I agree and disagree with the following verse.
“Being ‘awake’ isn’t cool.
It means having to dumb down
98% of your conversations everyday,
so you don’t sound like a lunatic.”
I disagree because I do believe it very “cool” to be “awake”!
However, unfortunately, I agree that I can sometimes dumb down my conversations with people in general quite a bit. Which I admit, does suck. But, yes, people will think you are crazy!
Although when visiting my sister and nephew last weekend I gave them an earful about the Secret Covenant and more.
Also, I had my sister running around looking at the old churches in our hometown.
There was one old Catholic church with steeples that particularly stood out. And strangely, I don’t even remember it growing up. And it was practically on the main drag. But now it stood to me like a sore thumb!
Also, the Brown County Courthouse in Green Bay was spectacular!

Without a doubt, it’s a different lifestyle you live when you have been awakened to a more precise picture or understanding of our realm and the daily happenings affecting our lives.
It’s tough to know that what we have been taught about nearly everything since our earliest memories is predicated on lies. But I prefer to know the truthful explanations about things instead of the ridiculous fairytale we have come to believe as history.
My real burden is keeping my expectations realistic when attempting to educate others. Most people aren’t interested in learning the truth or having to abandon ideas they have become heavily invested in.
Yes, there are certain times and scenarios where I bite my tongue and do not escalate tensions in a room full of people by interjecting my truthful thoughts about a particular topic.
Once you see those Old-World buildings, Lisa, they are hard to unsee. 🤣
