This is a true story! Not long ago, a young woman (NoFakeNews visitor) asked me for advice about getting under chiropractic care. She wanted to read a book that explained the practice objectives of chiropractic.

I wrote the book Chiropractic Made Simple in 2002 to help teach students and laypeople the fundamental concepts and principles associated with chiropractic.

When I was a faculty member at Sherman College of Chiropractic, the book was in most Chiropractic College bookstores throughout the United States. It eventually became one of the more popular chiropractic books in the profession and is viewed by many even today as one of the better texts that offers a simple, straightforward explanation of America’s largest drugless healthcare profession.

When Chiropractic Made Simple was published, it was immediately attacked on Amazon by trolls working for big pharma companies. At one time, the book had plenty of positive and negative reviews on that site, but mysteriously, many of the book’s ratings and reviews fell off the platform. How did that even happen? I’ve been getting censored as a writer for many years, long before I created NoFakeNews. 🤣

I wanted to tell the woman who wrote me to read my book, but it’s 23 years old. Sometimes, younger people want to read something fresh or new. So, I told her to look up suggestions from the Internet concerning what’s recommended in 2025 as the top go-to chiropractic publications for people to read. I explained that I was medically retired and disabled and no longer had my head into the profession.

To my surprise, she sent me back a link to my book Chiropractic Made Simple, which was listed as number 6 out of 18 on the 2025 list of books recommended to laypeople and students. How about that?

And guess what else? The number 5 book on the top 18 chiropractic books list was co-authored by me, too, even though the publisher of the article below mistakenly listed another writer as the book’s author.
