And yes, people tend to overlook the simplicity of things. Plus, they tend to make mountains out of mole hills when they do not understand, and are fearful and scared. And they also can become irrational or defensive if they are challenged.
Something so simple is staring them right in the face, but yet they cannot see it. So how can they possibly grasp the whole picture?

(And just an update while on the topic of electricians, I called the electric company yesterday to schedule a time for them to replace our gas meter. We had a received a letter stating that they might turn off things if we didn’t schedule an appt. But I guess it will be alright, I was relieved to find out that it would not be a smart gas meter.
Hopefully, they are telling the truth. Besides our smart electric meter, I do not want another SMART “Secret Military Armaments in Residential Technology” on my home.)
