Yes, John, dinosaurs are introduced to children at such an early age. Both in school and on television. And with many toy dinosaurs available for parents to buy for them so they can imagine a world with larger than life creatures in their rooms or with friends.
They are also seen at all the museums and even some zoos. At least at the zoo in Milwaukee, WI. They have an exhibit every summer.
But they didn’t have these exhibits nearby where I grew up. I think that I first remember being introduced to dinosaurs watching the Flintstones which originally aired 1960 to 1966. I mean who doesn’t love Dino! 🦕
