events. I believe the cataclysmic events are programmed to occur and are part of the game’s inherent design.

One way the elites survive the cataclysms is by entering subterranean caverns and tunnel systems. When they resurface after the events, they’re able to reorganize. After repopulation and cloning efforts commence, they slowly reintroduce technology back into the realm and claim it is being invented for the first time.

Reincarnation is a big part of The Matrix. Everything living here is an avatar housing souls. The highest-level elites, in my view, have figured out how to download back into avatars tied to specific bloodlines. These families can hoard assets and wealth. I think they concentrate on reentering the game in new avatars during specific periods where they can leverage their power and enjoy their fortunes.

I know this sounds bizarre, but I also believe that these interdimensional avatars thoroughly studied our Matrix’s overall construct before entering the simulation and had specific knowledge upon entering the platform concerning how to manipulate the game’s programmatic codes genetically speaking as well as how to modify the different codes that affect the nonliving parts of the construct.
