Kenneth, I used the GB4000 rife machine for my lyme disease about 15 years ago. It comes with a book of frequencies and lists the different freq. and diseases. I was and am still a member of a lyme group and lots of folks on there were using the rife. It does work but with lyme disease there is always a herx reaction and with the rife machine I found the herx to be too much for me.

The Rife machine sounds intriguing. But I do not know much about it or radio frequencies. I have been aware for sometime about PEMF Pulsed Electromagnetic Frequencies that can help heal. I have been sleeping on a Far infared amethyst PEMF mat for many years. And I really do believe it has helped with the aches and pains I previously had. ( But losing weight helps too). A few years ago I could barely walk from the kitchen to the living room and I used a bar stool to cook or do dishes. And now I daily do 45 minutes on an elliptical at a health club, and go for a mile walk outside afterwards. Although, that may be coming to an end. I am home with my autistic son. But I am grateful to still have a cheaper version elliptical and treadmill at home.
I also believe the PEMF mat helped prevent me from becoming critically ill like my husband back in early 2020 when he was put on a ventilator. I would go to sleep with an ache in my chest, but would wake up feeling fine again in the morning. . I believed that I was somehow poisened with bad electromagnetic frequencies And the positive electromagnetic frequencies helped heal me.
I have always been suspicious of the smartmeter as being part of the problem, and now have a meter cover on it. And the type I have is not supposed to be an issue for the electric company to read it with it on.
And that brings me to what strangely happened to me last night. I saw a meter reader person outside the window yesterday, supposedly reading the meter. But why? It is a smart meter and can be read by the electric company by driving by.
Then I proceeded to have a very rough night. I woke up with terrible chills that lasted a couple of hours. I was chattering and shaking. I was also extremely thirsty with a minor sore throat. I cranked up the heat on my mat. And switched to a heavy blanket filled with tourmaline crystals. After a couple hours, I started to finally warm up. However, I had to get up to be sick. I cannot remember the last time that has happened to me! It has been many years. But afterwards I started feeling better, and I seem to be back to normal this morning.
Again I believe my magical mat, as I refer to it. Helped me!I
And I have barely even been out of the house lately to catch anything, because of my son. And my husband and son have not been sick. I suppose it is possible that I did catch something, but not covid.
Although, I also think that it is possible that the controlling powers may have aimed better this time!

I haven’t tried PEMF therapy but would like to know what brand or type mat you use. I looked online and there are lots of different ones. Also wondering if it would cause a herx reaction? I may have to go to my lyme group for the answer to that. I may try it for all my aches and pains.
Lisa, There is no need for anyone to even ride by your home if you have a smart meter. From what I understand they can read the meter from their central office. Back in 2020 when covid was just getting started and they were rolling out 5G my meter reader climbed my 12″ chain link dog pen fence and installed a brand new smart meter??? I already had a smart meter. I called him while he was in my back yard wanting to know what he was doing on my property and invading my private fenced area. He told me what he was doing and we kind of had it out on the phone. Still nothing was resolved because they are part of all that is going on right now and do whatever they are told.

I buy the Ereada brand Far infared PEMF amethyst mat. And they offer different sizes. But they can be a bit pricey!
I do not know about any herx issues. I honestly do not even know what that is.
And I am always suspious about those smart meters. I do not know for sure whether my meter cover would make any difference or not in the electric company being able to read it. But it is not supposed to. It is just weird that I felt so under the weather right after someone was doing something with it!
I do not know for sure what happened to me last night. But I continue to be good today!
