At the December 2014 Counterterrorism Conference in Damascus, where the world’s top diplomatic and security chiefs were present, Duff gave a speech that sent shockwaves around the world — almost instantly — wherein he revealed “for the first time ever publicly” that there isn’t a worldwide terrorism problem but rather a large organized crime problem.

He explained that “an organized crime problem this large has never occurred anytime before in history,” and that “this large organized crime syndicate is responsible for terrorism the world over.”

Further, he stated that “world terrorism is the work of an International Organized Crime Cabal (OCC) which has gotten control of the American Congress.”

He stressed, “This is a large organized crime problem that must be understood at its simple root cause” and identified this large OCC as Israeli, and on a scale never experienced before.

The VeteransToday article states: “Duff went even further when he identified those associated with the organized crime syndicate who are responsible for starting ISIS/Daish, and this included two American generals — McNierney and Vallely — and one [then] sitting Senator, [John] McCain.”

“The Citizens United Supreme Court case opened the door to the complete hijacking of Congress by the OCC. The court case was fixed and has had a disastrous result,” with that control further solidified in the November 2014 national election.

The “Citizens United” decision allowed, for the first time, large campaign contributions — which could be made to “buy” and control members of Congress — by foreign-based entities who have interests counter to the citizens of the United States!

Worse, the massive foreign donations that allowed the Republican Party to take control over Congress [in 2014] came primarily from two Israeli Organized Crime Cabal bosses, “with money from massive human sex trafficking, prostitution and illegal narcotics trafficking.”

“The OCC is comprised of three main divisions:

1) the International Zionist Crime Syndicate;

2) the Bush Crime Cabal (BCC), which gained initial power under Prescott Bush (aka [George] Scherff), and grew in power over the last 50 years after it assassinated JFK, RFK, MLK, and hijacked about 50% of the CIA [as well as] a large portion of the U.S. military.”

“The IZCS and the BCC became joined at the hip and together have embedded many agents or assets in high U.S. government offices and have solidified control over most members of Congress, the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Department of Justice. [There is also a sector of the U.S. military ] owned and controlled by the OCC.

3) The third component of the OCC is the independent crime syndicates, occult networks — which include the Temple of Set, the Satanic Church of the Process of the Final Solution (MI-6), High Freemasonry groups interlinked, while some are linked to NATO and Gladio false-flag terror, such as Propaganda Duis (P2), and various large industries, including [of course] Big Pharma, some large international defense contractors, and all drug cartels, many of which are joint ventures with the CIA, the DEA, and the Mossad, as well as other intel agencies around the world. “

“Any large corporate group or criminal venture that has a great deal of money can buy or bribe representation at the USG roundtable of two-faced criminals via the 70,000 K Street lobbyists. Many lobbying funds are provided in secret to members of Congress and other USG officials in numbered offshore accounts, called ‘set-aside allocations.'”

“It is known that the lobbying money places the Republican Party primarily under the leadership of the OCC, who can easily actuate their known propensity to support wars to profit its defense contractors and Wall Street banks, [as well as] Israel.”

“Experts now generally recognize the McCain-Feingold Campaign Reform Act as bringing an open door to large out-of-state “issue-driven” contributions to elect candidates. But the critical and historically-bad Supreme Court decision of Citizens United has far over-shadowed everything else and added to the damage to the American republic far beyond McCain-Feingold.”

“It is now know that five of the nine Supreme Court justices have been completely compromised by the OCC and can be ordered as to how they will decide any individual case if the Crime Cabal so dictates. The Justices should be immediately impeached and fully prosecuted for corruption.”

And in 2022, the newest addition to the Supreme Court fits right in, as she readily showed, from Day One, her willingness to follow her masters’ agenda — one of the most perverse — by stating she couldn’t define “woman.”

Further, the 9/11 false flag perpetrated by the Bush Cabal, unleashed the War of Terror against U.S. citizens with the creation of the Dept. of Homeland Security — more aptly titled the Department of The End of Your Privacy, — and their affiliated persistent-surveillance hubs spread throughout the nation known as “[data] fusion centers” (because we are all just seen as data now), funneling money, military equipment, nanotechnology, drones and more, to gangs of law enforcement, FBI, NSA, CIA, DHS, etc. and private individuals so they can get their kicks — and kickbacks — perpetually surveilling, stalking, injuring, slandering and harassing targets of their choice — while simultaneously blocking those citizens from legal help (via intercepting and re-routing theiir calls, among other methods).

Add to that the Patriot Act — which is anything but patriotic, — which opened the door to having, for instance, repairmen come to your home and then report you as being “suspicious.” With no investigation, that innocent citizen is then put on a watchlist and the gang at the fusion center now has you in their sights, and can proceed to make potentially millions of dollars surveilling your every move, tracking you as you drive, following you through store cameras, tracking your purchases, having citizens who have signed up to be their community watchers report your activities through their special apps, and on and on. All without your having done anything wrong or remotely illegal.

Then, if you’re selected to be sadistically targeted/stalked — and not “just” tracked, — full-blown psyops ensues and an interruption of your daily life so aggressive it would be impossible to fathom by someone not targeted. It doesn’t matter if you’re the head of a company, or a stay-at-home mom, you’re just fodder — on which they will make lots and lots of money. They receive grants to fund their targeting and data collection, then make millions selling the data they collect.

Taking a page from the creating-a-solution-to-the -problem-we-created chapter, they scheme and create scenarios (really) to which the targeted citizen will have to react, then collect all the data about their reaction — including your biometrics — and sell it to and endless array of buyers.  Talk about a racket.  It’s not “fighting terrorism”; it’s surveillance capitalism.

And it’s ALL organized crime.
