It is interesting to note that whenever most people hire a contractor to perform a job, they check to see if the business owner is insured against any damages that might inadvertently occur during the performance of the contracted service.
This is common sense and a good practice to engage in if you want to avoid a potentially uncomfortable situation in the event something goes wrong and property damage results.
If something goes wrong and people are harmed or suffer injuries from receiving products or services from a product maker or provider, you can be sure that legal action will be forthcoming. This is a standard way of life in America and most places, unless we’re talking about vaccines.
It’s hard for me to comprehend how so many people in the United States are okay with sticking out their arms to voluntarily take any vaccine that has been granted immunity from liability by the American government. By the way, that would include any vaccines on the market.
Let’s discuss COVID-19 vaccines
If the United States government had that much confidence in a never-before-distributed drug to mitigate a virus that had never been adequately isolated by rigorous scientific standards, why did it provide immunity from liability for the products’ makers? Why does it continue with legal protection practices today?
Caveat Emptor (the Latin words that mean buyer beware) is in play, and health care consumers should understand that when the Covid-19 vaccines or any other “immunizations” irreparably harm them or loved ones, they will have no legal recourse to file a lawsuit to collect damages.
In the specific case of the Covid-19 vaccines being rolled out, buyers assume one hundred percent of the risk concerning injuries. The manufacturers of said products assume no liabilities whatsoever concerning people who are harmed.
What the United States government is legally telling the American people is that they have zero confidence in any vaccine products being administered. The federal government believes the vaccine products are one hundred percent unsafe, and it will not allow people to file lawsuits as the casualties mount.
I don’t think most people realize, even in 2025, that the COVID-19 vaccines that mainstream officialdom talked up as a tremendous scientific breakthrough that would bring society back to a healthy state of existence were products that came with the label: buyer beware! They still do! These products are hazardous to everyone’s health, and citizens have been put in an unbelievable position to assume one hundred percent of the risks.
Remove the vaccine maker’s protection!
Federal laws protecting vaccine makers from lawsuits have allowed all vaccines to remain in existence.
If these vaccine products are so good for people and helpful in preventing diseases, there should be no need to protect manufacturers of vaccines against potential liabilities coming from injured parties or their survivors.
In my opinion, the vaccine industry would dry up and disappear quickly if the federal government removed the ridiculous liability protections it granted to pharmaceutical companies in 1986.

I have been writing content about this stuff for many decades. The devastation of all vaccines worldwide, John, have brought havoc and tragedy into so many people’s lives with no retribution in sight.
As it is in the case in my own family. My severely 30 year old autistic (Childhood vaccine-injured) son’s life has been very difficult. He does not read, write or speak and wears diaper briefs. He has many gastrointestinal issues, and is on a very strict diet. Otherwise digestion issues can cause aggressive behaviors. He has been known to flee the house and walk into other people’s homes where then the police have been called in.
He has so little interest in life. There are days where all he does is pace the hall and make moaning noises. Least to say, it has been quite hard on myself, and my entire family. Although we know underneath it all he has a heart of gold!

Our own pediatrician refused to make the connection even though our daughters were previously injured but never disclosed to u. Asthma, Eczema and allergies until it was the last one for school that created vaccine induced grand Mal seizures, then death. With over $5.3 BILLION of TAXPAYER $$$ paid out in the “kangaroo court” to the very few. Imagine if all vaccine injuries or deaths were reported what that would be.
Haleigh’s Heart: The next hearing should be the countless families we know who have never taken one single indemnified poison and they live in vitality, with abundant health.
Brooklyn: I know a handful who regret receiving the injection and booster because they are now experiencing many different health issues, mainly autoimmune, neurological, metabolic, vascular and weak immune systems.
Sheri: Covid vaccine deaths per VAERS have exceeded all vaccine deaths together over the past 30 years.
CleeTX: Most doctors maintain a consistent customer population by giving vaccines. They do not lose a dime.
Marlie: Every year I was talked into a flu shot, I was sick for 2 weeks after each one and contracted the flu a month or 2 later.
Lynn: My son was only 20 when he got the two part COVID vaccine- he hasn’t been the same since. Formerly a PE major in college, he had to medically withdraw and has not been able to work or attend school since. He’s been severely limited in his ability to interact with family (with whom he lives) I can only hope and pray one day he is well again.
Ed: When a child dies post vaccination the police frequently blame the parents, the local prosecutor charges them. Sometimes a parent is jailed because the doctors refuse to consider the vaccine as a cause of death, even though they DO NOT have the expertise to make such an assertion.
