John, I have to give credit to any area whose life has been turned upside down from the hurricanes for just attempting to keep up with some of the Halloween festivities! After all, it is all just silliness. Although I suspect it does brighten up some spirits. Especially from the children!

Our neighborhood also did the Halloween thing last Saturday, although it was toned down this year because of all the damage and property issues from the hurricane.

Happy Halloween, John. 🎃 I hope you and everyone is having a spooktacular time! Whether it be visiting haunted houses, Halloween parties, carving pumpkins or just giving out trick or treats. Or maybe just watching scary movies.
We had a good number of tricks or treaters last weekend. Our area always does that the Saturday before Halloween. And I always enjoy sitting outside in my witches hat, giving out my bags of candy. Also, I always deck out my front yard with spooky decorations. And inside my house as well. I like to get into the spirit of things!
And there is always left over candy. Which I enjoy! Halloween is the only time of the year I allow myself to eat candy. And it’s a good thing. All that sugar is starting to get to me! 🤣
