Instead of making this an extremely long and complicated article about the profitability associated with human blood and hospital corporations, let me make this post simple and to the point.
The Way It Works!
1. Humans donate life-saving blood to the blood collectors for a glass of orange juice and a pat on the back.
2. The blood collectors sell the donated blood to hospitals for about $150.00 – $300.00.
3. Hospitals charge patients several thousand dollars per transfusion.
As someone who, not too long ago (2021), had a hell of a lot of blood transfusions, I can write with complete honesty that hospital corporations are heartless and will try to rob you blind and bleed your finances dry.
There are so many financial rackets on the business side of medicine, and the blood transfusion racket is only one of them.
