Just Fix the Damn Economy!

By Dr. John L. Reizer

There is absolutely nothing normal about the current economic crisis. The economic problems we are presently observing are not the result of normal cycles or peaks and valleys within a healthy global or national economy.  The situation that has surrounded us, and threatens to forever change our way of existence, is the result of a very well contrived plan that has been put into action by a ruthless and very calculating group of elitists that manage the world economic picture from the top down.

A large number of business men and women are presently hurting from the recession/depression. The unfriendly economic climate and the hurt being felt by many people are likely to get a lot worse in the months and years that follow unless the leaders of our country and around the world implement real strategies that will provide us with critical adaptive measures to counteract a rapidly changing global economy. I do not know about you but I am not very confident that government leaders are going to come to our rescue. In fact, I expect the exact opposite to occur. I see government playing the same role that it has played all along. That course of action has allowed the current global economic problems to develop into a state of crisis.

The elite’s plan is progressing pretty much as it was designed and the politicians, those that are aware of the conspiracies taking place and even those who are unaware of them, are the great enablers of our time ultimately allowing the current unhealthy, economic conditions to remain in place.

Any smart business person will tell you that one of the keys to becoming successful within a given business structure is to manage your finances correctly. While it might be important to take calculated risks from time to time in order to become profitable down the road, it must also be understood that every business risk warrants a certain amount of analysis or consideration to determine if the actual risk is worth a possible reward. In other words, you sometimes have to spend money to make money however; you better make sure that you spend the money wisely.

If you or I make a bad business decision we ultimately must pay the price for our error in judgment. Whatever that price might happen to be, we have to suck it up and adapt to the problem we created. This type of accountability keeps us honest and it gives us a good reason to be prudent when making any future business decisions that might affect the viability of our respective businesses.

Debt is the real enemy and a state of slavery is created for those people or entities that are constantly immersed in unmanageable debt. The United States and the other countries that make up the world’s economy run on a system of constantly increasing debt. The problem, as I see it, is that our country is loaded with unmanageable debt and that the amount of debt keeps growing every minute of every day. Our country is a slave to debt (the Federal Reserve System) and so is every citizen in America.

A few years ago, some of us became very excited about the “stimulus packages” the U.S. government implemented in an attempt to help our nation’s economy. On the surface, these strategies may have looked like they were helpful. In reality, they were driving the finishing nails into our country’s financial coffin. The dollars that were created by the Federal Reserve System and then placed into circulation were literally created out of thin air. They were not backed by anything of substance. These funds were immediately assigned to our national debt and they became a liability for U.S. citizens the same day they were printed.

The rationale behind the stimulus concept was that some companies in America were perceived as icons and deemed “too big to fail.” In other words, they had to be rescued by the government because the damage that would have resulted if such companies collapsed would have been extremely detrimental to the health and morale of the United States.

If we look at the concept that a business is “too big to fail” strictly from a small business person’s point of view, it is easy to see that this philosophy is quite flawed. A small business that is no longer profitable and continues to lose various amounts of money is commonly redefined as a hobby. A smart business person will usually shut down a business once it is no longer profitable. In my opinion, the same philosophy should have been used by our government when it addressed the large companies that had been designated as being “too big to fail.”

The decision to continuously reward failing companies with bail out money was a poor decision on the part of our government. In true capitalistic fashion, a company that has made poor business decisions should be held accountable for such decisions and should ultimately have to deal with the consequences originating from their actions. The size of the company is irrelevant when it comes to philosophical business principles. Companies that continue to make bad business decisions will sooner than later be out of business. If the United States did not have the ability to print an unlimited amount of fiat money it would have been out of business years ago. The fact that it can continue to print an unlimited supply of money means that the rate of inflation in the United States will become even more unbearable for its citizens than it already has become.

If the leaders of our country wanted to truly fix the economy, they would have to make two fundamental changes to a system that has been designed to enslave the masses. The first item of business that should be enacted is to allow open competition in currencies such as with gold and silver (the precious metals). Congressman Ron Paul has made this argument for a long time and his reasoning behind the argument is quite sound.

Once gold and silver were allowed to be sold and used as a legal currency, the Federal Reserve System would be forced into halting the inflation of our dollar. The elimination of fiat money (currency printed on demand and essentially backed by nothing of substance) should be the second item of business to be addressed. This could ultimately be accomplished if Congress would have the guts to pass a resolution calling for the abolishment of the Federal Reserve Act.

If we truly have a desire to restore balance in our economy and create a currency that is not constantly subjected to extraordinary inflation we will need for America to be placed back on the gold standard so that our money is backed by something of substance. The current system is corrupt and allows for hyper inflated dollars to be created out of thin air by a group of elite overseers. Implement these strategies and our financial/economic system will begin to heal over time and you can take that to the bank!

