The Artemis II crew interview from ‘space.’

Dr. John Reizer

Hi everyone! I just finished watching several of the Artemis II crew’s video interview feeds produced for various mainstream media companies.

I have included one of the shorter edits from ABC Television below. But you can access longer playing versions of the interviews on YouTube if you care to.

Readers here already know what my position is on this Moon expedition.

My opinions are just that, my opinions, but people should believe what they feel is the truth. To remain fair and balanced in my reporting, I will soon get a livestream of the Artemis II mission up and running and post the latest photos from NASA.

For this interview, the crew members are, for the most part, in fixed positions, and the studio is set up to make it appear as if it’s a weightless environment. There aren’t many instances of the astronauts floating around. I do believe there is some harnessing or CGI at work, creating the illusion of a gravity-free environment. A few small props are possibly used to create the illusion of a genuine space environment.

I believe one prop is the little balloon ball that the female astronaut is obsessed with throughout the interview. It is probably filled with a little helium, or the production team is using CGI. It drops to the floor at one point, and she kicks it with her foot to keep the illusion going.

Another prop could be the microphone that the crew members pass around like a floating baton. I think it’s a pretty clever trick. It is either CGI or yet another balloon, in my opinion.

The third prop is the female astronaut’s hair, digitally or chemically altered, to make the environment appear as if gravity is absent.

My point is this: I believe NASA is a movie studio, one with billions upon billions of dollars. None of the science fiction movies, the top-tier productions with hundreds of millions in the CGI budget that look amazingly real in the movie theaters, can come close to the special video effects that NASA can create. Keep that in mind when they dazzle you with photos, and I believe they will provide some amazing photos during this mission. They wouldn’t have pulled the trigger without the ability to produce convincing photos.

Whatever videos you’re watching, allegedly on Artemis or any of NASA’s other space videos, they aren’t taking place in outer space, in my view.

Another thing that needs to be pointed out is that the crew members are all supposed to be professional pilots, allegedly going into outer space for the first time in over 50 years.

They’re the first humans to get through the Van Allen radiation belts that supposedly prevented astronauts from getting out of low Earth orbit for decades, and now, miraculously, it’s suddenly no big deal; space travel beyond those previously unpenetrable belts is somehow a cakewalk once again.

This Artemis II crew interview was NASA’s opportunity to showcase the spacecraft to the world. But instead of giving Americans a tour of the ship and panning the camera to capture the entire cockpit and cabin, as well as the spectacular views outside the cabin windows, so we can all see the scenery and document that the interview setting is genuine and not a studio set, the entire interview was confined to one cramped location.

None of the crew sounds as if they have ever spent one second in outer space. I have included portions of the interview transcript below.

Read below the answers given by the astronauts in the video transcript and ask yourself: Does this sound like dialogue coming from professional pilots who have been training for months to pilot a spacecraft to the Moon and back to Earth again? Thank you for reading!
