In my opinion, after certain resets, the genetics of both plant and animal avatars are modified and offer life forms with different phenotypic expressions of biology.
The animals and humans living here may have changed many times, including their sizes and physical characteristics.

John, as to how all these many buildings were destroyed, there is truly something very off about the fire narrative. Because stone doesn’t burn.
Although many of the structures were demolished by some purposeful method of destruction, so it is a crying shame!!
And regarding the giants, in the video, “The Tartarian Empire Remnant Power (Part 2),” that I shared in my article recently it states that the world was once silicon based. It explains that is why both people and plant life such as trees were much larger. And there is evidence of once gigantic trees with the many large stumps around the world. Everything was supposedly much bigger proportion in nature because of silicon.
Although now everything in nature is mostly carbon based in the world. And this is because of the numerous trees being cut down. So, now there are more of these carbon particles. Which could have caused people and other life forms to become smaller.
So, this might be the reason why giants once roamed our realm, and why the doors on these Old World buildings are extraordinarily large!