One final change that needs to occur is the reversal of the philosophy that maintains certain companies are “too big to fail.” If we get rid of the companies/organizations that are draining the economic system and we just let the system fix itself we will see a healthier economy. A capitalistic government has no business bailing out banks or any other companies utilizing socialistic props!

The Apollo Space Program: Astronauts or Astronots?

By Dr. John L. Reizer

On July 20, 1969, NASA’s Lunar Module (Eagle) touched down on the surface of our moon and astronaut, Neil Armstrong took one small step for man and one giant leap for mankind. Television anchor, Walter Cronkite kept Americans informed of the latest mission developments as human beings, for the first time ever, walked on the surface of a celestial body other than Earth.

But did it really happen the way we’ve been led to believe? Does the photographic record of NASA’s Apollo Program represent the truth? Did men visit the lunar surface, scoop up moon rocks, and return to Earth with those trophies?

Authors Mary Bennett and David S. Percy, in their book “Dark Moon: Apollo and the Whistle-Blowers” convincingly explain the theory that NASA faked the moon landings throughout the Apollo program because they didn’t want the public to see what was really happening on the lunar surface. They also contend that NASA had serious challenges with escaping the earth’s radiation belts and, to this day, still do. This particular obstacle has precluded manned, deep space missions from taking place and was the real reason the space shuttle missions were designed. According to Bennett and Percy, NASA’s been trying to solve the radiation problems for years during shuttle missions.

Bennett and Percy believe that the United States did manage to successfully send two astronauts to the moon that unfortunately died from radiation poisoning before completing the journey back to earth. That mission was performed in private while the faked Apollo missions were filmed in studios and later broadcast as if they were live television feeds coming from the moon. The authors say that even the people working at mission control believed the Apollo transmissions were coming from the moon. Only a few people knew the truth.

Some of the alternative theories that challenge NASA’s historical record have been addressed by the space agency. NASA officials claim that when the astronauts visited the moon, they left reflective mirrors near the landing sites and that scientists on earth have been bouncing lasers off those mirrors for 43 years.

Bennett and Percy argue that the reflective mirrors only prove that someone went to the moon. They don’t prove Apollo delivered the astronauts to the lunar surface.

In July, 2009, NASA released photographs of the supposed landing sites for each of the Apollo missions that were taken by the Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter. Critics, that have viewed the photos, claim the images could have been digitally edited. The photos, unfortunately, have poor resolution making it hard to view important details that would positively identify the remaining portions of the lunar module’s descent stage. Critics have also questioned why NASA, with its highly sophisticated cameras, hasn’t produced close-ups of the landing sites.

In 1994, NASA’s Clementine spacecraft photographed the entire surface of the moon and, in doing so, discovered what appeared to be large artificial buildings on the lunar surface. These photographs appeared to be obfuscated by sophisticated techniques but the artificial structures were still positively identified by Steve Skipper and published on his website, www.marsanomalyresearch.com.

After looking at the obfuscated lunar pictures from Clementine, it’s hard for some people to trust the integrity of the photos, offered by NASA, showing the Apollo landing sites.

It’s hard to imagine that a government agency might not have been completely transparent when discussing the Apollo program with its citizens. Of course many Americans don’t buy into any conspiracy theories whatsoever. To do so would be much too painful for them. Only NASA knows for sure what transpired 43 years ago. Was it, in fact, a giant leap for mankind or just a giant lie?

Just Thinking Out Loud: Would They Tell Us About an Earth Changing Event?

By Dr. John Reizer

An earth changing event is about to take place. It’s not the first nor the last time this sort of thing has happened. According to ancient records being closely guarded and kept out of the public domain by certain world leaders, the coming event will not destroy earth, but many people will die. The passage of the event will cause massive planetary changes, affecting most forms of life. At first, these changes will be barely noticeable. Later, as the event draws nearer, the earth changes will grow in intensity and the people of the world will begin to notice that something is not quite right.

Members of the media will offer conventional explanations for the changing weather and environmental conditions. Government agencies will assure their citizens that everything taking place is perfectly normal and there’s nothing to worry about.

The leaders of the world, aware of impending doom, have long ago made a collective decision to remain silent and not alert citizens, living within their respective nations, about what is happening. It’s important to understand that there’s absolutely nothing that can be done to stop this event. To alert the people of the world is to risk worldwide panic. This sort of civil unrest could ultimately be very dangerous for people in positions of power. Riots, looting, and acts of aggression might be directly focused at world leaders.

