   There are days when I find it hard to find the time. But I find these meditation techniques help me get through the day, so I make a point to make it a part of my routine.

   And I only meditate with the bowls for about 20 a day. But that’s enough to boost one’s vibrations.

   Yes, someday you’ll have to get a set. Or even just one. I love mine! It truly does help to soothe the soul!

   And between all of these frequency meditations I do, sometimes I think I even get high on them! 🤣

   Lisa! You’re so busy how do you find the time for anything else? About the only thing I do is read… mostly fantasy, but some “informational” stuff too.
   You do all the fun stuff – kudos to you.
   I’ve been wanting some singing bowls myself.

   Great stuff, Lisa! I think you’re onto something big, getting a dose of those mystical sounds in your everyday life. As a musician, I can relate to the importance of good musical sounds in one’s life. 😀

   In addition, I wonder if not only are these particular frequencies healing for us, but also like ‘scratching on the chalkboard with one’s fingernails’ so to speak, for the evil parasites that control us.

   This topic excites me, John! Because bells, singing bowls and binaural or Solfeggio music are some of my favorite things! 😀

   I am a bit obsessive making sure I get my dosage of mystical sounds everyday.

   I meditate daily with my seven crystal chakra singing bowls scaled to musical notes. I also um, om and chant along as I strike and circular around each bowl with the mallot. This is known as a sound bath.

   I also have a couple of crystal singing pyramids that I tap to create frequencies. And in addition, a copper and brass singing bowl that I circular around with the mallot. I also strike it, in hopes of getting the effects of a bell tone.

   And then, let’s not forget my tuning forks!

   Then later, I go for my daily walk in the park at the river while I listen to some Solfeggio and binaural music with my ear buds on my MP3 player. (I’m old fashioned with a cord hanging.😂)

   And at each of the four bridges over the river, I stop to listen to the rush of the water and do some more ums or oms.

   Also, in the summertime, I listen to drum, flute and nature music in my backyard in our small pool. I like to get some sun-worshipping and more meditative music in that way, too.

   There is also the Zen sounds of the aluminum wind chimes on my back porch.

   Then finally later at night, I put myself to sleep listening to more binaural music.

   As I said, I am bit of a fanatic about all this stuff! 🤣

   But I believe this all helps to keep me calm, sane, and going everyday. Also, it might even help to connect to the aether. Instead of the bombardment of artificial intelligence frequencies that are aimed at us on a regular basis. Maybe it holds some protection!
