Inside the parameters of our artificial construct, many things have been strategically put in place by powerful corporations to control and influence humanity.
On this website, I have regularly referenced some of those corporate shenanigans to help readers better understand how certain companies affect their daily lives.
In this post, I will discuss yet another behemoth firmly in place and a significant factor in the continued degradation of our species’ collective health.
Big Food is the name given to describe the realm’s biggest food-producing companies that have placed profit and revenues over caloric and nutritional benefits.
The adverse effects of many of these food products on human health are no more apparent than in America, where the FDA has turned a blind eye to the nefarious actions of big corporations and their profit-at-all-costs attitudes.
The FDA has neglected its responsibilities to protect Americans against many corporations, most famously big pharma. Still, you’re dropping the ball regarding regulatory accountability if we give them a pass on foodstuffs that have been mass-produced by big food companies that are undoubtedly destroying the health of human beings, in my opinion.
We’re to the point where most processed foods have been designed to create obesity in the population, which leads to diabetes and cardiovascular diseases.
They’re trying to get people to buy into the ridiculous narrative that the only way to lose weight and maintain a healthy body is by taking injections filled with magic drugs.
It’s a situation where big food and big pharma are repeatedly teaming up against humanity. The regulatory agencies allegedly protecting the public’s interests are looking the other way and ignoring their responsibilities of protecting Americans.
While the results might appear promising initially, in my view, it won’t be a happy ending for many of the takers of these pharma products designed and marketed to shed patients’ weight without people partaking in any exercise or dieting whatsoever.

The controlling powers know precisely what it takes to make a healthy human diet. They have gone out of their way to create regulatory bodies to ensure the complete opposite is carried out and human nutrition is deficient worldwide.
Once again, we are being attacked by the few who control the many. Most people don’t understand the assault is taking place.

There’s no doubt in my mind that you’re spot on, John. Like so many other things, the food industry has become absurd!
And I found the following information to be educating as to how the controllers have altered our health for the worse with diet.
Cure by Morley M. Robbins:
“As farming methods began to deteriorate, similar trends began to cross over into the American diet. Beginning in the 1920s, for instance, food processing methods were introduced to ‘refine’ food. Essentially, these so-called refinements stripped out most, if not all, of the nutrients the foods contained. And then, making matters worse, refined sugars were added to processed foods as an inducement to get people to eat them. Every front has a back, and generations of Americans have suffered from diets centered around processed foods and laden with addictive, mineral-depleting refined sugars.
Then starting in 1941, matters worsened when inorganic iron filings were added to our food system via enriched wheat flour and grain-based products. This practice began in the United States, Canada, and Britain, ostensibly to protect against iron-deficiency anemia, a condition that doesn’t actually exist. In 1969, this addition of iron filings was increased by 50 percent based on recommendations by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Initially, the FDA sought to triple the amount of added iron. Only after dozens of scientists from around the world testified against this action in Washington, DC, did the FDA acquiesce and only approve a 50 percent increase.
Iron is, without question, the metal that ages us. Please re-read that sentence, again…IRON IS THE MASTER PRO-OXIDANT ELEMENT ON PLANET EARTH AND IS THE PRINCIPLE ELEMENT BEHIND WHAT IS CALLED OXIDATIVE STRESS.
It’s also the trigger for the loss of magnesium that leads to inflammation. It’s very important to understand how these two minerals relate to one each other. There is a chicken and egg phenomenon in the body between magnesium deficiency and oxidative stress. Given the known oxidative properties of iron, it stands to reason that, as excess unbound iron rises, magnesium will be lost to that rising oxidative stress.
Most of the foods we consume today are woefully lacking in magnesium, and the grain products that comprise an inordinate percentage of the standard American diet are overly loaded with iron. Presicisely the opposite of what our ancestors ate and what we need to stay healthy.
Adding insult to injury was the adoption of the ‘low-fat’ diet. These dietary recommendations were designed to reduce, even eliminate, cholesterol in the American diet. These guidelines gave rise to the cholesterol myth, one if the biggest medical fallacies still adhered to by many doctors and much of the public today.”
Dr. Ardis specifically pointed out in that video the other day, (Shared by Roark) how extremely important magnesium is to our health.
