No Lisa, I can not even imagine a production studio getting away with such a script, not today. However… the “medical” production studio – they can, will, AND do. What other county, do I know, that commercializes the amount of “medicines” for what ails it’s citizens? If its not radio, it’s tv. If it’s not tv, it’s magazines. Where does it stop?
You know, Lisa, as someone who studied the alleged consequences of childhood diseases, I never understood what the big deal was with these conditions. They’re basically nothing in the way of being harmful to anyone. Any complications from childhood diseases are so rare that it’s ridiculous to discuss them.
It’s more of a situation where the medical profession, and more specifically, big pharma, has seized an opportunity to scare people into taking vaccines in our lifetimes through overhyping these childhood diseases. It’s pure bullshit and always has been.
Of course, we know that ulterior motives exist for all of this, which has nothing to do with protecting people from public health emergencies.

What a change in the script, John! From measels being a minor inconvenience to parents being criminal for not getting their children vaccinated, and calling 911 emergency. They are now creating fear and panic into people in their shows about something that was once just a nuisance.
Measles were once a big smile for kids! To be able to stay home from school with minor issues.
And I love it when the Brady Bunch kids say, “No medicine” and “Don’t even mention shots. Yuck!
Can you imagine a production studio getting away with those lines in a show today?
