Let’s face it: relationships based on fear are unhealthy ones. Fear in a relationship can create an environment of control, manipulation, and emotional harm, which can be detrimental to both individuals involved. Healthy relationships, on the other hand, are typically built on trust, mutual respect, communication, and understanding rather than fear.
Here are a few reasons why fear-based relationships are unhealthy:
- Lack of Trust: Fear can prevent people from being open and honest. If one partner is afraid of the other, they might hide their true feelings or desires, leading to miscommunication and a lack of emotional connection.
- Emotional and Psychological Harm: Constant fear can lead to anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. It might also create feelings of insecurity or inadequacy in one or both partners.
- Control and Manipulation: Fear-based relationships are often marked by one partner trying to control or dominate the other, either through intimidation or coercion. This can lead to imbalances in power and unhealthy dynamics.
- Inability to Resolve Conflict: In a fear-based relationship, conflict resolution may be avoided, or one partner may suppress their feelings in order to avoid conflict. This can lead to unresolved issues and resentment over time.
- Inhibited Growth: In a healthy relationship, both individuals should feel safe to grow, change, and pursue their own goals. Fear can limit personal growth, as one person might feel constrained or overly dependent on the other.
Now, let’s discuss one of my favorite subjects: religion! More specifically, let’s discuss the Abrahamic religions, a group of monotheistic belief systems with roots connected to the prophet Abraham.
- Judaism is the oldest of the Abrahamic religions and is centered on believing in one God and the Hebrew Bible (Tanakh) teachings, particularly the Torah. Judaism originated in the ancient world and is the foundation of both Christianity and Islam.
- Christianity is based on the life and teachings of Jesus Christ, the Son of God and the Savior in Christian belief. Christianity evolved from Judaism in the 1st century CE and includes the New Testament, which details the life of Jesus and the early Christian church.
- Islam was founded in the 7th century CE by the Prophet Muhammad. Islam teaches that Muhammad is the last prophet in a long line of prophets, including Abraham, Moses, and Jesus. The Quran is the holy book of Islam, and Muslims believe in the oneness of God (Allah).
These religions share a common belief in one God and certain key figures like Abraham, but they differ in their scriptures, traditions, and interpretations of spiritual truths.
The Abrahamic religions are inherently “fear-based,” in my opinion. At their very core, they all involve fear or awe in relation to God, judgment, or the afterlife.
Here’s how the role of fear is understood in each of the Abrahamic religions:
- Judaism: In Judaism, “fear of God” (Yirat Hashem) is often understood as a reverential awe or deep respect for God’s holiness, power, and justice, rather than fear in a negative sense. The faith also emphasizes love for God (Ahavat Hashem) and a strong sense of communal responsibility.
- Christianity: Christianity teaches that God is loving, merciful, and forgiving, especially through the figure of Jesus Christ. While the fear of God exists (often framed as “the fear of the Lord”), it’s usually understood as reverence and respect rather than terror. Christianity also emphasizes love, grace, and salvation through faith in Christ.
- Islam: In Islam, there is an element of fear in the sense of being aware of God’s power and the consequences of sin, but it is balanced with God’s mercy and forgiveness. The concept of “taqwa” (God-consciousness) involves both fear and love of God. Muslims are encouraged to fear God in a way that motivates them to live righteous lives, while also trusting in God’s compassion and mercy.
In all three religions, fear is often disguised and described as love and reverence, rather than solely being about fear in the negative or terror-inducing sense.
But let’s be perfectly honest, there aren’t too many people genuflecting in any of the Abrahamic religious institutions for any reason other than they’re afraid of being condemned to eternal damnation in a hell-like environment for pissing off God!
In my view, these are all fear-based belief constructs that have been created long ago by our controllers and put in place to keep human minds enslaved and detached from a Vast Intelligence that we are all precious expressions of.
The monotheistic religions require followers to use an intermediary personality (a priest, minister, rabbi, or Imam) to connect with God instead of recognizing our truthful, uninterrupted, and lifelong soul connection to the Source.

I think that in any relationship or situation we find ourselves in we need to be free to express our thoughts and feelings.
We need to be free to become who we are, and we need to respect one another for who we are.
Fear is the opposite of freedom. Which is what the controllers have worked so hard to achieve with people of both the past and the present.
And they have accomplished this through many different avenues, and through time.
Although I believe religion has played a very significant role in reshaping this world of fear we are living in today. And it began with people fearing being accused of being a witch, and being burned at the stake.
But I think that they had accomplished what they had intended to. Because people began worshipping something else instead of being their own temple. And then they began to lose the power that they once had.
And although people aren’t so afraid of dying in a blazing fire on a stake anymore, they have been instead been brainwashed into believing in hell. And then they are fearful of possibly burning in a blaze of fire in the afterlife.
However, what I believe to be the worst is that people have become disconnected from our true source of energy and from nature. And with that they are lacking in the vibrational frequencies from Mother Earth and the universal realm.
But I believe ever so gradually a come back is on the way! 😀

There’s no doubt about that fact, Roark. It’s been that way for far too long. It has nothing to do with the religion of Judaism but everything to do with the political movement of Zionism. The Zionist State of Israel is a criminal enterprise that has hijacked the Jewish people and the religion of Judaism.
Any time someone criticizes or points out the criminal activities of that political movement, they are labeled as antisemitic.
