    At work, one thing I do pretty religiously is wash my hands.

    Just before (did they know?) the onset of this coldvid19 virus, my employer updated the restrooms sinks to have automatic faucets… but not for soap.

    I recently realized that I’ve been soaping my hands but then immediately rinse them off… Oops, gotta add more soap. haha

    ***oh and (for the record) I hate using antibacterial soaps ~js

    Soap, rinse (oops) – soap, lather, rinse repeat

    I work in the chemical industry, so keeping my hands clean is pretty important, all the other stuff is moot. ~afaic

    This most dangerous weapon “TV”(Tell a Vision) affects our thoughts and emotions in a hypnotic way. And you feed it your energy by paying attention to it. That gives it the power to guide us to our demise, because it creates an intention of fear.
