I believe that I began writing The Homecoming in early January 2020. I had read a story about a virus that had been making people sick in China and knew something big would happen at that time because the Chinese thing wouldn’t die in the media. I also knew for many years that a mass vaccination campaign was planned and waiting in the wings for just the perfect psyop.
I had written a short novelette in 2011 called Tresantaras that I wasn’t happy with and thought I could rewrite the story and use the vaccination plot as the underlying message.
I believe it’s a clever little science-fiction story with a neat twist.

I read your novel “The Homecoming” years ago, John. But I needed a reminder, so I read it again last night.
It’s an intriguing twister for sure. And as usual your premonitions are coming true. The mRNA vaccines are proving to be a disaster. But, of course, that is the controllers intentions.
But in the book, the outcome in this storyline is ingenious. Your writing is clever as always.
