   I listened to the entire video again, John, and it’s just as impressive the second time around!
   And the technical difficulties you and Ramola had speak volumes about how much the controlling powers do not want you to be heard. And they wouldn’t have even bothered interfering unless they wanted to prevent you from speaking the truth. But there was much truth being spoken, so they were definitely on it!

   And your discussion in the video encourages people to be responsible for their own health in order to strengthen their immune systems. But most people were not raised that way. People were taught to take a so called magic pill or shot. Which there is no such thing. And not only are these pills and shots not magic but they are lethal to our health. What we put into our bodies, and how much we utilize them is crucial in our day to day health.

   And I had to slack off on my exercise over my past weekend trip. But I am back home now and it feels good to get the blood circulating again.
   And my sister normally likes to go walking with me when I visit her, but her covid vaccine injuries are becoming increasingly worse. Immediately after her first vaccine (she received two shots) a year or so ago, she had problems lifting her arms, but now she is also having problems walking. She said she had had former injuries, but just over the past year they have become much worse. And she had always been a speed walker but now she limps.
   Then there are the little things that go with that. She was concerned about wearing a long necklace to the wedding because it would sway back and forth when she walked with her limp. She didn’t like how that looked!

   It was just very sad to see this decline in her in a matter of months since I last saw her! I recommended she try the CBD oil, but I really have no idea if it would help her or not. It is just a helpless feeling to not be able to help.
   (But she definitely does not plan on getting more vaccines. I think?)

       I too hope that she will continue to be alright. And as of right now she is mostly just enduring aches and pains. Although that can make a person miserable.
       But hopefully this will not progress any further for her if she doesn’t take anymore shots.

     Dear Lisa,

     Great that you had some nice time away with family. It’s very sad to hear about your sister. I know this must be very difficult for you and everyone that has to witness family members being destroyed by this poison. I will keep you and your family in my prayers as part of our growing new family of pioneers. We are off to the wilderness with Dr. Reizer in the lead. He takes us to a new world above and beyond this one. Not trying to make light of anything but just want you to know I do care and am thinking of you. Your sister trying cbd is a good idea. It certainly cant hurt. Take care. Sandy

     PS: my sister passed in 1994 and it was devastating. I think of her every day. She was my best friend.

       Plus, I am very sorry to hear about your sister. Yes, it is very difficult to lose our loved ones.
       And also yes, we have ourselves a brave captain on our nofakenews ship. He does take us to dimensions we might not otherwise be aware of! Lol! 😂

     I got the first 30 minutes yesterday but have had to try again a few times today. Finally got it all I think. Such good information in easy to understand terms. It was a very good interview except for the glitches. Thanks for posting this again.
