Did you know that statins are one of the most commonly prescribed medicines today? It’s the truth!
Their purpose is to lower cholesterol in the human body, more specifically low-density lipoproteins otherwise known as LDLs.
Medical research (most likely pharma-financed studies) has had people believing for years that LDLs (bad cholesterol) cause atherosclerotic plaques in the heart’s arteries, choking off vital blood supply to the organ, which leads to heart attacks.
How did we get here?
In the 1950s, a biochemist named Ancel Keys helped promote what now appears to be one of the biggest lies in medicine today: eating a diet high in fats raises cholesterol in the blood, which clogs arteries and causes cardiovascular disease.
Keys’ research, thought by some in healthcare to be financed by big pharma, paved the way for the war on bad cholesterol and one of our most widely prescribed medicines.
Keys’ research has also recently been proven to be extremely flawed and biased. Many traditional scientists have come to a new consensus after reviewing 44 peer-reviewed studies that demonstrated no connection exists whatsoever between taking statins and the extension of human life.
Oh how they love to prescribe Statins
Interestingly, more and more scientific minds are beginning to conclude that statins cause serious health problems in the way of diabetes and heart disease.
Not only that, low cholesterol is suspected by some researchers to be linked to brain problems like dementia.

Thanks for sharing your experience, Lisa. I have witnessed this knee-jerk reaction many times in the patients I cared for in my practice.
Sometimes, it seems as if there is almost a religious relationship between people and their medical doctors.
There are so many folks on dangerous prescription and non-prescription drugs in America and many other locations throughout the realm. If we even broach the subject or discuss organized medicine in a negative light, those individuals are painted as nuts. If other licensed doctors make light of the fact that medicine is killing people, they are ostracized from their profession and threatened by licensing boards. It’s very much an out-of-control situation.

Intriguing and informative statements.
The so-called medical healthcare system will come after people’s health in every way imaginable. And a statin drug to lower cholesterol is something that they can easily go after everyone with. Because by their standards most people have high cholesterol. However, it’s just another pharmaceutical drug to slowly kill us.
And apparently our bodies need cholesterol. But they don’t need all the side effects from these drugs.
Also, it is interesting to learn that the lack of cholesterol from taking statins could possibly have contributed to the onset of dementia or Alzheimers disease. Not to mention negatively affect our health and well being altogether.
And I stay clear of medical doctors for this reason. I haven’t been to a medical doctor since 2010. But I remember that even when I was a young woman in my late twenties, a doctor had me take a cholesterol lowering drug for a short time.
But, John, when you tell some people that you haven’t been to a doctor in many years they tend to gasp. Like “Oh my God, Lisa!” My neighbor had to me.
That is just what we are all expected to do. And let them wreck havoc upon you! Under the guise of their holy white coats!
