You either believe in intelligent design (Theism) or don’t (Atheism) because there’s no middle ground to stand on!

If you believe in Heliocentricism, the idea that we are living on a spinning globe and orbiting the sun along with other planets, and everything in existence began from a random explosion — an accident — you are an Atheist!

The Big Bang Theory credits everything in existence to a random explosion that took place 13.8 billion years ago.

Yes, it’s true, people who believe that the Earth is a ball, spinning and moving through the vacuum of space in different directions and speeds and that space travel is possible by considering those velocities and launching both crewed and uncrewed payloads into that vacuum of space to reach different celestial bodies are Atheists.

All those things I described above are predicated on the theory of a Catholic priest named Georges Lemaître. I think Old Georges came up with the Big Bang Theory while drinking too much wine. I think it’s pretty funny that the guy who thought up that wackadoodle concept was a Christian — a Catholic priest.

All of these are remnants of an explosion 😂

Space travel is only possible by calculating the speeds of Earth’s alleged rotation, its orbit around the sun, and how fast everything else is spreading outwardly from the central explosion point that happened 13.8 billion years ago.

If any of those math calculations are off even slightly, none of the alleged space travel accomplishments recorded could have occurred as claimed.

Check out this info from an AI Overview courtesy of our good friends at Google Search:

If, on the other hand, a person believes in Flat Earth theory or, say, for another example, Simulation Theory, then that person would be a Theist – someone who believes in a god or something like a Vast Intelligence that intelligently designed Earth and everything else that exists in the construct (Matrix).

Once again:

I believe that many people who claim to believe in a Creator (intelligent design) are unknowingly walking the top of a fence and trying to cherrypick the best of both sides of two different yards.

Please don’t think I am judging anyone for picking God or an Accident as the explanation for our existence. I just thought it prudent to clarify the difference between Theists and Atheists.

Got it, Ashley! Thank you! 🙂

Excellent article, John. What a great explanation to help simplify things for folks.

(Also, I sent an article three separate times earlier this month, but I don’t believe it ever made it to you. As such, I sent it through these comments a few minutes ago. It said it was sent “successfully.” Let me know if it was.

Keep up the great work on educating us all! 🙂

Exactly my point, Lisa! So often, people are quick to say things and don’t even know what they are discussing. 🤣

Thanks, Lisa, for the compliment regarding the AI images. 😀

Thanks for the further explanation, John. 🙂

And by my beliefs, I am theist as well. Because I believe very similar to what you believe.

But it would seem that the bottom line is that many people don’t know what the heck they’re even talking about. Because they simply don’t have an understanding of what all this means!🤣

(Also, BTW, nice job on the AI image creations! 😀👍)

    Thanks for sharing, Lisa! 🙂

If you think of it like this, it’s pretty simple to understand:

Most people who are into Flat Earth Theory are Christians because they believe in a Creator who designed the Earth. However, many Christians don’t believe in the Flat Earth model construct, which means they have bought into the heliocentric model, which is an Atheistic concept. Are they even aware that they are following an idea that doesn’t include intelligent design concerning how Earth was created? Do you see my point? You can’t walk on both sides of that proverbial fence.😀

I have been called an Atheist by many people because I believe we are living in a simulation construct. How can I be labeled an Atheist when I believe a Vast Intelligence created the simulation? It’s ridiculous to think that a simulation or an Earth with a firmament (an enclosed system) was created without an intelligent designer. I am by my beliefs a Theist, not an Atheist!

So, it would be atheists that would lean toward natural based theories like the Big Bang Theory. But yet a Catholic priest came up with the theory. How odd is that?

And I think I can assume that many of the followers of this Big Bang Theory are probably also religious people. Very strange, indeed!

I don’t know, John. I think you got it exactly right when you say, “I believe that many people who claim to believe in a creator are unknowingly walking the top of the fence and trying to cherrypick the best of both sides of two different yards.”

However, flat earthers tend to believe in a simulation or the matrix and do not go along with the Big Bang Theory. But many tend to believe in a creator of some sort.

Also, it’s interesting that Google search admittedly states atheists support natural processes, and theists support an existence of a God or Gods.

It would seem that there is a lot of mixed messaging going on!