The powers that be believe that if the general public knew massive earth changes were in motion and that life was going to be drastically changed, most people would not report to work or bother to pay their mortgages and taxes. The entire global infrastructure would likely collapse and create a hellish situation for any person in a position of authority.

The really important members of society, the elite families that have run the world for longer than most people realize, will attempt to ride out this nightmare situation in subterranean security bunkers. Their plan, very simply, is to exit such shelters after the event so they can reclaim their positions of power and wealth. They have instructed their puppets, the elected officials running various governments, to keep quiet and conduct business as usual.

By the way, are you going to watch major league baseball’s All-Star Game this week? And how much money do you think Tom Cruise had to cough up in his divorce settlement?  Who do you think will host American Idol next year?

Whistleblowers and Wrongful Termination Lawsuits: How the Laws Protect Employers

By Dr. John L. Reizer

Editor at NoFakeNews.net

Any person that has ever had the unfortunate experience of taking on a company over a wrongful termination issue knows how frustrating the process can be. If a company has unfairly removed you from your job, the chances of seeing justice served through the U.S. legal system are slim to none.

Even when plaintiffs have an airtight case and a ‘smoking gun,’ so to speak, for evidence, it’s quite difficult to defeat companies over wrongful termination issues in a court of law. Legal expenses alone make it impractical for most individuals to fight for their rights or, in many cases, the rights of others. In addition, the costs involved with assembling a legal team, solely dedicated to fighting an individual’s private cause, are frightening. On the other side of the fence, big corporations usually have ample funds and can easily outlast individual plaintiffs that might be brave enough to launch lawsuits against them.

If, for example, Joe Blow is unfairly terminated from his place of employment because he blew the whistle on company administrators, after observing fellow employees being exposed to dangerous working conditions, he might find it virtually impossible to seek justice for his premature and unfair dismissal in a court of law.

In many states, employees are hired ‘at will’. This means that most employees can be terminated for virtually any reason and without recourse. In a lot of situations, the level of accountability for supervisors and administrators, of a particular company, is next to nothing.

The hardest concept for workers to comprehend is the fact that supervisors can fire them on the spot for any reason whatsoever. The supervisors are aware of how the labor laws protect them from employees during wrongful termination disputes and aren’t afraid to communicate this fact to employees.

The laws of the land, in many instances, are a direct product of earlier legal decisions. The legal decisions handed down, yesterday, through the courts are the legal precedents cited by present day attorneys. If a whistleblower is successful in proving his or her case through a court of law and is fortunate enough not to get the decision overturned in a court of appeals, the case could, potentially, set a legal precedent and be the key component cited in future cases. It is for this reason that the ‘little people’ sometime make the tough decision to go after big corporations that have harmed them. It’s not always about winning a monetary award. Sometimes affected persons believe it’s just the appropriate course of action to take. Thank goodness there are individuals that have the guts and stamina to standup for what’s right. It’s, perhaps, the only way the little guy can ever hope to change unfair and unethical laws.

Many corporations, unfortunately, have the financial resources to protect themselves from lawsuits brought about by former or current employees. In a nutshell, the laws have been designed to protect big corporations. In the past, many judges have ruled in favor of corporate America. Their legal decisions have definitely created precedents that practicing attorneys point to when defending big companies against plaintiffs like Joe Blow.

Even in situations where corporate abuse is blatant, it’s often difficult to get cases into the courts. Companies will go to great lengths in order to protect their public images as well as the images of CEO’s and other executive officers. Image is everything to big corporations and they’ll take extreme measures to protect themselves.

If a particular company cannot intimidate a plaintiff into submission; dismiss the case through a legal technicality, there’s always the old fashion option of settling with the little guy. ‘Hush money’ is an important option used to protect a corporation, as a last resort, from what executive officers view as the most damaging scenario – a court room.

A corporation that is, on the rare occasion, forced into a courtroom setting always loses regardless of the final verdict. In the courts, companies ultimately lose what they value even more than money – a good image. Once in the courts, everything becomes a matter of public record. The emperor, in a sense, is unclothed at this stage of the game, and all the dirty details are permanently released into the public domain.

Enter the settlement phase of a lawsuit, with its accompanying non-disclosure agreement, precluding Joe Blow from ever uttering a word about his case or said company again. You see, once Joe Blow is paid off by the corporation, to keep his lips permanently sealed, the corporation wins. Joe signs a contract in exchange for a monetary settlement that legally prohibits him from ever broaching the subject again. Once Joe signs on the dotted line, there’s no courtroom, no verdict, no legal precedent and most important, no change to the way the courts view corporations, in similar situations, under the law.
